论城镇化进程中的农村学校布局问题

农村城镇化是国家现代化的重要趋势,建设新农村是农村发展的终极目标。但城镇化和城乡一体化程度高的地区与城镇化和城乡一体化程度低的地区的农村学校布局,就地城镇化的农村与迁移城镇化的农村的学校布局应该有不同的方式和路径。新农村建设的学校布局必须与地区经济社会发展和城镇化、城乡一体化程度相协调,使高效益和高质量与教育公平相结合,通过提高乡村教师质量、收入和教学水平提高农村教育教学质量。     

FUTURE DIRECTIONS FOR CENTRAL AGENCIES OF JEWISH EDUCATION

There is an ancient Chinese saying: “May you live in interesting times.” While some would classify this as a blessing, others would perceive it as a curse. The topic for this morning's discussion arises from a comparable state of ambiguity in regard to Jewish education, for these are certainly the most interesting times for us. Some voices are heard decrying the sorry state of Jewish education in North America and projecting a weakening of Jewish life because of the failures of Jewish education. Others are pointing to the extraordinary potential of Jewish education in the service of Jewish continuity, if we are willing to think about Jewish education in new ways. For those of us who tend the vineyards of Jewish education and maintain the institutions which have served Jewish education, we see great opportunity and serious challenges to existing assumptions in these interesting times. It is in this context that I share some observations about the implications for the future of central agencies of Jewish education.     

我国职业教育学科自觉的思考

我国职业教育学科自觉的缺乏使职业教育研究存在研究成果理性水平低,简单地以行政推动实践代替学理研究,照搬国外职业教育理论,以普通教育理论演绎职业教育理论等问题,职业教育改革与发展实践呼唤职业教育的学科自觉。对此,职业教育理论工作者应自觉地肩负起学科建设的使命,确立职业教育学科的源概念,形成独立的学科基本概念;明确职业教育学科定位,确立学科建制;克服"学术自由主义",凝练职业教育学科方向。     

论教师教育共同体的三重意蕴

教师教育共同体是在当前教育变革形式下出现的一种教师教育创新形式。共同体成员有着共同目标或愿景,他们在真实的教育环境中,通过共同参与、相互配合和真诚合作,探索、改进和解决着教师教育中的一系列问题。教师教育共同体实质上是包含了三种意蕴的结合体:从成员之间思想信念的统一程度看,教师教育共同体首先是一种精神共同体;从利益共享和文化融合的视角看,教师教育共同体又是一种合作共同体;从问题解决的指向和过程看,教师教育共同体更是一种实践共同体。     

教育与城市竞争力的关联性研究

选取从2000年到2009年的数据,观察十年来教育改革和调整为城市竞争力带来的影响。从所选样本城市来看,基础教育资源稀缺的现象普遍存在,这说明不仅是农村或偏远地区基础教育有待发展,较为富裕的城市同样需要在基础教育方面加大投入。就高等教育而言,一方面高等教育与城市竞争力的关系越来越密切,但另一方面,能够在高教改革与城市竞争力之间建立直接关联的城市屈指可数,这在客观上挫伤了城市政府对高等教育进行长期投入的积极性。职业教育被认为是经济转型及产业升级的重要工具。     

学习型区域建设进程中的课程文化重建

宁波市北仑区以高校与区域的合作为基础,围绕"课程文化重建"构建学习型区域创新网络,这个网络具有多层次性、整体性和开放性的特征,形成了区域与高校之间、教科所与高校之间、中小学校与高校之间、校与校之间的互动学习机制以及以上各种主体之间的非正式交流,在学习型创新网络中形成了北仑区新的课程文化,即关注师生幸福的课程文化、鼓励探究创新的课程文化、倡导关心合作的课程文化。     

Examining the Sustainability of an Evidence-Based Preschool Curriculum: The REDI Program

This study examined the extent to which an evidence-based preschool curriculum (Head Start REDI) was sustained by 20 teachers during the year following a randomized controlled efficacy trial, when teachers were no longer required by the research project to implement the curriculum. Two quantitative measures of sustainability (teacher ratings, REDI coach ratings) and a qualitative measure (teacher interview) were collected and compared. Sustainability varied by the specific curriculum component, with higher rates of sustainability for the social-emotional component (Preschool PATHS) than for the language and literacy components. Estimates of sustainability were affected by the method of measurement, with REDI coach ratings and qualitative teacher interviews more closely aligned than teacher ratings. Responses from qualitative interviews identified the main factors that teachers thought affected sustainability. Teacher responses suggest that efforts to promote sustainability are best targeted at reducing barriers, such as competing demands, rather than simply highlighting the benefits of the new curriculum.     

信心回归:破解难题给举办者一个良好的成长环境——举办者信心丧失是民办教育发展的最深层危机

广东民办学校经营成本高企,不少民办学校难以为继。而对产权和回报的诉求与目的上的歧视,严重地制约着民办学校举办者的积极性和不断投入的水平。要给民办教育举办者营造一个良好的成长环境,使民办教育投资重振信心,必须使民办教育投资权益回归《物权法》,以增加民办教育可持续发展的基本动力。
