与沃尔玛进行比较的基础上揭示了我国零售企业与世界一流零售企业之间存在的差距。为了应对激烈的商业竞争,增强我国零售业的竞争实力,提出了相对应的策略。     

转型期欠发达区域农村弱势群体的经济学探析

转型时期欠发达区域农村弱势群体存在着：生活十分贫困；社会地位低下；社会稳定性差等特征。其形成的表层原因为：农业收入和非农收入减少。深层原因为：不合理的户籍制度、就业制度、财税制度、社会保障制度，以及现行的农业生产组织制度和“非均衡发展”战略。只有深化改革，才能缩小、消除欠发达区域农村弱势群体。     

The effects of autonomy gap in personnel policy,principal leadership and teachers’ self-efficacy on their organizational commitment

School autonomy in personnel policy is important to effective personnel management. With increased autonomy in personnel policy, principals could wield their leadership to improve teachers’ organizational commitment. However, little is known about whether the given autonomy in personnel policy meets principals’ expectation and whether and how the gap in between has an effect on teachers’ organizational commitment. This research explores the effects of autonomy gap in personnel policy, principal leadership, teachers’ self-efficacy and school contextual factors on teachers’ organizational commitment. Multilevel analysis was used. The results show the effects of autonomy gap in personnel policy differ among areas. In particular, the autonomy gap in salary was found to be a significant antecedent of teachers’ organizational commitment. The results also highlight the importance of principal leadership in this process. Principals with a stronger leadership tend to perceive generally a larger autonomy gap in personnel policy. In addition, when transformational leadership increased, its positive influence on teachers’ organizational commitment became even stronger. Implications for developing efficacious leadership and autonomy policy in personnel management were discussed.

"佐太"及以其配伍的藏成药毒性评析

汞在藏药中应用历史悠久，使用范围很广，疗效奇特，但必须炮制成“佐太”方能内服．“佐太”经过洗、涤、煮、煅等极为严格而缜密炮制工艺，然后配以中和、抵制汞毒及具有治疗功用的其它众多药物制成多种藏成药，经干百年临床应用验证和现代毒理实验证明长期使用对人体无明显的毒性作用，对机体的一般状态、生长发育、血液指标、肝肾功能、重要脏器的组织学结构均无明显影响，完全可以放心服用。     

图书馆服务与社交网络整合研究——清华大学图书馆书友会实践案例

社交网络服务是图书馆在数字网络环境下的一种新服务形式。本文介绍了清华大学图书馆在融合图书馆服务和社交网络方面进行的具体实践。通过在社交网络平台上建立图书馆俱乐部,开发信息推送、图书搜索、智能聊天机器人等应用功能,为读者送去各种图书馆服务,以社交网络新模式开展主动服务。     

技术经济安全评估的“三力”模型构建研究

党的十八大以来,国家安全被提到一个新的高度,随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的推进以及全球化进入新阶段,技术因素对国家经济安全的影响越发突显,技术经济安全成为亟待研究的课题。文章借鉴了社会生态学领域的“韧性”思想,构建了以“控制力-发展力-保障力”为框架的技术经济安全评估模型,探讨了“三力”的内涵与相互作用机制。在此基础上提出了技术经济安全评估指标体系并采用EWGRP模型,对我国2006~2015年的技术经济安全状况进行测算。结果发现,我国整体技术经济安全状况与发展力呈现上升趋势,但控制力与保障力需要加强。     

CCId对国内数字出版产业调整的影响及策略研究

从国内数字出版业呈现出一些新的特点及其一些发展中的问题入手,介绍新闻出版总署提出的数字复合出版工程,这是我国出版产业的重组、整合、调整的新战略。这其中中文内容唯一标识符(CCId)是在整个数字复合出版整个流程中的关键因素,论文从
经营模式、内部管理模式、盈利模式等方面讨论CCID对国内数字出版具有重要影响,最后从出版源头、在线支付中的版权转移、规模化与多元化经营、专家审稿与读者在线评论、内容加工颗粒度变小而带来的新的利润模式等角度为数字出版产业调整提供一些策略。     

微信政治谣言的生态治理对策研究

[目的/意义]旨在从舆情生态视角提出微信政治谣言的治理对策,从而为我国网络舆情生态治理提供理论参考。[方法/过程]通过案例分析,归纳微信政治谣言的传播特点,并从舆情生态视角剖析治理微信政治谣言存在的困境,进而提出微信政治谣言生态治理的主要对策。[结论/结果]微信政治谣言的生态治理,要充分把握微信政治谣言的特点与演化规律,加强人防与技防的深度融合,从"主体—信息—环境"整体上推进微信舆情生态的有序建设和健康发展。     

Modeling and switching control of air-breathing hypersonic vehicle with variable geometry inlet

In this paper, a multi-model switching control is developed for air-breathing hypersonic vehicle with variable geometry inlet(AHV-VGI). A variable geometry inlet with the translating cowl is adopted to capture the enough air mass flow for the scramjet engine, which can ensure a more powerful thrust. However, the using of VGI causes the unknown changes of the aerodynamics and thrust, making the model of AHV more complex. Therefore, we firstly analyze the thrust characteristic with the translating cowl and present the conception of optimal elongation distance of translating cowl(EDTC). Consequently, multiple different nonlinear aerodynamic models are constructed by curve fitting for each position of the translating cowl. Then, a switching mechanism dependent on EDTC is proposed and the adaptive RBF neural controllers are designed for velocity subsystem and altitude system of every model. Furthermore, the common Lyapunov functional is constructed to prove the stability of the multi-model switching process. Finally, numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control approach for AHV-VGI.
