刍议班主任工作中的宽容

文章以《实话实说》节目为引例，指出当前班主任工作提倡宽容是十分重要的,在实际工作中，教师要以尊重、理解、信任的强大精神力量，教育感化学生。宽容并不等于纵容。宽容与严格是矛盾的统一体。正如著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基说过：“有时宽容引起的道德震动比惩罚更强烈。”     

Beyond Journal Impact and Usage Statistics: Using Citation Analysis for Collection Development

This article outlines a methodology to generate a list of local core journal titles by doing a citation analysis and details the process for retrieving and downloading data from Scopus. It analyzes correlations among citation count, journal rankings, and journal usage. The results of this study reveal significant correlations between journal rankings and journal usage. No correlation with citation count has been found. Limitations and implications for collection development and outreach are also discussed.     

贺州市土瑶七年级学生实施英语任务型教学的设想

本文以科研项目形式,对贺州市土瑶七年级学生的英语学习基本情况和研究意义等进行分析,并在研究方法和具体操作两方面提出了在土瑶学生中实施英语任务型教学的设想,以探索出培养、提高土瑶中、小学生,乃至其他少数民族和边远山区的汉族中、小学生英语能力的有效途径。

实现中、高职教育农科专业课程的有效衔接,是推动农科职业教育步入良性发展轨道的客观要求.本文对当前我国中、高等职业教育农科专业课程开发的现状进行分析,指出课程内容重复、专业技能倒挂等问题,并对建立中、高等职业教育农科专业课程的有效衔接机制进行阐述.     

顾客满意度测评系统在企业中的应用

ISO 9001:2000标准中,质量管理八项原则的第一条就是以顾客为关注焦点,它强调组织应该理解顾客当前和未来的需求,满足顾客要求,并争取超越顾客期望。通过偏最小二乘法实现了顾客满意度指数计算,讨论了顾客满意度测评系统在企业中的应用。     

武术俱乐部视域下武德对学生传统美德的寓理教育

采用文献资料法、访谈调研法、实践教学法、逻辑分析法等方法,探讨中华武德对学生传统美德的教育作用。结果表明:中华武德的核心观念是仁、义、礼、智、信、勇,蕴含着仁慈、爱国、爱民、重义、守礼、和谐、谦让、中正、诚实、守信、忠勇、报国等传统美德,通过校内外武术俱乐部进行中华武德交流,对学生的传统美德修养具有良好的寓理教育作用,能促进学生美德修养的自我养成。     

浅圆仓侧压力分析

Rankine理论和Coulomb理论均不适合用于浅圆仓的侧压力计算. 基于此, 本文研究了浅圆仓散料侧压力的实际分布规律及计算方法. 根据极限平衡理论, 首先得到散粒体作用在单位周长的仓壁上的合压力, 然后通过严格的数学推导, 得到浅圆仓侧压力的分布规律. 结果表明, 本文结果与实仓试验结果相符, 说明本文公式不论对平堆还是锥堆都比较适合, 而Rankine理论和Coulomb理论用于浅圆仓均有缺陷.     

A channel distortion model for video over lossy packet networks

Error-resilient video communication over lossy packet networks is often designed and operated based on models for the effect of losses on the reconstructed video quality. This paper analyzes the channel distortion for video over lossy packet networks and proposes a new model that, compared to previous models, more accurately estimates the expected mean-squared error distortion for different packet loss patterns by accounting for inter-frame error propagation and the correlation between error frames. The accuracy of the proposed model is validated with JVT/H.264 encoded standard test sequences and previous frame concealment, where the proposed model provides an obvious accuracy gain over previous models.

关注小人物的生活及命运,是中外文学艺术创作的重要母题之一。白先勇的《那片血一般红的杜鹃花》和屠格涅夫的《木木》就是这一类作品。文章试图通过对这两个文本的对比阅读,揭示作品中两个小人物的悲剧命运,同时也试图探析隐藏在作品背后的不同创作思想和艺术追求。     

Effects of environmental intervention on sedentary time,musculoskeletal comfort and work ability in office workers

Sit–stand workstations offer a potential strategy to reduce prolonged occupational sitting. This controlled intervention study examined the effects of an environmental intervention on occupational sedentary time, musculoskeletal comfort and work ability, and the usability of sit–stand workstations in office work via a self-reported questionnaire. The intervention group (n?=?24) used sit–stand workstations during the 6-month intervention period, and the control group (n?=?21) used traditional sitting workstations. The results showed that working at sit–stand workstations can reduce sitting time significantly compared to control workstations (?6.7% vs. 5.0%, p?=?.019), which is reallocated mostly to standing (r?=??0.719, p?p?=?.028), as well as work ability (p?=?.022). The majority of intervention subjects rated sit–stand workstation adjustability as good (83.3%), and 75.0% were satisfied with the workstation. About 41.7% of the intervention participants, who were exclusively female, used the sit–stand function on a daily basis. While the environmental change alone was effective, it is likely that promoting the daily use of sit–stand workstations with counselling would lead to even more substantial positive effects.
