课程改革的合理性取向分析

课程改革的合理性取向对课程改革的发起、推进和评价均具有重要影响。课程改革的合理性取向一般包括工具合理性、价值合理性和混合型合理性几种类型,分别代表了对课程改革的目标、课程改革的规范、课程改革的条件和课程改革的手段诸要素的不同态度和不同处理方式,因此,具有同等理论价值。此次课程改革由于在目标和理念上追求价值合理性,在条件和手段上却忽视了工具合理性,在课程改革推进过程中又过分寻求工具合理性,结果造成不同合理性取向之间的结构性冲突和不匹配,最终导致课程文本在现实教育环境中遭遇无情挑战。应树立正确的课程批评观,深入探讨课程改革的合理性基础,在总结社会各界对课程改革的意见和建议的基础上,采取有效措施,以建设者的姿态促进课程改革的不断完善。

The International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science(IFToMM)held the International Symposium on Robotics and Mechatronics(ISRM 2009)as the first in a series of conference events promoting robotics and mechantronics in the Asian IFToMM community.The first event was held in Hanoi University of Technology on Sept.21-23.2009.

Social Justice: A National Imperative for Counselor Education and Supervision

In this introduction to the special issue of the Counselor Education and Supervision journal, the guest editors provide a brief history of the social justice movement within the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision and discuss the importance of addressing social justice issues in counselor education and supervision. The authors challenge all counselors to make social justice an integral part of their work.     

人类教育发展史上的奇迹——改革开放30年中国推进全民教育的奋进历程

改革开放以来,中国政府和人民以最大的努力推进全民教育,把实现基本普及九年义务教育和基本扫除青壮年文盲的目标作为教育工作的重中之重。全民教育经历了普及义务教育、大规模扫盲行动、实施全民教育的国家意志的历程。中国特色全民教育发展之路的实践探索,推行了一系列发展全民教育的重大举措,使得基础教育办学条件有了较大改善,全民教育取得重大成就并实现新突破,推进了义务教育的均衡发展。中国如期实现了两基目标,创造了人类教育发展史上的奇迹。     

我国教育科研成果现状及其影响力分析

对2006—2008年度科研课题、学术论文以及学术著作的分析表明,我国教育科研成果数量持续增长、质量不断提高、成果生产组织形态多元化、成果产品类型多样化,在服务决策、指导实践、学科发展、引领社会等方面发挥了重要作用,社会影响日益显著。今后,需要以科学发展观为指导,增强问题意识,加强实证研究,提升成果质量,加快成果转化,提高国际影响力,促进我国教育科学迈上新的台阶。
