科研新手获得学术认可的障碍分析及其影响研究

 摘要：科研新手一般是通过其研究成果在学术界获得承认，进而逐步在科学共同体中获得认可并确立地位的。在科研新手学术成果获得承认的过程中，一般会受到新手身份、成果特点以及科学共同体自身性质等因素的影响。对科研新手学术认可的拒绝或延迟，直接影响到科学家梯队的后备人力资源，同时也影响科研新人的职业发展。分析科研新手获得学术认可的一般机制，对维护健康的学术环境，保持科学技术的可持续发展都具有重要意义。

The factors of child physical abuse in Korean immigrant families

OBJECTIVE: This study explores Korean immigrant mothers' attitudes toward child physical abuse based on an ecological perspective. METHOD: One hundred and forty-four Korean immigrant mothers who came to the US after age 16 and have at least one child under 18 years old participated in this study. Data were collected using instruments translated in Korean that measure mothers' attitudes toward child physical abuse in four areas: degree of agreement with physical abuse, conflict tactics, belief in the use of physical punishment, and perceptions regarding physical abuse. RESULTS: This study found that the following variables affect Korean immigrant mothers' attitudes toward child physical abuse at ecological levels of the environment: amount of time spent with children, experience of corporal punishment as a child, children's gender and age, family acculturation conflicts, mothers' age, and length of time in US at the micro level; involvement in their children's school and involvement in social organizations at the meso level; level of education and reported stress of immigrant life at the exo level; value of children in Korean culture, familiarity with Child Protective Services (CPS), perceived discrimination, and value of corporal punishment at the macro level. CONCLUSIONS: This study suggests the importance of cultural sensitivity in social work practice when working with Korean immigrants. It also implies that intervention and prevention efforts of child abuse should be targeted at more than one level of the environment.     

The Politics of Emotions in ELT: Structure of Feeling and Anxiety of Korean English Teachers

ABSTRACT

Using the notion of structure of feeling by Raymond Williams, this article seeks to illuminate an ideological understanding of Korean English teachers’ anxiety and deep sense of insecurity in English language teaching (ELT). Through a discussion of how their anxiety is grounded deeply within unequal social relations and how they reframe their anxiety through critical reflection on the cultural and ideological bias of their own anxiety, it points out the intricate relationship between ideology and emotion; teachers’ emotions are shaped by dominant ideologies that constitute the social structures constraining their position as teachers, while their engagement with those emotions also enables their self-transformation towards gaining confidence as teachers. The results of the study emphasise the tension between social structure and agency in teachers’ emotional experiences and discuss implications for teacher education and development.     

基于符号检测辅助的MMSE与LS干扰对齐算法研究

干扰对齐（IA）是一种有效消除干扰的管理机制。为了彻底消除干扰信号对期望信号的影响,通过预编码技术处理使干扰在接收端重叠,使接收端的干扰信号与期望信号有效分开。在传统最小均方误差（Minimum Mean Square Error,MMSE）算法和最小二乘（least square,LS）算法基础上,提出基于符号检测辅助的最小均方误差（Symbol Detection Aided Minimum Mean Square Error,SDA-MMSE）算法和最小二乘（Symbol Detection Aided Least Square,SDA-LS）算法。分别基于传统算法和改进算法进行迭代计算,通过仿真可看出SDA-MMSE算法的MSE较SDA-LS算法的MSE降低约20%。理论分析与仿真结果表明,改进算法较传统算法具有更好的系统性能,且SDA-MMSE算法系统性能最优。
