新理念中的旧痕迹

2006年12月底,受福建省南安市教育局的邀请,教育部基础教育课程教材发展中心组织不同学科教育研究者到福建南安,专门对那里的高中新课程实施情况做详细调研.我有幸成为其中一员,听了四节高中历史公开课,分别是"五四运动""辛亥革命""新中国初期的政治建设""新民主主义革命与中国共产党"(第三课时).南安市使用的都是岳麓版教材.听课后的总印象是:新课程的气息还是非常浓厚的,基本上实现了预设的教学目标.比如,任教的四位青年教师在教学过程中始终保持了极强的亲和力;不同类型的课程资源利用的水平比较高;学生参与课堂讨论的兴趣比较积极,等等.这些都表明历史课程改革的发展方向基本上是正确的.     

俄罗斯远程教育的发展

俄罗斯远程教育在教学和组织模式、远程教育技术、远程教育发展战略探索以及远程教育培训等方面均有着长足的发展,并取得了一定的成效和经验。这为我国大力促进社会化远程教育体系和运行机制的建设,实现更为有效的运作模式提供了重要的范例。     

The Grass Isn’t Always Greener: Perceptions of and Performance on Open-Note Exams

Undergraduate biology education is often viewed as being focused on memorization rather than development of students’ critical-thinking abilities. We speculated that open-note testing would be an easily implemented change that would emphasize higher-order thinking. As open-note testing is not commonly used in the biological sciences and the literature on its effects in biology education is sparse, we performed a comprehensive analysis of this intervention on a primary literature–based exam across three large-enrollment laboratory courses. Although students believed open-note testing would impact exam scores, we found no effect on performance, either overall or on questions of nearly all Bloom’s levels. Open-note testing also produced no advantage when examined under a variety of parameters, including research experience, grade point average, course grade, prior exposure to primary literature–focused laboratory courses, or gender. Interestingly, we did observe small differences in open- and closed-note exam performance and perception for students who experienced open-note exams for an entire quarter. This implies that student preparation or in-test behavior can be altered by exposure to open-note testing conditions in a single course and that ­increased experience may be necessary to truly understand the impact of this intervention.     

AsCl_3在9mol·L~(-1)盐酸一苯和水一苯相中分配比的测定

本文介绍了笔者设计的测定AsCL_3在9mol·L~(-1)盐酸—苯相的分配比(D_1)和在水—苯相中的分配比(D_2)的简便方法。试验测知,在19℃时,D_1为10.82,D2为0.0180。苯对9mol·L~(-1)盐酸中的As(Ⅲ)的萃取率为91.5％,水对苯相的As(Ⅲ)的反萃取率为98.2％(等体积一次萃取)。     

论段玉裁的“以声为义”说

段玉裁的“以声为义”说体现在两个方面:“依据声旁,由声求义”;“不限形体,于音得义”。本文就《说文解字注》中的声训条例,对“以声为义”说及其得失作了论述。     

创业型高职院校组织变革的理论和方法抉择

如何寻求推进组织转型的创新型管理方法,实现从松散封闭的自治学术组织向高效服务的战略中心型创业组织转型,对于高职院校主动服务地方经济社会发展是至关重要的.探索创业型高校与加强产教融合、开放办学的高职发展方向完全一致.基于平衡计分卡的战略管理模型,可以充分发挥管理流程中的战略协同效应,并把组织的创业发展战略转化为各种具体指标.从客户(学生、社会组织与企业)、内部流程、学习与成长、财务四个维度,建立起分适于组织层面和业务部门的变革管理框架,推动高职院校向创业型组织转型发展.     

我们需要什么样的成人高等教育——兼评“学历+技能”模式

在国际成人高等教育发展的趋势中,我国成人高等教育的生存境遇越来越引起广泛关注。成人高等教育"学历+技能"模式的探索,更需要回答"我们需要什么样的成人高等教育"的现实问题。近年来,高等教育的"学术取向"与"职业取向"之争,引发了高等教育转型问题的讨论焦点,这直接关系到我国成人高等教育改革与发展走向的重大问题。从国际视野理解成人高等教育,必须打破传统的教育观念,成人高等教育决不意味着学术水平降低,同时也不排斥职业取向;成人高等教育不能简单地等同于"职业性"+"高等性"+"成人性",因此,"学历+技能"模式不以提升"学力"为目标,就不能真正弥合目前我国各类教育之间所存在的巨大"缝隙"。     

基于MATLAB的赫尔默特方差分量估计法实现

本文通过对赫尔默特方差分量估计法的理论、模型和算法的研究,应用MATLAB平台,使用MATLAB语言编写程序,开发出通用的模块,制作可视化界面,操作简单,减少了测绘工作的内业工作量,提高了工作效率,并可作为其他平差问题编程的参考,此模块具有极高的实际意义和应用价值。     

Effect of interrupted endogenous BMP/Smad signaling on growth and steroidogenesis of porcine granulosa cells

Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) play a critical role in the growth and steroidogenesis of granulosa cells (GCs). BMP signals act through membrane-bound heteromeric serine/threonine kinase receptors. Upon ligand binding, BMPs activate intracellular Smad proteins and regulate growth and apoptosis in various cell types. The objective of this study was to demonstrate the effects of BMP/Smad signal on growth and steroidogenesis of porcine GCs. A strategy of RNA interference (RNAi)-mediated ‘gene silencing’ of Smad4, a core molecule mediating the intracellular BMP/Smad signal transduction pathways, was used to interrupt endogenous BMP/Smad signaling. Results indicate that Smad4-small interfering RNA (siRNA) caused specific inhibition of Smad4 mRNA and protein expression after transfection. Interrupted endogenous BMP/Smad signaling significantly inhibited growth, and induced apoptosis of porcine GCs, while decreasing estradiol production. In addition, interrupted BMP/Smad signaling significantly (P<0.05) changed the expression of Cyclin D2, CDK4, Bcl-2, and Cyp19a1. These findings provide new insights into how BMP/Smad signaling regulates the growth and steroidogenesis of porcine GCs.     

手工教学策略新探

当今,虽然对于"创造教育"的研究早已成为不"时尚"的课题,人们对此也做过许多有关方面的探索研究,但倘若我们冷静反思当前高职高专学院美术学科手工课程教学的现状,便会发现其教学策略仍然停滞在长期以来一直沿用的在"继承"的基础上谈"设计"的模式上,仍存在着对"创造"内涵认识的浅表化及创造技术的单一化。我们只有以宏观的角度、全新的现代"创造学"科学理论重新审视与指导"创造教育,"把教育目标锁定在引导学生自主研究如何对传统项目进行全方位的"技术革新"上,把培养学生的开拓创新能力摆在第一位,才能真正从实质上实现拓宽学生的思路,全方位激发其创造灵感,使其思维更富有创见性。
