近年来计算机多媒体技术在教育领域的应用,已经证明了其优越性。且随着高校招生规模的扩大,应用多媒体技术教学是解决教学资源不足和保证教学质量的有效途径。但高校教师在应用多媒体教学中出现了一些问题,解决这些问题是提高高校教学质量的关键所在。

A nonlinear dynamic macro-element for demand assessment of bridge substructures subjected to ship collision

For the dynamic demand assessment of bridge structures under ship impact loading, it may be prudent to adopt analytical models which permit rapid analysis with reasonable accuracy. Herein, a nonlinear dynamic macro-element is proposed and implemented to quantify the demand of bridge substructures subjected to ship collisions. In the proposed nonlinear macro-element, a combination of an elastic-plastic spring and a dashpot in parallel is employed to describe the mechanical behavior of ship-bows with strain rate effects. Based on the analytical model using the proposed macro-element, a typical substructure under 5000 deadweight tonnage (DWT) ship collision is discussed. Our analyses indicate that the responses of the structure using the nonlinear macro-element agree with the results from the high resolution model, but the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed method increase significantly in practical applications. Furthermore, comparisons between some current design codes (AASHTO, JTGD60-2004, and TB10002.1-2005) and the developed dynamic analysis method suggest that these design codes may be improved, at least to consider the effect of dynamic amplification on structural demand.     

基于佛兰德斯互动分析法的初中大班额英语课堂教学案例研究

采用非参与式观察,以弗兰德斯互动分析法为主要研究方法,以课堂志与开放性访谈法为辅助研究法对大班额英语课堂教学中生动的师生言语活动进行了记录分析,揭示了当前基础教育阶段大班额英语教学课堂语言互动现状及存在的问题与困境,并尝试提出相应的解决途径。     

远志总皂苷对AD模型大鼠海马nAChRα4及PSD-95表达的影响

目的:通过观察中药远志总皂苷(Tenuigenin,TEN)对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)模型大鼠烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体α4亚基(nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subunit alpha-4,nAChRα4)和突触后致密蛋白95(postsynaptic density 95,PSD-95)表达的影响,旨在探讨TEN对AD干预作用的机制。方法:32只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组,模型组,TEN 12.5,37.5 mg.mL-1剂量组,应用D-半乳糖致衰老的基础上定向Meynert基底核损毁建立AD大鼠模型,TEN 12.5,37.5 mg.mL-1治疗组则在造模的同时用远志总皂苷灌胃(ig)治疗,采用免疫组化方法来检测大鼠海马CA1区nAChRα4及PSD-95的表达。结果:模型组大鼠海马CA1区nAChRα4及PSD-95平均灰度值显著高于对照组,平均光密度值显著降低(P<0.01);TEN 12.5,37.5 mg.mL-1剂量组大鼠海马nAChRα4及PSD-95平均灰度值显著低于模型组,两组平均光密度值均显著增高(P<0.05);...

《华尔特·密蒂的隐秘生活》中前景化的功能分析

该文研究前景化理论在分析小说文体特征方面的应用。通过对于詹姆斯·瑟伯小说《华尔特·密蒂的隐秘生活》这一文本进行分析,综合从质的偏离和量的偏离综合分析小说文本中的前景化现象;同时通过分析证明小说中的前景化使用达到了以下三方面功能:虚实对照,巧妙结合梦境与现实,夸张幽默效果的实现。可见,瑟伯借助前景化的语言手段有效地表达和深化了主题,勾画出一个游走在英雄与懦夫,绚丽的梦幻与沉闷的现实之间的形象。     

Proteomic analysis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells exposed to PM<Subscript>2.5</Subscript>

Exposure to fine ambient particulate matter (PM_2.5) is known to be associated with cardiovascular disease. To uncover the molecular mechanisms involved in cardiovascular toxicity of PM_2.5, we investigated alterations in the protein profile of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) treated with PM_2.5 using two-dimensional electrophoresis in conjunction with mass spectrometry (MS). A total of 31 protein spots were selected as differentially expressed proteins and identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight (MALDI-TOF) MS. The results demonstrated that DNA damage and cell apoptosis are important factors contributing to PM_2.5-mediated toxicity in HUVECs. It is further proposed that PM_2.5 can inhibit superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and increase reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malonaldehyde (MDA) production in a concentration-dependent manner. Induction of apoptosis and DNA damage through oxidative stress pathways may be one of the key toxicological events occurring in HUVECs under PM_2.5 stress. These results indicated that the toxic mechanisms of PM_2.5 on cardiovascular disease are related to endothelial dysfunction.     

Practical Exploration of Undergraduate Classroom Teaching Reform: a Case Study of Shanxi Normal University

Abstract

Exploring classroom teaching reform centered on student development is a fundamental requirement for deepening education and teaching reform in undergraduate education worldwide. Shanxi Normal University places the reform of classroom teaching reform at the center of their efforts to raise the quality of undergraduate education. The implementation of the classroom teaching reforms at Shanxi Normal University has been focused on finding solutions to practical teaching problems. The new approaches to teaching and learning satisfy the requirements of both student development and societal development while addressing key problems in university education and teaching reform. In this article, the authors explain the rationale for focusing on classroom teaching reform, and describe how the classroom teaching reforms were promoted at Shanxi Normal University as well as how the quality of student training has been improved. Our goal in implementing reforms to classroom teaching has been to not only improve education and teaching vitality at Shanxi Normal University, but also provide lessons and experience to stimulate classroom teaching reform at other universities.
