以UniversityNow为代表的“平价高等教育”分析

在MOOC热潮中,以UniversityNow为代表的新型虚拟大学引起广泛关注。传统的高校一是学费高,二是不在乎学生是否能够毕业。而这所大学创立的使命则是釆用创新的技术和创新的教学方法,帮助有需要的学生以较低费用,在无负债的情况下,获得高质量的大学学位和证书。UniversityNow商业模式在美国高等教育普及化的时代有很大的发展和盈利空间。这种商业模式在提供平价高等教育的情况下,如何保证真文凭、低学费、高质量、灵活性的教育,是非常值得我国传统高校和虚拟大学深入研究和借鉴的。正如其创使人Gene Wade所说,UniversityNow的存在会促进一批虚拟大学降低学费,从而带动高等教育普及化。     

泊马度胺的合成工艺改进

目的改进免疫调节剂泊马度胺的合成方法。方法以3-硝基邻苯二甲酸为原料,制得中间体3-氨基邻苯二甲酸;以N-Boc-L-谷氨酰胺为原料,制得3-氨基-2,6-哌啶二酮盐酸盐,这两个中间体经一步缩合反应即得到目标产物泊马度胺。结果与结论反应总收率为53.21%(以3-硝基邻苯二甲酸计),纯度为99.4%(HPLC法),此合成方法具有反应步骤少、操作简单、后处理方便、无废水污染且无重金属残留等优点。     

维护教职工合法权益对高校师德师风建设的保障性研究

新时代对高校教师提出了更高的要求,作为一名高校教师,不仅要有深厚的专业知识储备,更要有高尚的师德风范和崇高的职业理想.加强师德师风建设是近几年来各个高校在学术领域中持续钻研探索、深入学习研究的一项重点工作.经实践和查阅大量文献发现,影响师德师风建设的因素很多.其中,能否维护教职工合法权益对师德师风建设至关重要,前者对后者将起到保障性作用,越来越被广泛关注和重视.本文通过对教职工合法权益的维护现状及师德师风建设存在的问题分析,提出加强和改进师德师风建设相关策略,希望通过本研究能为促进高校师德师风建设提供积极的借鉴意义和价值参考.     

新时代教师社会地位及提升策略研究

教师是人类灵魂的工程师,是人类文化的传承者,承担着传播知识、培育新人的时代重任.教师的社会地位不但影响着教师的情绪体验,还映射出一个国家对于"尊师重道"的体会和认知.然而,当前我国教师的社会地位并不乐观,原因大致有以下几个方面:经济因素、权力因素和声望因素.本文从以上几个方面揭示教师社会地位现状及成因,并探讨提升教师社会地位的可行策略,以期强化社会尊重知识、尊重教育的意识,使得教师行业能够更加受人尊敬.     

“中级财务会计学”线上线下混合式课程的设计与实践

“互联网+”时代学生获取知识的途径很多,以传授知识为主的传统课堂教学方式已经落后,如何实现知识的传授到能力的提升到拔高性的教学是关键要解决的问题。知识的普及与拔高性教学的关系如何处理?如何促进优质课程线上资源更有效的应用?文章以“中级财务会计学”课程为主线,运用BOPPPS模型,通过线上线下混合式课程的设计与实践,寻求解决上述问题的途径,以期给课程改革带来有意义的借鉴。     

FIFA 11+练习对足球运动员膝关节生物力学特征和专项素质作用的Meta分析

目的:系统评价FIFA 11+练习对足球运动员膝关节生物力学特征和专项素质的作用,旨在厘清FIFA 11+练习的作用价值及方式。方法:检索国内、外数据库中关于FIFA 11+练习对膝关节生物力学特征及专项素质特征的实验研究,根据Cochrane系统评价手册进行文献质量评价,运用Stata15.1版本的结局指标进行Meta分析、敏感性分析、亚组分析和发表偏倚检验。结果:共纳入20篇中、外文献,712名被试者。Meta分析结果显示:FIFA 11+练习可显著提高足球运动员膝关节股四头肌等速肌力[SMD=0.48(0.26,0.71)]、腘绳肌等速肌力[SMD=0.61(0.33,0.90)]、膝关节稳定性[SMD=0.32(0.17,0.47)]动态平衡能力[SMD=0.48(0.33,0.63)]、敏捷性[-0.40(-0.75,-0.06)]和弹跳能力[SMD=0.33(0.19,0.48)],对短距冲刺能力无显著提高作用[SMD=-0.67(-1.43,0.09)]。结论:1)FIFA 11+练习可显著提高足球运动员膝关节肌力、动态平衡能力、弹跳能力和敏捷性;不同角速度、年龄分别是膝关节等速肌力、敏捷性异质性的来源;2)FIFA 11+练习对足球运动员短距冲刺能力无显著改善效果。     

应对突发公共安全事件的财政支出绩效评价指标体系研究

应对突发公共安全事件的财政支出绩效评价的核心是财政支出绩效评价指标体系的研究。依据财政部2020年印发的《项目支出绩效评价管理办法》,在充分考虑突发公共安全事件特点的基础上,设计了包含4个一级指标、10个二级指标、20个三级指标的绩效评价指标体系。通过问卷调查广泛征求河北省财政厅、高等院校、资产评估中介机构等专家的意见,进一步优化绩效评价指标体系,并利用熵权法对优化后的指标体系进行赋权,为应对突发公共安全事件的财政支出绩效评价提供参考。     

Extraterrestrial artificial photosynthetic materials for in-situ resource utilization

Aerospace milestones in human history, including returning to the moon and manned Martian missions, have been implemented in recent years. Space exploration has become one of the global common goals, and to ensure the survival and development of human beings in the extraterrestrial extreme environment has been becoming the basic ability and technology of manned space exploration. For the purpose of fulfilling the goal of extraterrestrial survival, researchers in Nanjing University and the China Academy of Space Technology proposed extraterrestrial artificial photosynthesis (EAP) technology. By simulating the natural photosynthesis of green plants on the Earth, EAP converts CO₂/H₂O into fuel and O₂ in an in-situ, accelerated and controllable manner by using waste CO₂ in the confined space of spacecraft, or abundant CO₂ resources in extraterrestrial celestial environments, e.g. Mars. Thus, the material loading of manned spacecraft can be greatly reduced to support affordable and sustainable deep space exploration. In this paper, EAP technology is compared with existing methods of converting CO₂/H₂O into fuel and O₂ in the aerospace field, especially the Sabatier method and Bosch reduction method. The research progress of possible EAP materials for in-situ utilization of extraterrestrial resources are also discussed in depth. Finally, this review lists the challenges that the EAP process may encounter, which need to be focused on for future implementation and application. We expect to deepen the understanding of artificial photosynthetic materials and technologies, and aim to strongly support the development of manned spaceflight.     

A defensive mindset: A pattern of social information processing that develops early and predicts life course outcomes

The hypothesis was tested that some children develop a defensive mindset that subsumes individual social information processing (SIP) steps, grows from early experiences, and guides long-term outcomes. In Study 1 (Fast Track [FT]), 463 age-5 children (45% girls; 43% Black) were first assessed in 1991 and followed through age 32 (83% retention). In Study 2 (Child Development Project [CDP]), 585 age-5 children (48% girls, 17% Black) were first assessed in 1987 and followed through age 34 (78% retention). In both studies, measures were collected of early adverse experiences, defensive mindset and SIP, and adult outcomes. Across both studies, a robust latent construct of school-age defensive mindset was validated empirically (comparative fit index = .99 in each study) and found to mediate the impact of early child abuse (38% in FT and 29% in CDP of total effect) and peer social rejection (14% in FT and 7% in CDP of total effect) on adult incarceration.
