关于我国理工科大学文科教育的几点认识

在理工科大学生中进行文科教育,是培养21世纪的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要途径,高素质的人才是重要的战略资源,直接关系到21世纪中国的面貌,决定着中国在世界中的地位、前途和命运。加强文科教育,适应了日益明显的自然科学、社会科学和人文学科交叉综合的趋势,有利于形成适应科学、工业和文化发展的思维方式和造就能够文理结合、综合创新的复合型人才。

幼儿园教学游戏化实践及对策研究

游戏在幼儿园教育中占有重要地位,文章分析幼儿园教学游戏化的内涵与现实意义,对教学游戏化现状进行剖析,并从游戏活动环境创设、游戏化教学活动创新、教学评价优化三个方面提出相应的对策和建议,以期促进幼儿园教育健康发展。     

Enhanced control of DFIG-used back-to-back PWM VSC under unbalanced grid voltage conditions

This paper presents a unified positive-and negative-sequence dual-dq dynamic model of wind-turbine driven doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG) under unbalanced grid voltage conditions. Strategies for enhanced control and operation of a DFIG-used back-to-back(BTB) PWM voltage source converter(VSC) are proposed. The modified control design for the grid-side converter in the stationary αβ frames diminishes the amplitude of DC-link voltage ripples of twice the grid frequency,and the two proposed control targets for the rotor-side converter are alternatively achieved,which,as a result,improve the fault-ride through(FRT) capability of the DFIG based wind power generation systems during unbalanced network supply. A complete unbalanced control scheme with both grid-and rotor-side converters included is designed. Finally,simulation was carried out on a 1.5 MW wind-turbine driven DFIG system and the validity of the developed unified model and the feasibility of the proposed control strategies are all confirmed by the simulated results.     

Molecularly imprinted polymers as the extracted sorbents of clenbuterol ahead of liquid chromatographic determination

A pre-treatment methodology for clenbuterol hydrochloride (CLEN) isolation and enrichment in a complex matrix environment was developed through exploiting molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). CLEN-imprinted polymers were synthesized by the combined use of ally-β-cyclodextrin (ally-β-CD) and methacrylic acid (MAA), allyl-β-CD and acrylonitrile (AN), and allyl-β-CD and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the binary functional monomers. MAA-linked allyl-β-CD MIPs (M-MAA) were characterized by Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Based upon the results, M-MAA polymers generally proved to be an excellent selective extraction compared to its references: AN-linked allyl-β-CD MIPs (M-AN) and MMA-linked allyl-β-CD MIPs (M-MMA). M-MAA polymers were eventually chosen to run through a molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) micro-column to enrich CLEN residues spiked in pig livers. A high recovery was achieved, ranging from 91.03% to 96.76% with relative standard deviation (RSD) ≤4.45%.     

论高中历史教学方法的转变--基于全球史观的视角

全球史观作为当前史学界较为赞同的观念,其新的史学理论与方法是对传统世界史中“欧洲中心论”的批判。不仅给史学研究指出了新的发展方向,也为中学历史学习提供了新的视角。高中历史新课程中借鉴和吸收了全球史观的观点,也使得历史教学方法的转变具有了契合性,推动了高中历史课程改革的进程。     

企业产品创新平台的构建及其转换

创新是当前的焦点，企业围绕创新的关键和落脚点是产品创新的问题，企业产品创新在于企业产品创新平台的构建及转换。因此本文在有关产品创新平台研究成果的基础上，提出了企业产品创新平台内容体系的架构，并对产品创新平台的转换及其识别进行探索性研究，为企业创新及决策提供服务。     

择业观念对大学毕业生就业影响的实证研究

The concept of job-hunting is an important factor affecting university students’ employment. This empirical study shows that while hunting for a job, graduates witness negative correlation between their expectation of the nature of work and the demand for occupational types and the accessibility to a post and monthly income; positive correlation between students’ initiative and employment opportunities; positive correlation between salary expectation and real income; negative correlation between mental preparation for hardship and job satisfaction. Therefore, institutions of higher learning must strengthen their employment education, guiding students to foster a sound sense of competition, the concept of occupational position, mental preparation for vocational hardship so that students can rectify their attitude towards employment and adjust their employment concept, thus benefiting them in gaining a position. __________ Translated from Gaodeng Jiaoyu Yanjiu 高等教育研究 (Journal of Higher Education), 2007, 29(1): 46–52     

肿节风注射液安全性实验评价

目的:对肿节风注射液进行异常毒性、溶血与凝聚试验、过敏反应安全性实验评价.方法:根据<中国药典>2010年版一部附录"中药注射剂安全性检查法应用指导原则"的要求及相关项目的技术规范进行试验.结果:按每只小鼠尾静脉注射0.5ml肿节风注射液,结果实验小鼠均无异常反应;溶血与凝聚试验供试品管中的溶液在3小时内不发生溶血和凝聚;按豚鼠腹腔注射0.5ml/只和静脉注射1.0ml/只作为本品的致敏剂量和激发剂量,结果试验豚鼠均未出现过敏反应.结论:本肿节风注射液进行的异常毒性、溶血与凝聚试验和致敏反应的安全性评价符合规定.
