浅议我国高职院校教学研究工作

加强教学研究工作,不仅是高职院校教学改革和提高自身地位的要求,而且是提高高职教师教学水平和综合素质的需要,因此,高职院校应积极采取措施,加强教学研究工作。     

大气细颗粒物PM_(2.5)对人脐静脉内皮细胞蛋白质组的影响（英文）

目的:应用双向电泳及质谱技术分析对人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)蛋白质组的影响,探讨引起心血管毒性的潜在机制。创新点:多项流行病学调查表明,与人类心血管疾病有密切关系,而血管内皮细胞是血管的第一道防线。本项目应用蛋白质组技术研究对血管内皮细胞损伤的作用,并从DNA损伤的角度探讨了心血管毒性机制,具有较好的创新性。研究结果可为的危害分析提供基础数据,同时为的防治提供新的依据及思路。方法:培养HUVEC细胞,分为正常组(正常培养的HUVEC细胞)、处理组(50、100μg/mlPM_(2.5)处理HUVEC细胞24h)。双向电泳技术建立各组细胞蛋白质组图谱,质谱技术鉴定差异表达的蛋白质,流式细胞术分析细胞凋亡情况,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测DNA损伤产物8-OHd G的水平,荧光标记技术分析DNA双链断裂的形成,并用免疫印迹法(Western blotting)检测DNA损伤相关蛋白的表达。结论:经处理HUVEC后,31个蛋白表达发生了显著性的变化(图2,表1),其中8个蛋白质参与了DNA的损伤与RNA的编缉,7个蛋白质与细胞凋亡有关(表2)。进一步实验表明:能够促细胞凋亡(图5),提高DNA损伤产物8-OHdG的含量(图6),促进DNA双链断裂位点的形成(图7),调节损伤修复相关蛋白(Mer11A、Rad50和Rad51)的表达(图8),抑制超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,增加HUVEC细胞内活性氧(ROS)和丙二醛(MDA)的水平(图9)。综上所述,能够通过调节一系列蛋白的表达,加重HUVEC细胞氧化应激水平,增加DNA损伤,促进细胞凋亡,造成内皮细胞损伤,从而导致心脑血管事件的发生。     

Early Childhood Services in Ireland

This paper gives background information on early childhood services in Ireland and presents the results of a survey of the preschool experiences of 1065 children. The results of the survey suggest that the majority of children experienced some form of early childhood service before starting school. The most common service was a playgroup although a significant proportion of the children had experienced home‐based care with a relative or family day care provider. The implications of the findings for the development of a policy on early childhood services are discussed.

Mathematics in Physics Education: Scanning Historical Evolution of the Differential to Find a More Appropriate Model for Teaching Differential Calculus in Physics

Despite its frequent use, there is little understanding of the concept of differential among upper high school and undergraduate students of physics. As a first step to identify the origin of this situation and to revert it, we have done a historic and epistemological study aimed at clarifying the role and the meaning of the differential in physics and at improving curricular and teaching models in the sense of Gilbert et al. (Gilbert J.K., Boulter C., & Rutherford, M.: 1998a, International Journal of Science Education 20(1), 83–97, Gilbert J.K., Boulter C., & Rutherford, M.: 1998b, International Journal of Science Education 20(2), 187–203). We describe the contributions of Leibniz and Cauchy and stress their shortcomings, which are overcome by the alternative definition proposed by the French mathematician Fréchet, dating from early 20th century. As a result of this study, we answer to some fundamental questions related to a proper understanding of the differential in physics education (for 17–19 years old students).     

衡阳市卫生人力资源状况的调查及需求预测

为了针对性加强医药、医技类相关专业建设，以满足当地卫生人才的需求，我们对衡阳市卫生人力资源的现状进行了调查研究，并在此基础上对本市未来五年卫生人力资源的需求进行了预测。     

Proteomic analysis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells exposed to PM<Subscript>2.5</Subscript>

Exposure to fine ambient particulate matter (PM_2.5) is known to be associated with cardiovascular disease. To uncover the molecular mechanisms involved in cardiovascular toxicity of PM_2.5, we investigated alterations in the protein profile of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) treated with PM_2.5 using two-dimensional electrophoresis in conjunction with mass spectrometry (MS). A total of 31 protein spots were selected as differentially expressed proteins and identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight (MALDI-TOF) MS. The results demonstrated that DNA damage and cell apoptosis are important factors contributing to PM_2.5-mediated toxicity in HUVECs. It is further proposed that PM_2.5 can inhibit superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and increase reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malonaldehyde (MDA) production in a concentration-dependent manner. Induction of apoptosis and DNA damage through oxidative stress pathways may be one of the key toxicological events occurring in HUVECs under PM_2.5 stress. These results indicated that the toxic mechanisms of PM_2.5 on cardiovascular disease are related to endothelial dysfunction.     

伽达默尔的审美意识批判及其启示

伽达默尔对海德格尔的艺术真理学说进行解释学的重构，通过审美意识批判提出理解的真理，并以之作为艺术理论的立足点。伽达默尔指出：康德的审美趣味、席勒的审美王国、哈曼的审美感知、尧斯的审美经验将纯粹的审美意识作为艺术理论的立足点，否弃艺术的作为理解的认识的真理功能，显示了美学对于艺术理论的局限性。伽达默尔的这一批判对我国当代学理论建设和发展极具启迪意义。
