概述了全国各高校文献检索课实习及成绩评定方式大致情况后,从文献检索课的教学内容、教学条件、教学方式、实习方式等方面考虑,探讨了文献检索课实习及成绩评定方式应该达到的效果,并据此设计了一种实习及成绩评定方式,即以平时课后实习作业为平时成绩,期末写一篇综述为期末成绩,两者相加为总成绩

How to foster student�Cstudent learning of science? The student, the teacher and the subject matter

In this response to Konstantinos Alexakos, Jayson K. Jones, and Victor H. Rodriguez’s study, I discuss ways attending to student membership in groups can both inform research on equity and diversity in science education and improve the teaching of science to all students. My comments are organized into three sections: how underrepresented students’ experiences in science classrooms are shaped by their peers; how science teachers can help students listen to and learn from one another; and how the subject matter can invite or discourage student participation in science. More specifically, I underscore the need for teachers and students to listen to one another to promote student learning of science. I also highlight the importance of science education researchers and science teachers viewing students both as individuals and as members of multiple groups; women of color, for example, should be understood as similar to and different from each other, from European American women and from ethnic minorities in general.     

关于评价税收征收度质效模式的探究

现行的税收征管质效评价体系存在指标覆盖面窄、部分指标设定不合理等问题,而借助税务信息化技术建立以税收征收度为核心的评价体系,通过税收收入实际与潜力差额的母系指标以及涉及征管、货劳科室的相关子系指标,反映税收征管努力程度,进而衡量税务机关与税务人员的工作绩效,是一种简便易行的方案。     

Construction of query concepts based on feature clustering of documents

In Information Retrieval, since it is hard to identify users’ information needs, many approaches have been tried to solve this problem by expanding initial queries and reweighting the terms in the expanded queries using users’ relevance judgments. Although relevance feedback is most effective when relevance information about retrieved documents is provided by users, it is not always available. Another solution is to use correlated terms for query expansion. The main problem with this approach is how to construct the term-term correlations that can be used effectively to improve retrieval performance. In this study, we try to construct query concepts that denote users’ information needs from a document space, rather than to reformulate initial queries using the term correlations and/or users’ relevance feedback. To form query concepts, we extract features from each document, and then cluster the features into primitive concepts that are then used to form query concepts. Experiments are performed on the Associated Press (AP) dataset taken from the TREC collection. The experimental evaluation shows that our proposed framework called QCM (Query Concept Method) outperforms baseline probabilistic retrieval model on TREC retrieval.     

一类非奇异线性方程组的快速解法

通过对非奇异系数矩阵A的Jacobi分裂,利用Jacobi收敛的条件,把系数矩阵的逆通过级数的形式表示,从而找到了一条快速解决一类非奇异线性方程组的方法,即当系数矩阵A的Jacobi收敛时,使得线性方程组的解x=A-1b=D-1b,或者x=A-1b=1s b。最后给出三个例子,以说明这种方法的快速有效性。     

‘Social Skills’: Following a Travelling Concept from American Academic Discourse to Contemporary Danish Welfare Institutions

The article traces the origin and development of the concept of social skills in first and foremost American academic discourse. As soon as the concept of social skills was coined, the concern for people lacking such skills started and has been on the increase ever since (now sharing public attention with related concepts such as self-control, emotional intelligence and empathy). After the analysis of the academic history of the concept follows an examination of the implementation of a range of assessment instruments and training programmes related to social skills (and lack hereof) in contemporary Danish welfare institutions (more specifically, day nurseries and schools, employment and penal services). The analysis forwarded in the article thus demonstrates how an intellectual idea may develop and travel - and on its journey connect to pre-existing cultural logics and societal concerns. The idea of social skills has through its development been made uncontroversial – everybody wants to be skilful. The concept does, however, convey an individualistic view on social life and imposes a reflexivity over own performance on the participants. Further, its normative character contributes to a problematization of those who are perceived to lack these skills.

[目的/意义]面对多学科领域、多类型用户的专题情报服务需求,建立专题情报数据管理与智能分析平台。实现专题情报分析的流程化和智能化,同时对融入专家智慧的专题情报分析过程数据进行管理,丰富服务模式,提升服务需求响应速度。[方法/过程]在调研已有相关研究与实践分析基础上,提出平台设计思路、建设框架,对平台主要功能和关键技术进行剖析。[结果/结论]专题情报数据管理与智能分析平台已建设完成。平台集成了多来源多类型数据,打通了从数据到分析的服务链条。嵌入了多种情报分析方法和深度学习算法,实现了多维多层次分析服务。能够对分析过程和情报分析人员历史积累数据进行管理,实现数据共享和重复利用。
