社会化与产品化:档案学实践教育资源开发路径研究——以福建师范大学为例

档案学实践教育资源社会化开发与产品化运用模式,以高校-学生培养为中心,社会-企业需求为导向,市场-产品运用为基础,凝聚高校-社会-市场三维组织优势合力,其中社会化开发缩小了高校和社会之间的距离,产品化运用则是通过市场来对高校实践型、重技重能教育理念回归的重新确认,对提升档案学专业实践教学的整体水平以及培养技术型、应用型高级档案专业人才具有重要意义.     

办好民族特色栏目 提升期刊国际影响力——以《上海体育学院学报》的《民族传统体育学》栏目为例

基于我国中文科技期刊稿件外流、整体学术水平亟待提升的现实背景,以《上海体育学院学报》的《民族传统体育学》栏目为例,探讨通过民族特色栏目提升中文科技期刊国际影响力的策略。认为:《民族传统体育学》栏目发挥学科、人才优势,依托专家、专题支撑,推进新媒体、多语种出版的办栏策略,为中文科技期刊依托中国特有的民族文化品牌,通过特色栏目“窗口”提升期刊国际影响力提供了有效路径。     

The more multidisciplinary the better? – The prevalence and interdisciplinarity of research collaborations in multidisciplinary institutions

Scientific research is increasingly relying on collaborations to address complex real-world problems. Many researchers, policymakers, and administrators consider a multidisciplinary environment an important factor for fostering research collaborations, especially interdisciplinary ones that involve researchers from different disciplines. However, it remains unknown whether a higher level of multidisciplinarity within an academic institution is associated with internal collaborations that are more prevalent and more interdisciplinary. Analyzing 90,000 publications by 2500 faculty members in over 100 academic institutions from three multidisciplinary areas, information, public policy, and neuroscience, we investigated the connection between multidisciplinarity and research collaborations. Based on social network analysis and text mining, our analysis suggests that more multidisciplinary institutions are not necessarily more collaborative, although they do feature collaborations that are more interdisciplinary. Our findings provide implications for academic administrators and policymakers to promote research collaborations and interdisciplinarity in academic institutions.     

澳大利亚国家图书馆展览政策研究

[目的/意义]国内图书馆对展览政策的研究较少，而国外图书馆在相关领域有比较成熟的做法。研究国外图书馆展览政策有助于促进国内图书馆展览工作的开展。[方法/过程]通过对澳大利亚国家图书馆展览政策与展品租借政策文本的梳理与研究，探索其有益做法对我国图书馆的启示。[结果/结论]我国图书馆应从4方面完善展览工作：①重视展览工作的组织建设；②重视对展览原则的研究；③结合国家文物保护政策制定展品借出政策；④结合我国实际制定展品借入政策。     

大学组织文化失范与重建

在大学组织文化显现出政治范式、经济范式等多元化的同时,也映射出保持大学品质的基本学术范式的式微,这成为影响现代大学制度建设的隐形障碍。重建大学组织文化的学术范式必须以学科文化为基点,明确学科的主体地位与学者的主体意识,构建良好的学科生境,系统培育学科文化。     

渐江绘画艺术形式对安徽建筑景观设计的启迪

渐江曾生活于现今的安徽地域,对安徽的人文风貌在其画作中描绘了许多。渐江的绘画画风笔墨严谨、格调简约,对描绘的自然景物高度概括,虽然用墨偏淡,但不显虚空。画面形式具有现代设计学的韵味,构图独特。这种当时的新视觉形式,不仅影响了中国的山水画,而且也给安徽建筑景观设计在形式和意境方面带来了影响和启示。     

Simultaneous changes in seed size,oil content and protein content driven by selection of SWEET homologues during soybean domestication

Soybean accounts for more than half of the global production of oilseed and more than a quarter of the protein used globally for human food and animal feed. Soybean domestication involved parallel increases in seed size and oil content, and a concomitant decrease in protein content. However, science has not yet discovered whether these effects were due to selective pressure on a single gene or multiple genes. Here, re-sequencing data from >800 genotypes revealed a strong selection during soybean domestication on GmSWEET10a. The selection of GmSWEET10a conferred simultaneous increases in soybean-seed size and oil content as well as a reduction in the protein content. The result was validated using both near-isogenic lines carrying substitution of haplotype chromosomal segments and transgenic soybeans. Moreover, GmSWEET10b was found to be functionally redundant with its homologue GmSWEET10a and to be undergoing selection in current breeding, leading the the elite allele GmSWEET10b, a potential target for present-day soybean breeding. Both GmSWEET10a and GmSWEET10b were shown to transport sucrose and hexose, contributing to sugar allocation from seed coat to embryo, which consequently determines oil and protein contents and seed size in soybean. We conclude that past selection of optimal GmSWEET10a alleles drove the initial domestication of multiple soybean-seed traits and that targeted selection of the elite allele GmSWEET10b may further improve the yield and seed quality of modern soybean cultivars.     

我国图书情报领域期刊论文的科学数据引用特征研究

[目的/意义] 探索期刊论文科学数据引用特征与规律不仅有助于描述学科领域对科学数据的利用情况，还能够揭示学术成果表达中的数据引用模式。[方法/过程] 以我国图书情报领域6种期刊2017年与2018年第一期刊载论文为样本，结合国家标准《信息技术科学数据引用》的引用元素，采用内容分析法从9个维度对样本论文的科学数据引用行为进行数据编码，应用统计学方法描述图书情报领域期刊论文科学数据引用特征并探索不同维度特征间的关联关系。[结果/结论] 图书情报领域期刊论文广泛引用来自国内外的统计整理类科学数据，对期刊论文中个人研究科学数据的引用量较大；科学数据引用标注方式与科学数据类型存在一定对应关系，但多样化的标注方式缺乏统一性；二手引用现象较为突出，二手引用程度与科学数据创建者类型相关。     

重重迷障中的“艺术人生”——杨杨长篇小说《雕天下》解读

杨杨的首部长篇小说《雕天下》,通过对艺术大师高石美不幸一生的叙述,展现了艺术家生存的艰辛、传统文化的多重矛盾,以及神秘命运的悲剧色彩。作品运用较为先锋的写作方式,塑造出高石美这样一个奇异的文化复合体,其可贵之处在于:最终超越了艺术层面的探讨,走向对于人性隐秘层面的挖掘。
