信息咨询服务——图书馆改革与市场化的突破口

针对图书馆馆员将被"屠杀"这一发展必然,本文提出将信息咨询服务作为突破口,推行图书馆服务的市场化,阐述了学科服务市场化的步骤及其困境,并将人力资源管理机制引入高校图书馆。     

高校图书馆数字资源统计系统建设研究

随着资源的数字化程度不断提高,高校图书馆数字资源建设也得到逐步重视。数字资源的真实利用率一直是图书馆管理者所希望得到的数据之一。而数字资源使用率数据一般由数字资源供应商提供,真实性和准确性有待商榷。由于高校图书馆数字资源使用范围有一定的限制性,借助于这个特点,设计与建设数字资源访问统计系统,提供图书馆数字资源使用的真实信息,为图书馆资源建设提供决策基础。本文从图书馆需求入手,引入系统需求和系统技术原理,同时介绍系统实现案例部分内容,指出数字资源统计系统建设的必要性与存在的难题。     

微机串口实时通信的实现

阐述了外部中断在实时通信中的特殊地位以及WINDOWS与DOS在这方面的不同,通过一个典型的范例说明如何利用外部中断实现串口实时通信。     

Collagen-based brain microvasculature model in vitro using three-dimensional printed template

We present an engineered three-dimensional (3D) in vitro brain microvasculature system embedded within the bulk of a collagen matrix. To create a hydrogel template for the functional brain microvascular structure, we fabricated an array of microchannels made of collagen I using microneedles and a 3D printed frame. By culturing mouse brain endothelial cells (bEnd.3) on the luminal surface of cylindrical collagen microchannels, we reconstructed an array of brain microvasculature in vitro with circular cross-sections. We characterized the barrier function of our brain microvasculature by measuring transendothelial permeability of 40 kDa fluorescein isothiocyanate-dextran (Stoke''s radius of ∼4.5 nm), based on an analytical model. The transendothelial permeability decreased significantly over 3 weeks of culture. We also present the disruption of the barrier function with a hyperosmotic mannitol as well as a subsequent recovery over 4 days. Our brain microvasculature model in vitro, consisting of system-in-hydrogel combined with the widely emerging 3D printing technique, can serve as a useful tool not only for fundamental studies associated with blood-brain barrier in physiological and pathological settings but also for pharmaceutical applications.     

Introducing novel approaches for examining the variability of individuals’ physical activity

Tudor-Locke and colleagues previously assessed steps/day for 1 year. The aim of this study was to use this data set to introduce a novel approach for the investigation of whether individual’s physical activity exhibits periodicity fluctuating round a mean and, if so, the degree of fluctuation and whether the mean changes over time. Twenty-three participants wore a pedometer for 365 days, recorded steps/day and whether the day was a workday. Fourier transform of each participant’s daily steps data showed the physical activity had a periodicity of 7 days in half of the participants, matching the periodicity of the workday pattern. Activity level remained stable in half of the participants, decreased in ten participants and increased in two. In conclusion, the 7-day periodicity of activity in half of the participants and correspondence with the workday pattern suggest a social or environmental influence. The novel analytical approach introduced herein allows the determination of the periodicity of activity, the degree of variability in activity that is tolerated during day-to-day life and whether the activity level is stable. Results from the use of these methodologies in larger data sets may enable a more focused approach to the design of interventions that aim to increase activity.

基于使FSC赛车能有最佳起步性能表现的目的,采用调节发动机的断油或断火,控制发动机的功率输出,从而控制目标滑移率和目标转速的方法,结合在多组测试数据的多次直线加速试验,得出通过实验数据选择的最优动力方案来限制引擎的功率输出(断油或断火),可以大大提高FSC赛车的起步性能的结论。     

杜威教育思想跨时空传播与吸收的历史比较研究述评(1996～2012)

通过展现1996年～2012年间有关杜威教育思想在世界传播和吸收的研究状况,本文认为国外这类研究在理论视角和分析框架方面显出多样性,其方法论大多可用“外化”理论解释,方法上呈现为历史与比较分析结合的走势.这种结合为揭示与解释教育知识的跨文化传播与吸收过程及其“机制”提供了历史案例,并促成国际视野的建构.其研究案例有助于重新评价杜威在教育史上的地位,也有助于理解和借鉴“外化”理论以及历史与比较研究结合的取径.
