CDIO模式下面向授课过程的质量评价体系研究

在“崇尚应用之创新,追求应用之卓越”的教学理念与“做中学”“基于项目教育和学习”的CDIO工程教育理念进行充分融合的基础上,研究面向授课过程的新型教学质量评价体系,并且在构建多方位多层次的要素库、新型的考核体系的质量评价框架的基础上,全方位、多角度地构思与设计教学质量控制体系.通过对授课过程的分阶段监控、精细化制定教学内容以及学生学习情况考核,从而达到训练学生CDIO理念要求的多种能力,并且实现本专业学生综合素质的全面提高.该评价体系在实践中取得了良好的教学成效.     

Identifying students with learning disabilities: the effect of implementing statewide guidelines

Methods for identifying students with learning disabilities continue to be an area of controversy. The present investigation examined the impact of implementing statewide guidelines for the identification of these students. Data were collected from multidisciplinary team reports on 718 students with learning disabilities who were referred and labeled during the 1983-84 school year (before implementation of statewide learning disability guidelines) and 790 students who were identified during 1987-88 (after implementation of the guidelines). The results of the study revealed that the statewide guidelines significantly changed the characteristics of students who were identified. After the implementation of the guidelines, students with much more severe academic problems were identified. These students were much more likely to have a severe discrepancy and be chronically failing in the regular classroom. However, even with explicit, widely accepted guidelines, approximately one third of all students identified in 1987-88 failed to meet the stated criteria for identification. The implications of these findings for professional practice and future research are discussed.     

A network under stress: using embeddedness to understand uncertainty management and resilience in campus emergencies

Persistent school shootings have generated ongoing pressure to assess and enhance crisis communication effectiveness via strategies such as resilience-building and post-crisis restoration. A network perspective offers a robust, multilevel approach for examining complex information flows among community, campus, and individual actors affected by crises. Drawing on relational and structural embeddedness and Uncertainty Management Theory, we offer nine propositions that help explain structural and relational changes in a network over time. Although theoretically driven, these propositions are primarily functional, offering practical implications for safety officials and administrators trying to understand, prepare for, and respond to crises. Thus, we suggest measures and recommendations to improve information flow, uncertainty management, and resilience before, during, and after a crisis.     

Pictures,patience, and practicalities: lessons learned from using photovoice in applied communication contexts

The unforeseen trials of arts-based research may suppress creative and innovative explorations. Photovoice, a visual method of investigation employing participatory photography, presents a host of apprehensions. Yet, photovoice is both a valid and rich methodology that can greatly expand the reach and scope of applied communication research. In this essay, we – three applied communication researchers – discuss the complexities of photovoice, highlighting areas of consideration that interested researchers should contemplate before utilizing this methodology. Briefly exploring three of our research studies and their varying topics (i.e. long-term cancer survivors, domestic violence organizational advocacy, male body culture), we discuss three broad areas of difficulty in photovoice research: analysis, control, and exposure. Despite the unique obstacles that photovoice presents, we argue that it, along with other forms of arts-based research, are profitable and definitely worth the challenge.     

Technical Skills Required: How Technological Efficacy Influences Online Political Behavior

Rapid advances in technology have provided the potential to connect citizens to their surroundings in unprecedented ways. While many scholars examine different types of efficacy as a predictor of behavior (e.g., internal, external, and political), it is essential to examine how confident citizens feel in their ability to use the technology before understanding how they will use it politically. Research shows that perceived competence increases motivation, which is correlated with behavior. This study examined how traditional measures of efficacy and a new measure affect online political behaviors, concluding that technological efficacy is a reliable construct predicting online news use and expression.     

论会计诚信危机与国有资本退出

中国会计已面临诚信危机的严峻挑战。会计诚信危机的根源在于国有企业委托人虚位，而国有企业治理结构的缺陷成为这场危机爆发的诱因。国有资本退出有助于实现企业委托人实位化和完善公司治理结构，从这个意义上来说，国有资本退出也是重塑会计诚信的一项重大举措。     

中国农村村委会的合法性研究——浙江省湖州市和孚镇荻港村的个案研究

任何政治权力系统都必须建立在权力合法性的基础之上,这是其存在、持续、发展和稳定的前提。农村是中国社会的基石,农村稳定是整个中国政权稳定的基础。我们选择湖州市和孚镇荻港村,对中国农村基层政权合法性这一问题进行实证个案研究。调查结果显示,现阶段荻港村村委会的合法性基础比较稳固,但在其发展过程中,必须对其合法性基础的变化予以关注,并随时准备进行合理的调整,防止出现合法性危机。     

研究性学习在大学英语教学中的实施--《安徽省专科英语课程体系改革研究》课题之六

研究性学习是学生在教师的指导下，选择和确定专题进行研究。并在研究过程中主动地获取知识和运用知识解决问题的学习活动。其目的在于培养学生主动学习的能力，与目前所提倡的素质教育及终身教育理念一脉相承，是这一理念的具体实施措施之一。本文探讨了这一学习模式的特点、在大英语教学中实施的必要性、可行性及其意义。     

植物转基因沉默

转基因沉默分为两种水平:第一种是转录水平上的基因沉默,发生原因主要是位置效应、异染色质化以及甲基化;第二种是转录后水平上的基因沉默,发生原因是通过对靶标RNA进行特异性降解而使基因失活,并就此研究提出RNA阈值模型、异常RAN模型、分子间(内)配对模型与RNA干涉模型来解释这种现象产生的机制。
