中日文化产业政策比较研究——基于《文化产业振兴规划》和《内容产业促进法》之比较

《文化产业振兴规划》和《内容产业促进法》是中日两国最新出台的文化产业政策和法规,通过比较两者的出台背景、文本结构和政策内容,来加深对我国文化产业政策的全面认识和理解,也希冀能从日本的文化产业政策中借鉴一些有益经验。

为解决国内教育资源的供需矛盾及分布不均衡问题,教育部继国家精品课程建设之后提出了国家精品开放课程建设.作为精品开放课程建设的核心,从视频公开课定位、生成、质量、知识产权、学习支持服务、评监体系等方面与国外的视频公开课进行比较.完善我国精品视频课程资源共享与利用机制,应当从以下几个方面着力:把握定位,促进知识共享;突出精品内涵,提高视频课程质量;完善网络共享平台,延伸优化学习支持服务;建立合理的知识产权制度;健全激励与评监机制等.     

Persistence at an Urban Community College: The Implications of Self-Efficacy and Motivation

This study examined how self-efficacy and motivation affected student persistence at an urban community college. Self-efficacy was studied at two dimensions: self-regulated learning efficacy and self-efficacy for academic achievement. Motivation was also investigated at two levels: intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Results show that self-regulated learning efficacy and extrinsic motivation predicted persistence. Intrinsic motivation and academic achievement self-efficacy failed to predict persistence directly. Two path models were constructed to assess the direct and indirect relationships among self-efficacy, motivation, and persistence. The reduced model explained 8% of the variance in persistence. In the reduced model, extrinsic motivation emerged as a mediator in the relationship between the two dimensions of self-efficacy and persistence. It was also found that self-efficacy measures correlated well with motivation measures. Implications and limitations of the research findings are discussed.

心理健康教育体验式教学方式符合高职大学生的心理特点,因此有必要在高职院校中开展心理健康教育体验式教学的实践探索。本研究特别为高职心理健康体验式教学设计了一套充分包涵体验式教学思想的10次课程,在教学实践以后进行的评估中,得到学生和教学部门的好评。教学实践的反思包括在设计教学时要更加重视学生的学习和生活特点。

新准则新税制下固定资产盘亏与盘盈的核算

随着2006年颁发的新会计准则及相应指南与解释的逐步执行,特别是新消费型增值税税制的实行,固定资产盘亏与盘盈的核算出现了一系列的变化,而固定资产盘盈核算的原理与方法变化更大。由于新会计准则(含相应的指南、解释、讲解等)对这方面很少深入涉及,且其中的一些规定还有很多不合理之处,致使会计实务界与理论界众说纷纭。文章就此提出一些看法与建议。

浅谈翻译教学中的跨文化意识

在翻译教学中,跨文化意识起着非常重要的作用。由于语言所在的语境涉及到不同的社会文化,只有善于进行换位思考,站在被译入的语言文化角度,才能有效地让对方理解原文的意思。翻译教学对于教师的整体知识结构,包括跨文化意识,是一个严峻的挑战。要注意培养跨文化意识,否则就无法造就合格的翻译人才。     

Structural decomposition analysis on energy intensity changes at regional level

As China’s energy intensity fluctuated in recent years, it is necessary to examine whether this fluctuation happened at a regional level. This paper establishes a decomposition model by using the structural decomposition analysis (SDA) method at a regional level. Then this model is employed to empirically analyze the changes of Beijing’s energy intensity. The conclusions are as follows: during 2002-2010, except petroleum, the energy intensity decreased and the changes were mostly attributed to the technology changes, while the final use variation actually increased the energy intensity; comparing different periods of 2002-2010, the decline rates of energy intensity for coal and hydropower were decreasing, resulting from the production technology being more energy-intensive than before; the energy intensity changes of petroleum firstly increased substantially and then decreased moderately.
