教师教育课程资源建设的问题与策略

课程资源的观念和视野对于重新审视我国教师教育的改革和发展问题具有重要意义。当前我国教师教育课程资源面临的主要问题包括资源意识淡薄和表达形式单一,脱离中小学及幼儿园教师专业发展的实际,低水平重复现象严重,普遍缺乏高水平研究成果的支持,等等。对此,可采取的基本策略包括提高教师教育者在课程资源建设中的地位和能力,强化素材性资源建设,优化共建共享机制,重视教师教育课程资源的基础理论和应用技术研究。     

我国公共图书馆法人治理结构的试点实践研究

公共图书馆法人治理结构作为当前和今后一段时期我国公共文化服务领域的重点工作,在中央层面将试点工作向纵深推进的过程中,形成了参考经验,奠定了政策基础,发挥了试点溢出效应,带动了全国各级各类公共图书馆的试点探索。本文通过对7个国家级公共图书馆法人治理结构试点单位的调研,发现我国公共图书馆法人治理结构在试点过程中仍面临区域发展不平衡、突破创新有限、社会参与力度不够、理事会决策支撑力度不够等问题。建议要明确各利益相关方边界,制定一系列相配套衔接的规章制度,制定各地“图书馆事业发展基金会”制度及畅通的收支渠道,改革创新人事制度并因时因地不断改革完善等,逐步建立起以公益目标为导向、决策专业科学、激励监管制度健全的现代治理结构,全面提升我国公共图书馆的治理水平和服务效能。表6。参考文献11。     

美国婴幼儿阅读推广活动理论初探

婴幼儿阅读推广活动作为关注孩子全面健康成长且融入多种阅读元素的早期参与式互动教育活动,注重培养并强化孩子学前读写的基本技能。考虑到当前的使用习惯和家长在孩子生活中的重要作用,0—3岁婴幼儿及其父母共同成为婴幼儿阅读推广活动的受众。美国公共图书馆鼓励家长每天跟婴幼儿进行一起说、一起唱、一起读、一起写和一起玩的简单互动,并针对新生儿、婴儿、学步儿童/低幼儿童和幼儿等不同年龄段的孩子,开展不同形式的亲子阅读活动。纵观几个在美国覆盖面较为广泛的婴幼儿阅读活动项目,主要涉及多元智能理论、情绪智力与社会智力理论、孩子必备的七种生活技能、“脚手架”理论、认知发展论模式、主动学习教育法、有目的的玩儿、科学实验理论及聆听、喜欢、学习法等。建议充分发挥国内公共图书馆作为婴幼儿阅读推广活动最重要机构的作用,将常规性的婴幼儿亲子阅读推广活动项目纳入其中,培养并加强全社会从小阅读的习惯。参考文献37。     

苏南城乡居民体育意识和行为的比较研究

运用文献资料法、问卷调查、实地调查、数理统计等研究方法,对苏南城乡居民体育意识和行为进行比较研究.结果表明:城市、镇、村居民的体育认识、体育情感和体育行为等存在不同程度的差异.体育认知水平、场地器材和社会体育组织化程度差异是造成苏南城乡之间体育锻炼时间、项目、场所和形式等差异的主要因素.     

唐代寿州窑黄釉瓷

唐代陆羽在其《茶经》中有言“寿州瓷黄，茶色紫”。寿州窑即为我国唐代名窑之一，窑址位于淮河以南的今安徽省准南市地区，唐属寿州。自20世纪60年代胡悦谦先生发现窑址以来，寿州瓷逐渐引起人们的注目。近来年，市场开放，不少寿州窑瓷实物得以面世。笔者感受到，寿州窑瓷确有其独特的神韵与灵气。     

Effect of Practice on True Score and Intra-Individual Variability for Reaction and Movement Times for Simple and Complex Movements

Abstract

The effect of practice on individual differences and intra-individual variability in reaction and movement times were studied for simple and complex, discrete, motor tasks. Changes with practice for intertrial correlations of adjacent trials and the effects of an increasing number of interpolated trials on intertrial correlations were also observed. For both tasks and for both reaction and movement times, the intra-individual variability decreased with practice. The true score variability for reaction time on both tasks and for movement time on the simple task shows little change with practice. On the complex task, true score variability for movement time decreases with practice. For movement time, adjacent trial correlations increase during the early practice trials then remain stable. For reaction time adjacent trial correlations increase throughout practice. Remoteness effects on intertrial correlations were found for both movement and reaction times for both tasks.     

Muscle dysmorphia, gender role stress, and sociocultural influences: an exploratory study

Our study explored the contribution of gender role stress (GRS) and sociocultural appearance demands to symptoms of muscle dysmorphia (MD) in a college sample of 219 women and 154 men. For women, five GRS subscales, sociocultural appearance demands, age, and frequency of aerobic exercise predicted MD symptoms (model R2 = .33; F(8,210) = 12.81, p < . 001); for men, only one GRS subscale, age, and sociocultural appearance demands predicted MD symptoms (model R2 = .40; F(3,150) = 9.52, p < .001). Post hoc analyses revealed that a small number of items explained a substantial portion of the variation, suggesting that MD may be more related to specific perceptions of pressure to attain an attractive body than to global gender role stress.
