针对中国儿童的电视广告策略及效果

随着中国市场经济的发展,以及独生子女政策在中国的推行,孩子成为整个家庭生活的焦点。要对父母和孩子进行有效的商品推销,我们必须充分了解他们对广告的爱好及效果。有鉴于此,本文将报告一个大型研究的部分成果。     

How does the purchasing staff of an accident insurance organization seek information about treatment effectiveness?

Objectives: The objective is to study how the staff who purchase health care services for a large national government accident-compensation system seek information on treatment effectiveness, how they assess the quality of that information, whether they question the information sources they choose, and how familiar they are with the key concepts of evidence-based health care (EBHC).Method: Staff (22 out of 34) of the health purchasing division of the New Zealand Accident Compensation Corporation (NZ ACC) were interviewed using eight preformatted questions to which they could provide open and multiple answers. Responses were subsequently codified into typologies for quantitative analysis.Results: Most respondents report that they assess the effectiveness of a treatment by accessing published information (nonhuman sources), by consulting others (human sources), or by both means. They assess the quality of information mostly by consulting others, and the second-highest proportion of responses state that they do not know how to evaluate the quality of information. No clear preference emerges with respect to the types of information needed to determine the effectiveness of treatments. The majority of the staff believes they can access information needed to determine treatment effectiveness through the Internet or information databases such as MEDLINE. Although most said they understand the key concepts of EBHC, only five out of twenty-two were able to accurately describe them.Conclusions: The findings suggest that there is a low level of awareness among the staff of the NZ ACC regarding the use of evidence and understanding of the key concepts of EBHC. Many surveyed staff members lack the skills or training to directly question information about effectiveness of a treatment. They have little idea of the information required to determine the effectiveness of a treatment, and the majority appears to lack the skills to evaluate the health care literature.

根据卓越工程师的培养要求,从实际出发,对“机械工程测试技术基础”课程教学进行了探索和改革,改革课堂教学内容,根据卓越班自身特点调整教课内容,设置团队创新任务;改革教学方式,结合工程案例,增强学生的实际分析问题解决问题的能力,引入国际化教学资源,让学生及时了解世界前沿技术;改革考核方式,全方位考核学生成绩。实践证明了教学改革的有效性。这一改革方法也可以在同类课程中推广。     

USING AN INTERNET ACTIVITY TO ENHANCE STUDENTS' AWARENESS OF AGE BIAS IN SOCIAL PERCEPTIONS

Seeking to extend curricula in a Psychology of Aging course, an online Internet test that assesses user's implicit attitudes was used as part of a learning activity to enhance students' awareness of age-bias in social perceptions. A pretest-posttest methodology examined the efficacy of this learning activity in three separate investigations. Overall, results suggest the learning activity increases students' awareness of cognitive biases in their perceptions of others. Further, self-enhancement motivation and alliance with a group that has suffered prejudice or discrimination were found to mediate bias ratings. The need to recognize age as a diversity issue and promote positive representations of older adults is discussed.     

农村初级中学体育后备人才的培养现状研究

文章采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法对松原市农村初级中学培养体育后备人才的现状展开了研究,得出如下结论：设施种类相对较少且落后,体育场馆面积与器材配备达标率偏低;训练中科学化程度低,缺乏科学的监测手段;学校领导对体育后备人才培养重视程度不够.

Learning to become a teacher in Australia: a study of pre-service teachers’ identity development

This study aims to examine how pre-service teachers learn to teach in Australia context during their practicum and how this learning experience constructs their identities as teachers through activity theory framework. Data were drawn from interviews with two pre-service teachers, interviews with their supervising teachers and university mentors, lesson plans, and supervising teacher’s feedback. The findings indicate that the two pre-service teachers’ identity formation is a continuing process and an outcome of the collective activity through their interaction with their coordinating teachers, mentors and students. We argue that teachers’ identity formation is related to their agency to seek and offer support to others. The pre-service teachers could produce and reproduce their identity in the relevant community through their agentive action to interact with others.
