铝硅中间合金熔炼实验的改革思路与实践

结合目前实验教学的现状分析,指出目前实验教学中存在的问题,提出实验教学改革的思路和方案。介绍了广西大学材料科学与工程专业铝硅中间合金熔炼实验的改革情况,总结了改革成效及不足之处,提出今后实验改革的方向和方法。     

Assessments of Student–Teacher Relationships in Residential Treatment Center Schools

Students in residential treatment center (RTC) schools are likely to have histories of extreme or ongoing relational trauma (e.g., abuse and neglect by primary caregivers), have substantial interpersonal and relationship problems, and exhibit many high-risk behaviors. Accordingly, these students may have particular difficulty forming positive relationships with teachers, yet student–teacher relationship quality in RTC schools has not been empirically studied. This study examines links between RTC school students' assessments of their relationships with teachers and their perceptions of self and others. Participants were 113 students in 2 RTC schools from 5th to 12th grade. Results indicate that male and female RTC students' positive perceptions (of self and others) are linked to positive assessments of their relationships with teachers. However, for girls in RTC schools, negative perceptions of self are linked to less positive assessments of the teacher–student relationship. Implications are discussed.     

扩大我国学前教育资源的思考——基于“无证办园”现状及治理的分析

近年来随着公众的入园需求日益增长与普惠性学前教育资源严重不足的矛盾日益凸显,无证园在我国各地急速增加。无证园大部分质量低下,安全隐患突出,已引起社会广泛关注。然而,部分地方政府采取的"一刀切"取缔政策,致使不少幼儿无法得到妥善分流,严重影响到幼儿家长的生活与工作,对此社会反响强烈。本文在深入分析无证园办园现状及其原因的基础上,提出妥善解决无证办园问题的政策建议:突破观念,明确将保障幼儿身心健康安全并满足家长需求作为根本点和立足点;立足现实,确立分区域、分阶段治理的工作思路;坚持"分类治理,妥善解决"的指导原则;加强组织领导,完善工作机制;建立健全督导评价与奖惩问责机制。

地方高校学报理当为地方经济建设和社会发展服务,而地方经济、社会的发展则为学报提供了广阔的用武之地.<苏州科技学院学报(工程技术版)>根据学校的专业特色和学科优势,除了报道适合各地、具有普遍意义的研究成果外,还加强对地方经济和社会等方面的理论研究与应用研究成果的报道,刊发了环境科学、建筑工程、防灾应变、古城保护等方面的论文.学报在为地方经济建设服务中不断扩大发展空间,努力体现刊物特色.     

Robust state-feedback control design for active suspension system with time-varying input delay and wheelbase preview information

This paper develops a robust state-feedback controller for active suspension system with time-varying input delay and wheelbase preview information in the presence of the parameter uncertainties. By employing system augmentation technique, a multi-objective control optimization model is first established and then this controller design is converted to a static full-state feedback controller design with robust H_∞ and generalized H₂ performance, wherein the model-dependent control gain is evaluated by transforming the related nonlinear matrix inequalities into their corresponding linear matrix inequality forms based on Lyapunov theory, and then LMI (Linear-Matrix-Inequality) technique is applied to solve and obtain the desired controller. A numerical simulation case is finally provided to reveal the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed controller.     

Altmetrics的形成与演进:理论假说、发展阶段及学科关系

[目的/意义] Altmetrics诞生十周年之际，对其前期发展情况进行总结，有助于推动其往积极方向发展。[方法/过程] 利用文献计量方法进行量化研究以展现Altmetrics领域的总体研究和发展情况；从术语变迁、定义等方面揭示其内涵；提出三种理论假说寻求Altmetrics存在合理性的理论支撑；划分不同阶段梳理其发展程度；分析它与其他学科的关系以明确学科属性及价值。[结果/结论] Altmetrics为计量学提供了一种新思维、新方法；开放科学假说、数字学术假说和学术传承假说符合新环境Altmetrics发展的新特点，有效支撑了Altmetrics的存在与发展；Altmetrics发展迅速，但现阶段处于发展初期，且国内外发展程度存在差异；在辨析与其密切相关学科之间关系的基础上，认为需推动Altmetrics自身学科纵深发展以及加强跨学科的合作研究。     

There’s a creepy guy on the other end at Google!: engaging middle school students in a drawing activity to elicit their mental models of Google

Although youth are increasingly going online to fulfill their needs for information, many youth struggle with information and digital literacy skills, such as the abilities to conduct a search and assess the credibility of online information. Ideally, these skills encompass an accurate and comprehensive understanding of the ways in which a system, such as a Web search engine, functions. In order to investigate youths’ conceptions of the Google search engine, a drawing activity was conducted with 26 HackHealth after-school program participants to elicit their mental models of Google. The findings revealed that many participants personified Google and emphasized anthropomorphic elements, computing equipment, and/or connections (such as cables, satellites and antennas) in their drawings. Far fewer participants focused their drawings on the actual Google interface or on computer code. Overall, their drawings suggest a limited understanding of Google and the ways in which it actually works. However, an understanding of youths’ conceptions of Google can enable educators to better tailor their digital literacy instruction efforts and can inform search engine developers and search engine interface designers in making the inner workings of the engine more transparent and their output more trustworthy to young users. With a better understanding of how Google works, young users will be better able to construct effective queries, assess search results, and ultimately find relevant and trustworthy information that will be of use to them.
