整合城乡职业教育资源 推进职业教育区域化发展

在我国,随着区域经济发展和职业教育联系的日益紧密,城乡职业教育发展的差距更加凸显。要消除两者的差异,使职业教育服务于经济发展,需要通过政府主导、城乡合作、校企融通、市场引导等多种途径,积极进行城乡职业教育资源整合,在城乡统筹思想指导下,推进职业教育区域化发展。     

Using automatic image processing to analyze visual artifacts created by students in scientific argumentation

Science classes should support students' development of scientific argumentation. While previous studies have analyzed argumentative texts, they have overlooked the ways in which other types of representations, including images, affect the production of such texts. In addition, studies into the use of visual images in science education have offered mostly qualitative analyses. To fill these gaps in the research, this study used techniques of automated image processing to extract relevant information from student-generated visual artifacts. Specifically, it used a series of image-processing algorithms to automatically extract and quantify features of images created by students to serve as evidence in support of scientific arguments. Using various statistical analyses, we identified the relationships between the extracted features and the students' performance levels in constructing scientific arguments. The results revealed that the presence of water in a student's image correlated significantly with that student's claim and explanation scores and that the amount of water present in a student's image correlated significantly with that student's claim score, but not with their explanation score. These results indicate that automatic image processing can successfully identify image features that affect students' performance in scientific argumentation. Using this analysis as an example, we discuss implications for incorporating automated image processing into further research into scientific argumentation and the development of automated feedback.

试论会计准则制定的民主化、科学化与法治化

会计准则是会计人员从事会计工作的基本规范和行动指南,其本质是一种利益或资源的分配方案.会计准则涉及诸多的利益相关者,而这些利益相关者都希望通过会计信息满足自身的利益偏好.事实上,会计准则的制定能否达成利益相关者对其需求的利益均衡态势与会计准则制定的民主化、科学化与法治化程度密切相关.只有会计准则制定做到了这"三化",才能改变会计准则制定中强势偏好凸显而弱势偏好边缘化的情形,使其制定达到合情、合理与合法,进一步使会计信息能够均衡且有效率地满足各个利益相关者的会计信息利益偏好,从而使各个利益相关者能够根据会计信息进行有效的资源配置,最终促使企业的健康发展.     

Creating a Business Strategy Evaluation Model for National Museums Based on the Views of Curators

The aim of this study is to find the critical factors that influence Taiwan's national museum business performance based on its curators’ views. The study explored the causal relationships among the criteria that emerged in the study and of each sub‐criteria. Since developing a business strategy is a multiple‐criteria decision‐making (MCDM) problem, this study adopted the causal‐effect model of decision‐making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) technique. The DEMATEL technique simplifies and visualizes the interrelationships among decision‐making criteria. The study identified four core criteria – benefits, opportunity, costs, and risks, as key influencers in the national museum business performance. Each key criteria was supported by a set of sub‐criteria which, when considered together, produced an influential network relations map. The results of this study provided Taiwan's national museum curators with an idea‐based understanding of how to create business and marketing strategies that could enhance exhibition features, experience activities, and facilities that could be linked to satisfaction of visitors’ desires and offer a potentials strategy for assessing likelihood of return visits.     

数学第二课堂活动的实践与探讨

第二课堂既是第一课堂的有益补充,也是提高学生综合能力素质的有效途径,对于提高学生综合能力,培养学生创新意识等方面具有独特价值。经过我校不断努力,数学第二课堂建设取得了很大的进步,在培养人才方面发挥了巨大的作用。但还存在不足之处,对此,提出了三点建议:培养活动骨干、改善教学设施、建立有效的第二课堂活动评价体系,以便能更广泛开展数学第二课堂活动。
