在我国的环境立法体系中,地方环境立法占了相当大的比重,做好这方面的环境立法工作,对我国环境的保护以及环境法体系的完善有很重要的作用.在本文分析了我国地方环境立法的特点,并提出了完善地方环境立法的一些建议.     

A Comparative Analysis between English and Chinese Forensic Lexicon

Forensic linguistics, which is the interface between language and law, is a newly emerging interdiscipline in China. It belongs to neither the science of law nor the pure research category of linguistics, but it is an interdisciplinary subject based on these two disciplines. The linguistic issue in legal field is its key problem. At present, forensic linguistics in present China lays emphasis on written language instead of spoken language. This article gives a brief comparative analysis of Chinese and English forensic lexicon and the similarity of English and Chinese forensic lexicon. It also suggests that learners should view the differences between the two from the cultural perspective.

Solid-Phase Enzymatic Peptide Synthesis to Produce an Antioxidant Dipeptide

Peptide bond synthesis is favorable to the production of bioactive small peptides. However, the abuse of toxic reagents remains an issue for chemical synthesis method, whereas the low product yield and purity limit the widespread use of enzymatic method. In this study, a new solid-phase enzymatic peptide synthesis(SPEPS) strategy was developed to produce an antioxidant tyrosine-alanine dipeptide(Tyr-Ala) by using recombinant carboxypeptidase Y(CPY) as the catalyst. The general SPEPS procedure involves three steps. First, the N-protected acyl donor was covalently attached to solid resin. Second,the peptide bond was condensed between the acyl donor and the nucleophile under the catalysis of CPY. Finally, one-step cleavage was performed to remove the protecting group and cleave the peptides from solid resin. Upon the optimization of reaction conditions, 77.92%(±2.723%) yield of Tyr-Ala with high product purity of 90.971%(±2.695%) was obtained.In addition, the antioxidant activity of Tyr-Ala was determined by ABTS method, indicating that the synthesized Tyr-Ala obtained by SPEPS showed a superior antioxidant capability compared with commercial glutathione.

课程的设计与开发历来都是开放与远程学习的重要组成部分.而且,随着远程教育的发展,课程开发也不断呈现出新的特色,如网络课程、电子学习内容等的涌现.基于此,联合国教科文组织远程教育教席系列国际研修班的首期“品牌课程开发案例分析”于10月22-25日在上海召开.本文概括和总结了本期研修班的主要内容,期望能对远程课程的设计与开发的理论研究与实践有所启发.

在对国内外关于翻转课堂理论与实践的研究成果分析的基础上,针对我国当前翻转课堂实践中存在的问题,首先阐述翻转课堂教学设计理念、方法、策略,然后从教师和学习者两个角度指出使用翻转课堂教学模式和翻转课堂学习模式的注意要点,最后给出了翻转课堂教学设计流程,对其中涉及的教师活动和学生活动进行阐述,旨在为教师进行翻转课堂教学设计和实践提供一定的借鉴和参照。

The ‘Learning in Regular Classrooms’ initiative for inclusive education in China

The purpose of this article is to understand the Learning in Regular Classrooms (LRC) initiative for inclusive education in China. First, the paper reviews the policy, legislation, and practice in relation to the LRC. It then goes on to explore the specific social–political context of the LRC, and compares the Chinese LRC with the Western approaches to inclusion and integration. The authors then discuss the challenges posed by the attempt to further promote the LRC or inclusive education in the collectivist culture and socialist political context of modern China.
