地方高校图书馆网络营销“超常”服务之我见——以云南省几所高校图书馆建设为例

在地方高校建设图书数字化的过程中,如何加强对网络馆藏文献的有效利用,针对高校实际,树立"超常"服务理念,采取切实可行、科学规范的个性化服务管理措施及服务方式,是最终做好图书馆信息服务工作的关键。     

构建和谐社会背景下的农村教育发展策略

一个社会要实现和谐．它的各个组成部分必须都能正常发挥功能。协调发展。教育作为社会子系统和社会公共资源。在经济社会发展中起着先导性、全局性、基础性的作用。教育本身的功能和特点决定了其对建设社会主义和谐社会的重要性．构建和谐社会有赖于构建和谐教育。和谐社会呼唤着教育和谐发展。本文拟在构建社会主义和谐社会背景的前提下，分析发展农村教育与构建社会主义和谐社会的关系、当前农村教育发展中存在的不和谐现象，并提出农村教育和谐发展的新思维及政府的职责。     

The cyclic oxidation behaviors of Fe3 (Al, Cr, Zr) and Fe3 (Al, Cr, Nb) intermetallic compound at high temperature

The cyclic oxidation behaviors of Fe-28Al-5Cr-O. 1Zr (at%) and Fe-28A15Cr-O. 5Nb (at%) alloys have been investigated in air at high temperature. The results show that the distinctive whisker-like oxides were formed on the surface of Zr-containing Fe₃ Al based alloy after 500 hrs. cyclic oxidation at 800 °C and 1000 °C. The results also indicate that the addition of small amount of Zr to Fe₃ Al based alloy can improve its adherence strength between the oxides and metal substrate and is beneficial to the oxidation resistance. However, for the Nb-containing Fe₃ Al based alloy, porous convoluted oxides were formed after 350 hrs. cyclic oxidation at 1000°C, and this type of oxides didn’t not contribute to the oxidation resistance.

Investigation on critical equilibrium of trapped air pocket in water supply pipeline system

A trapped air pocket can cause a partial air lock in the top of a hump pipe zone. It increases the resistance and decreases the hydraulic cross section, as well as the capacity of the water supply pipeline. A hydraulic model experiment is conducted to observe the deflection and movement of the trapped air pocket in the hump pipe zone. For various pipe flow velocities and air volumes, the head losses and the equilibrium slope angles are measured. The extra head losses are also obtained by reference to the original flow without the trapped air pocket. Accordingly, the equivalent sphere model is proposed to simplify the drag coefficients and estimate the critical slope angles. To predict the possibility and reduce the risk of a hump air lock, an empirical criterion is established using dimensional analysis and experimental fitting. Results show that the extra head losses increase with the increase of the flow velocity and air volume. Meanwhile, the central angle changes significantly with the flow velocity but only slightly with the air volume. An air lock in a hump zone can be prevented and removed by increasing the pipe flow velocity or decreasing the maximum slope of the pipe.

An analysis of patents for anesthetic laryngoscopes

The anesthetic laryngoscope is one of the most popular medical tools for obtaining a clear view of the larynx and facilitates tracheal intubation. The number of anesthetic laryngoscope patents, coming mainly from the anesthesiologists, has rapidly increased. Each product has a specialized use for particular patients. However, it is unclear to what extent anesthetic laryngoscopy gained acceptance in operating theaters. By retrieving patent data for more than 90 countries from the Online Retrieval of Bibliographic Information Time-share (ORBIT) system, we reviewed the anesthetic laryngoscope patent literature published before July 6, 2015, and manually analyzed patent status, general development trends, areas of competition, technology patentees, and technology classifications. The study showed that the number of anesthetic laryngoscope patent applications has stayed at a high level in the last decade. Most patent activity was carried out in the USA, with China and a number of European countries trailing behind. In addition, the patent analysis provided an opportunity to understand the trends in the development of anesthetic laryngoscope technology, to identify shortcomings in clinical use of anesthetic laryngoscopes, to assist medical manufacturing specialists in improving the design and products, and to suggest to anesthesiologists modifications of the clinical signs of difficult tracheal intubation based on the new commercial anesthetic laryngoscopes applied in the front-line.
