对国内教育界隐性知识研究的思考

1958年,迈克·波兰尼(Michael Polanyi)在其《个人知识》一书中提出了“隐性知识”的概念,在1966年出版的《隐性方面》一书中他对隐性知识与隐性认识进行了比较系统的探讨和分析。后来,国外不同领域的学者,对隐性知识进行了深入的研究。近年来,隐性知识也受到了国内教育界的广泛关注。在教育领域中,“隐性知识”往往以“隐性课程”的面目出现,校园的气息一目了然。笔者想借助数据库中的信息,把国内教育领域中,对隐性知识研究看作一种教育现象,对其作一次分析,试图发现一些特点和问题,期望对以后隐性知识的研究有所启发或帮助。一、数据库的…

论六朝文人聚谈对文学理论批评的影响

文人聚谈是纵贯六朝的一种突出的社会现象。文人聚谈的内容因时代不同而不同：魏初“南皮之游”高谈阔论，涉及诸子百家；正始至于晋末的清谈，以玄言佛理为主，亦与文学相关；刘宋的“文义赏会”，由玄言佛理逐渐向文学过渡；齐梁的“文章谈义”，文学成为主导内容。文人聚谈对当时的文学理论与批评产生巨大影响：它不但直接影响到文学理论批评专著的问世，更促进文学理论的生成。     

植物细胞大小与植物倍性关系的实验探索

本实验以同种植物的不同倍性个体叶片为材料,利用市售指甲油制取植物叶片表皮细胞的复制膜,制成临时装片,通过测量比较气孔保卫细胞的密度和面积,探索植物细胞大小与植物倍性的关系。本实验方法可进一步拓展应用于多倍体植物的鉴定。     

DNA: From Carrier of Genetic Information to Polymeric Materials

Research has shown that the DNA molecule can not only store genetic information but also serve as a polymeric biomolecule for the fabrication of functional materials. The unique precise molecular recognition capability and sequence programmability, combined with its good biocompatibility and biodegradability, impart the DNA molecule considerable potential for use in the construction of multifunctional materials. Depending on the composition, DNA-based materials have been generally categorized into pure DNA materials that are entirely composed of DNA and hybrid DNA materials that are composed of DNA and other functional compositions. Recently, we have developed a series of DNA-based materials that can be applied in diagnosis and therapy, and this review summarizes the relative work. Although challenges still exist regarding the real applications of DNA-based materials such as the high cost of DNA, the difficulty in scale-up, and the low resistance to nuclease, we believe that these drawbacks will be overcome with the development of technology, and new opportunities will emerge in the field of diagnosis and treatment.     

Visualization of structured packing with laser induced fluorescence technique: Two-dimensional measurement of liquid concentration distribution

A method of using laser induced fluorescence(LIF)technique was applied to two-dimensional measurement of the liquid concentration distribution in the 250Y structured packing sheet. The experimental structured packing sheet was made of perspex so that the laser could pass through it. The visualization of the distribution of the liquid concentration in the structured packing sheet was realized. The calibration of the thickness and liquid concentration was carried out firstly and the regression formula I=kcd was acquired, in which concentration c and the liquid film thickness d were both considered. Then the liquid feed of uniform tracer(rhodamine)concentration entered the perspex structured packing from the top under different spraying densities. The corresponding thickness of liquid film on the packing was calculated. Finally, tracer(rhodamine)with a high concentration was injected only at one fixed point of the structured packing under different spraying densities of the liquid. With the known liquid film thickness, the concentration distribution of the tracer can be calculated inside the structured packing sheet.     

湖南民办教育的回顾与展望

党的十一届三中全会以来,湖南民办教育大体经历了四个时期,即"恢复发展期"(1978-1991年:党的十一届三中全会以后到小平同志南巡讲话之前),"快速发展期"(1992-1996年:小平同志南巡讲话以后到国务院《社会力量办学条例》颁发之前),"发展与规范并重期"(1997-2002年:国务院《社会力量办学条例》颁布以后到全国人大常委会《民办教育促进法》颁布之前),"依法促进发展期"(2003年国家正式颁布《民办教育促进法》以后).     

高技能人才培养课程体系的设计与实践

当前，部分高职院校现行课程体系设计缺乏针对性，培养目标定位模糊，在推行“双证制”过程中存在课程内容交叉重复、教育资源浪费等问题。为培养高技能人才，高职课程体系设计必须凸显办学特色，强调能力培养，强调优化、整合教育资源，实现学历教育与职业资格培训的一体化。为达此目标，课程内容的选择可依照国家职业标准，课程排序可参照职场工作流程。     

散打拳法连击技术的宏观分析

从理论上讲,任意两种或多种拳法之间都可以组合。受传统武术思想的影响,在散打运动员的训练与竞技实践中,拳法连击未能得到人们足够的重视。拳法组合连击技术的进攻形式是非常繁多的,且具有腿法所达不到的高度机动性,灵活快速的攻击是拳法组合连击技术的重要特点之一。
