探讨独立院校计算机选修课的资源优化配置

计算机选修课程是计算机教育的一个非常重要的分支,是跨学科、跨专业的桥梁。课程设置的目的是让学生真正学到知识,掌握技能。但在以往选修课的设置中并没有考虑周全,以至于没有起到桥梁的作用。因此,做好计算机选修课程的资源优化配置势在必行。     

理解教育政策的意义-质性取向在政策研究中的定位

量化研究在教育政策研究的主导地位,在过去三十年受到质性研究的挑战;其中最重要的挑战就是,无论在教育政策制定、实施还是评鉴过程中,政策参与者特别是政策受众,对有关政策所赋予的主观意义对政策的成败至为重要。本文正是以教育政策研究中量化与质性研究取向的争论作起点,整理质性研究中三个方法学取向(现象学、语言学、诠释学)之间的关联,并尝试建构出一个整合的质性研究的指导架构,以作为质性研究在教育政策研究定位的参考。     

科技图书馆辅助高层次人才引进的服务案例研究

[目的/意义]探讨科技图书馆开展人才服务的方法和成效,为同行机构开展类似服务提供参考。[方法/过程]介绍广东省科技图书馆围绕高层次人才引进链条布局的服务链,并总结服务实践经验。[结果/结论]科技图书馆辅助高层次人才引进最关键要做好3点:一是要夯实数据基础,重视一手数据建设;二是要积极拓展业务面,重视工具方法组合创新;三是要综合多种服务模式,把握好时代热点和用户需求。     

发掘教材德育优势 体现思想政治课教学鲜明的课程特点

新一轮课程改革对思想政治课创新提出了新的要求。部编版《道德与法治》教材的普及,对思想政治课教师的教学提出了新的挑战和要求。教师要理解教材编排意图、把握教材特点、体现教材理念、主动发掘新教材优势,改变以往的教学方法和手段,体现教材的时代性、生活化、开放性、活动性特点,有效提高教学的针对性和课程的价值。     

地方高校“光电信息”新工科专业建设的探讨与实践

“光电信息科学与工程”位列教育部新工科六大最具前景专业的前茅。本文通过对专业教学指导规范的分析,结合个人的实践经验,从光电信息科学与工程的专业定位、学科与专业建设、专业思想教育等角度进行了探讨,提出了地方高校“光电信息”专业建设的建议及实施案例,为地方高校“光电信息”专业建设提供了参考。     

面向区域新业态的地方高校金属材料工程专业改造升级路径研究

本文从适应地方新业态的金属材料工程专业改造和升级路径出发,探索对接产业需求的人才培养模式,形成与信息技术深度融合兼有学科交叉特点的课程体系,探索具有新工科特色的专业人才培养质量评价体系,以期实现地方应用型高校传统工科专业的改造升级和跨越式发展。     

Anisotropic fluoride nanocrystals modulated by facet-specific passivation and their disordered surfaces

Rutile-type fluorides have been proven to be active components in the context of emerging antiferr-omagnetic devices. However, controlled synthesis of low-dimensional, in particular two-dimensional (2D), fluorides in a predictable and deterministic manner remains unrealized because of a lack of efficient anisotropic control, which impedes their further development in reduced dimensions. We report here that altered passivation of {110} growing facets can direct the synthesis of rutile-type fluoride nanocrystals into well-defined zero-dimensional (0D) particulates, one-dimensional (1D) rods and 2D sheets in a colloidal approach. The obtained nanocrystals show positive exchange bias and enhanced magnetic transition temperature from the coexistence of long-range antiferromagnetic order and disordered surface spins, making them strong alternatives for flexible magnetic devices and sensors.     

Convergent genomic signatures of high-altitude adaptation among domestic mammals

Abundant and diverse domestic mammals living on the Tibetan Plateau provide useful materials for investigating adaptive evolution and genetic convergence. Here, we used 327 genomes from horses, sheep, goats, cattle, pigs and dogs living at both high and low altitudes, including 73 genomes generated for this study, to disentangle the genetic mechanisms underlying local adaptation of domestic mammals. Although molecular convergence is comparatively rare at the DNA sequence level, we found convergent signature of positive selection at the gene level, particularly the EPAS1 gene in these Tibetan domestic mammals. We also reported a potential function in response to hypoxia for the gene C10orf67, which underwent positive selection in three of the domestic mammals. Our data provide an insight into adaptive evolution of high-altitude domestic mammals, and should facilitate the search for additional novel genes involved in the hypoxia response pathway.
