作为媒介的博物馆及其在中国的专业化发展方向

博物馆是为数不多的、能与受众直接沟通的媒介,虽然小众,但传播内容真实形象、纵观古今,传播方式倡导多感官认知和身体交互,由此在学习、社交和崇拜三方面呈现出不可替代的媒介优势。但目前我国博物馆的这些潜在优势尚未完全释放,究其根源在于专业化程度不高。为此,需要更新认识论以弥补理论和实践的断裂;在整体论视阈下通过关联需求和重组业务提升专业化水平;基于观众立场廓清博物馆学科并提出中国方案。促使博物馆经由专业化发挥其独特的媒介潜能,从根本上帮助破解国人全面发展的难题。     

Replication,pathogenicity, and transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in minks

Minks are raised in many countries and have transmitted severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) to humans. However, the biologic properties of SARS-CoV-2 in minks are largely unknown. Here, we investigated and found that SARS-CoV-2 replicates efficiently in both the upper and lower respiratory tracts, and transmits efficiently in minks via respiratory droplets; pulmonary lesions caused by SARS-CoV-2 in minks are similar to those seen in humans with COVID-19. We further found that a spike protein-based subunit vaccine largely prevented SARS-CoV-2 replication and lung damage caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection in minks. Our study indicates that minks are a useful animal model for evaluating the efficacy of drugs or vaccines against COVID-19 and that vaccination is a potential strategy to prevent minks from transmitting SARS-CoV-2.

Capital Museum launches Spring Festival celebrations every year. In the advent of Chinese lunar year of ox, the museum held two exhibitions entitled ＂An Auspicious Ox Year＂ and ＂Talk about Ox in the Ox Year＂, sending new year greetings to local viewers of Beijing.     

Rosy Clouds in the Sky

From January 16 to February 10, the National Art Museum of China held a painting exhibition on its collection of ethnic minority motifs. On display included 180 pieces of painting works from the museum＇s collection, most of which are masterpieces by accomplished painters in modern China. These painting exhibits fall into such diverse categories as Chinese tTaditional painting, oil painting, print painting, watercolor painting and serial illustrations of story books. Subjects from various ethnic minorily groups of China have been depicted, which bring viewers with an opportunity to appreciate cultural diversity of China.     

Colorful China： Exhibition on Ethnic Traditions of China

The exhibition ＂Colorful China＂ was recently held in the Capital Museum in Beijing, This exhibition displayed 100 pieces or sets of masterpieces of ethnic tradition in foursections, including ＂Unity and Self-Reliance＂, ＂Ethnic Diversity and Harmony＂, ＂Superb Craftsmanship＂ and ＂Mental Cultivation＂. These historic exhibits collected by 12 different museums of China offered viewers a good opportunity to take an in-depth look at ethnic cultures and traditions preserved and promoted in the process of modernization.

Asolo exhibition on Huang Junbi＇s paintings was recently held in the National Art Museum of China.     

川东中高山地区红三叶－黑麦草人工草地刈割演替研究

本文试图对具有特殊建植目的和特殊利用方式的人工草地进行刈割演替研究。从重要值、演替距离等方面分析了不同刈割处理红三叶－黑麦草人工草地植物组成变化、群落演替趋势及群落稳定性。提出了红池坝红三叶－黑麦草人工草地建设可能出现的目标群落。认为红三叶－黑麦草人工群落刈割过重将朝黑麦草－红三叶方向发展，刈割过轻将朝灰苞蒿－红三叶－黑麦草方向发展。并进一步指出红三叶盛花期一年３次刈割的条件下，红三叶－黑麦草群落最为稳定，１ａ２－４次刈割是其刈割利用的“安全区”。

借助对“凝视”这一关键词的文本分析和解读,以治学道德对研究生学术道德的“凝视”为新的切入视角,在高校“双一流”建设的社会语境和学术语境下探寻治学道德对规范研究生学术道德的理论建构和策略理解。基于治学道德“凝视”的规范研究生学术道德的新理路在于：加强制度设计,建立规范研究生学术道德的新准则;加强法制教育,提升研究生学术道德自律的新境界;加强道德治理,建构师生学术道德共同体的新关系。
