RNA干扰作用(RNAi)是通过双链RNA介导的特异性转录后基因沉默，这一过程已在拟南芥、线虫和真菌等多种模式生物中得到揭示．RNAi主要通过双链RNA被核酸酶切割成的小干扰RNA(siRNA)，由siRNA介导识别并靶向切割同源靶mRNA分子而实现的．RNAi具有高效性和高特异性，已成为关闭基因的一项新技术，在基因功能研究和疾病的基因治疗中具有广阔的应用前景．

The impact of consumer trust on attitudinal loyalty and purchase intentions in B2C e-marketplaces: Intermediary trust vs. seller trust

The online merchant of an e-marketplace consists of an intermediary, providing the market infrastructure, and the community of sellers conducting business within that infrastructure. Typically, consumers willingly buy from unknown sellers within an e-marketplace, despite the apparent risk, since they trust the institutional mechanisms furnished by the relatively well-known intermediary. Consumers’ trust in one component of the e-marketplace merchant may not only affect their trust in the other, but also influence the way consumers make online purchases. This paper explores the impact of trust on consumer behavior in e-marketplaces. An empirical study has been conducted to accomplish our research objectives, using a questionnaire survey of 222 active e-marketplace shoppers in Korea. The results reveal that consumer trust in an intermediary has a strong influence upon both attitudinal loyalty and purchase intentions, although consumer trust in the community of sellers has no significant effect on the two constructs representing consumer behavior. In addition, it was found that trust is transferred from an intermediary to the community of sellers, implying that the trustworthiness of the intermediary plays a critical role in determining the extent to which consumers trust and accept the sellers in the e-marketplace. This paper offers some implications from the findings of the research.     

Human biochemical genetics： an insight into inborn errors of metabolism

Inborn errors of metabolism （IEM） include a broad spectrum of defects of various gene products that affect intermediary metabolism in the body. Studying the molecular and biochemical mechanisms of those inherited disorder, systematically summarizing the disease phenotype and natural history, providing diagnostic rationale and methodology and treatment strategy comprise the context of human biochemical genetics. This session focused on： （1） manifestations of representative metabolic disorders; （2） the emergent technology and application of newborn screening of metabolic disorders using tandem mass spectrometry; （3） principles of managing IEM; （4） the concept of carrier testing aiming prevention. Early detection of patients with IEM allows early intervention and more options for treatment.     

化学共沉淀法合成锂离子电池LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料的研究

采用共沉淀法合成了锂离子电池层状LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料。采用TG/SDTA、XRD和SEM对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料的成分、结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,在900℃下煅烧15h制得的材料结晶程度最佳,样品具有最大I（003）/I（104）强比值,层状结构特征最为突出。从单个颗粒来看,样品表面光滑,界面清晰,粒子呈类球状,粒径大约在0.5μm左右,分散较为均匀。另外,添加剂对粒子形貌具有一定的影响。

Risk of cardiac rupture after acute myocardial infarction is related to a risk of hemorrhage

Although cardiac rupture (CR) is a fatal mechanical complication of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), to date no predictive model for CR has been described. CR has common pathological characteristics with major bleeding. We aimed to investigate the relationship between the risk factors of major bleeding and CR. A total of 10 202 consecutive AMI patients were recruited, and mechanical complications occurred in 72 patients. AMI patients without CR were chosen as control group. Clinical characteristics including bleeding-related factors were compared between the groups. The incidences of free wall rupture (FWR), ventricular septal rupture (VSR), and papillary muscle rupture (PMR) were 0.39%, 0.21%, and 0.09%, respectively, and the hospital mortalities were 92.5%, 45.5%, and 10.0%, respectively. Female proportion and average age were significantly higher in the groups of FWR and VSR than in the control group (P<0.01); higher white blood cell count and lower hemoglobin were found in all CR groups (P<0.01). Compared to the control group, patients with CR were more likely to receive an administration of thrombolysis [26.39% vs. 13.19%, P<0.05], and were less likely to be treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) [41.67% vs. 81.60%, P<0.05]. The major bleeding scores (integer scores) of FWR, VSR, and PMR were (17.70±7.24), (21.91±8.33), and (18.60±7.88), respectively, and were significantly higher than that of the control group (11.72±7.71) (P<0.05). A regression analysis identified age, increased heart rate, anemia, higher white blood cell count, and thrombolysis as independent risk factors of CR, most of which were major bleeding-related factors. The patients with CR have a significantly higher risk of hemorrhage compared to the group without CR. Risk of CR after AMI is related to the risk of hemorrhage.     

100 堂大学女生体育课运动负荷的保健学分析

本文测量了普通高校女生１００ 堂９０ ｍ ｉｎ 体育课２００ 人次的运动负荷,显示了课中脉率变化曲线有 ３ 种情况, 其中最高脉率达 １４０～１５０ 次／ｍ ｉｎ, 平均脉率在１１２～１２２ 次／ｍ ｉｎ, 净增脉率在 ３２～４３ 次／ｍ ｉｎ, 此种运动负荷量对 ９６５％ 的女生可能是适宜的, 但对 ３５％ 的女生可能偏大。体育课运动负荷是否适宜可从体育课的脉率变化曲线、运动负荷量等级、机体反应和课后脉率恢复时间等４ 个方面进行综合分析。

19世纪末20世纪初,教会学校在绥远地区的兴起和扩张,并非是一种偶然的历史现象,而是西方势力试图以基督教文化征服、改造绥远的历史产物。然其作为西方近代社会的教育模式,传播着西方近代科学文化,不仅造就出大量基督教信徒,也培养出掌握近代科学知识的新型知识分子,因而它在绥远地区近代教育发展史上具有十分特殊的地位和作用。     

基于SoC的MPEG-2解码纠错功能实现

MPEG-2是目前在视频通信中广泛应用的视频标准,由于其使用了VLC编码,增加了每个码流比特的重要性,而在某些复杂的传输环境中会引入很多噪声,这对视频解码的质量和完成都是有很大影响的。所以错误检测与掩盖技术在MPEG-2视频解码中非常重要。文章主要讨论MPEG-2解码器的噪声检测与错误掩盖的方法及其实现。
