略论大学生就业面试中禁忌的问题

面试是毕业生在求职过程中最重要的一个环节。笔者根据工作实际,全面深入的分析了大学毕业生在面试过程中存在的一些问题,希望对大学生就业有所帮助。     

基于TMS320F2812的CANopen协议的通信实现

CANopen是一种开放的现场总线协议,是欧洲嵌入式工业控制网络的主要标准协议.在分析CANopen协议的对象字典、设备模型和通信对象等的基础上,采用CANopen协议的子协议DS301实现了基于CAN总线的TMS320F2812与主控模拟调试软件之间的通讯,并通过测试验证了通讯过程中信息传递的正确性和可靠性.     

高校教师工作价值观与组织承诺等相关变量的关系研究

本文运用相关分析、方差分析的方法,探讨了人口学变量（性别、年龄、职称和高校类型）对教师工作价值观的影响。同时运用结构方程建模的方法,利用自编的教师工作价值观量表和其他标准化量表考察了工作价值观与组织承诺、工作满意度、工作绩效、离职倾向的关系。结果显示,工作价值观能直接影响组织承诺的相关维度,也能直接提高教师的工作满意度,组织承诺能有效提高工作满意度,组织承诺和工作满意度又能显著降低离职倾向。     

西方教育市场化观点对中国高等教育的启示

市场经济体制的建立改变了我国高校由国家直接管理,政府统一办学的单一形式,提倡政府办、社会办、企业办、集资办等多种办学形式。但是,目前中国高校经营非市场化,会影响中国高等教育的全面发展。新自由主义经济理论中的高等教育市场化观点及影响给我们以启发。     

淋巴管生成在食管鳞癌进展中的意义

目的:探讨食管鳞状细胞癌组织中淋巴管生成的临床病理意义.方法:应用单克隆抗体D2-40检测食管癌周围和中心区以及正常食管组织中微淋巴管密度(lymphatic micro vessel density,LMVD),分析其与食管癌患者年龄、性别、食管癌分化程度、淋巴结转移的关系.结果:肿瘤周围区LMVD明显高于中心区和正常组织.肿瘤周围区LMVD和淋巴结转移密切相关,而与肿瘤的分化程度无关.结论:食管癌在肿瘤周围区存在着明显的淋巴管形成,检测肿瘤周围淋巴管密度可以预测肿瘤淋巴结转移,因此具有良好的临床病理应用价值.     

Effect of high glucose levels on the calcification of vascular smooth muscle cells by inducing osteoblastic differentiation and intracellular calcium deposition via BMP-2/Cbfα-1 pathway

In this paper,we investigate the effect and the possible mechanism of high glucose levels on the calcification of human aortic smooth muscle cells (HASMCs).HASMCs were divided into four groups: normal glucose group (NG),osmolality control group (OC),high glucose group (HG,HASMCs culture medium containing 30 mmol/L glucose),and high glucose plus recombinant human Noggin protein (bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) antagonist) group (HN).The mRNA levels and the protein expressions of BMP-2 and core binding factor alpha-1 (Cbfα-1) were measured by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Western blot.After induced by 10 mmol/L β-glycerol phosphoric acid,cells were harvested for assessments of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activities at Days 1,2,and 3,and intracellular calcium contents at Days 7 and 14,respectively.High glucose levels increased the mRNA levels and the protein expressions of BMP-2 and Cbfα-1 (P0.05).The expression of Cbfα-1 was partially blocked by Noggin protein (P0.05),while BMP-2 was not (P0.05).After being induced by β-glycerol phosphoric acid,high glucose levels increased the ALP activity [(48.63±1.03) vs.(41.42±2.28) U/mg protein,Day 3;P0.05] and the intracellular calcium content [(2.76±0.09) vs.(1.75±0.07) μmol/mg protein,Day 14;P0.05] in a time-dependent manner when compared with the NG group,while the ALP activity could not be blocked by Noggin protein [(48.63±1.03) vs.(47.37±0.97) U/mg protein,Day 3;P0.05].These results show that high glucose levels can evoke the calcification of HASMCs by inducing osteoblastic trans-differentiation and intracellular calcium deposition via the BMP-2/Cbfα-1 pathway,which can be partially blocked by Noggin protein.

科学发展观是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针,是中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。是加强和改进党的建设的强大理论武器。党委是领导部队建设的核心,党委决策是否科学关系到部队的全面发展。因此,必须贯彻落实科学发展观要求,提高党委科学决策的水平,确保各项工作高起点、高标准和部队建设的高质量。     

Effect of the geometric shapes of specimens on impact tensile tests

The geometric shapes of specimens are important in impact tensile tests because geometric shapes determine the stress states of the specimens, and precise geometric shapes can obtain proper material properties without non-material factors. The aim of this study was to investigate the 1D form of the stress by changing the length-to-diameter （L/D） ratios of specimens. The experiments were carried out on a split Hopkinson tensile bar （SHTB）-rotating disk indirect bar-bar tensile impact apparatus. The L/D ratios of the LY12CZ specimens used in the test ranged from 1 to 5. Results show that the specimens can be used to obtain exact parameters of materials under the proposed conditions when the L/D ratio is greater than 2. This is because the longer length will reduce or eliminate the effects of the interfaces.     

Catalytic dechlorination and detoxification of 1-（2-chlorophenyl） ethanol by Pd/Fe

1-（2-chlorophenyl） ethanol （CPE） is of health and environmental concern due to its toxicity and its use as an intermediate in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The current work deals with the catalytic reductive dechlorination and detoxification of CPE by Pd/Fe bimetal. CPE was effectively dechlorinated to l-phenyl ethanol （PE） accompanied by the equivalent release of chloride. The extent of CPE dechlorination increased with temperature, Fe dosage and Pd loading. A decrease in solution pH increased CPE dechlorination, resulting presumably from an increase in hydrogen production. Under the specific conditions of 20 g/L Pd/Fe, 0.10% Pd （w/w） and initial pH 5-6, the CPE dechlorination was completed within 145 rain. The dechlorination followed a pseudo-first-order kinetics with an activation energy of 56.7 kJ/mol. The results of toxicity testing showed that CPE was very toxic to Chlorella, whereas PE showed little toxicity. The toxicity of the reaction solution declined gradually and the promoting effects on Chlorella intensified consequently with the dechlorination process. Thus, the reductive dechlorination of CPE to PE by Pd/Fe was a detoxification process. It may be used to effectively reduce the toxicological effects of CPE-contaminated wastewater, thereby enhancing the performance of subsequent biological processes in wastewater treatment.

以安徽大学为切入点,运用文献研究的方法,在厘清国际知名国内一流高水平大学内涵的基础上,从组织结构理论的视角,对安徽大学进行初步的研究与探索,并对其组织结构设计和内部组织管理做了分析,以便为把安徽大学建设成为国际知名国内一流高水平大学提供借鉴经验。
