以4个亚种的苏云金杆菌为材料,测定其对温度及pH值的耐受性.试验结果表明,经70℃水浴10min处理后,存活率为95%-100%,80℃水浴10 min处理后,存活率为45%-70%,90℃水浴10 min后,有27%-40%的存活率.说明这四株苏云金杆菌对高温有较强的耐受力.当将培养基的pH值调至3时,四株菌都无法生长.当培养基的pH值为4时有两菌无法生长,pH值为5时4个亚种都能生长,pH值为8、9时4个亚种都生长旺盛.说明其在酸性环境中生长性能较差,在弱酸性和微碱性环境中生长较好. 相似文献

Overheating of the engine, the transmission and the hydraulic device is a problem when the construction machinery works on plateau. To solve this problem, we proposed an electro-controlled hydraulic driving fan cooling system (ECHDFCS). The system was applied to a 50-wheel loader. We carried out the coolant temperature simulation using fluid modeling software FLOWMASTER, followed by laboratory experiments and road tests. The results show that ECHDFCS can adjust the cooling capability of the system automatically based on machine heat dissipation requirements. The coolant temperature is consequently remained within an appropriate range. The simulation results are consistent with the experiment results when the experiment is performed on the plain, but are different from the road tests in some investigated parameters on the plateau. 相似文献

We investigated the photocatalytic degradation of dye wastewater by using titanium dioxide (TiO2) coated on a coal cinder. The coal cinder was used as the carrier, with a thin film of TiO2 coated on it by using the sol-gel method. Using the Congo red as the model pollutant for dye wastewater, we studied the decolorization efficiency, and effects of TiO2 film thickness and roasting temperature on the efficiency. We also evaluated the recycling and regeneration of the immobilized TiO2 (TiO2/cinder). Results show that the decolorization rate of Congo red solution was more than 98% after 2.h treatment when we used TiO2/cinder calcined at 500 ℃ for 2 h and coated four times as the photocatalyst. At the same time, the TiO2/cinder remained high catalytic activity after being reused and regenerated for many times. 相似文献

从泡菜中分离筛选出两株乳酸茵Lactll和Leull,根据形态特征、生理生化特性进行初步鉴定,并选取室温(白天20℃左右,晚上12℃左右),25℃,37℃三种温度对两株乳酸茵进行培养,通过定时测定两株乳酸菌在三种不同温度下的pH值来考察不同乳酸菌的产酸性能.经初步鉴定,两菌株分别为短乳杆菌、乳球菌.对这两菌株产酸性能的测试结果表明.两株乳酸菌在37℃下培养产酸速率快,同一温度下培养,Leull产酸速率大于Lactll. 相似文献

为了实现铅淬火炉温度的精确控制,开发了温度智能测控系统.阐述了系统的硬件设计和软件实现,硬件包括温度传感器调理电路、数据采集电路、温度控制电路、单片机系统和串行通讯电路,软件是利用LabVIEW进行上位机的串行通讯、PID程序和人机界面的设计.最后分析了该温度智能闭环测控系统的动态精度,并给出实验结果进行验证,其控制精度可达到±1℃以内. 相似文献

Soil in a cold region is subject to frequent freezing and thawing cycles. Soil frozen for a prolonged period may cause adverse freeze damage to the plants due to cell dehydration or root cell rupture. It is important to understand the detailed heat transfer behaviors of the freezing and thawing processes to prevent freeze damage, and to devise proper mitigation measures for effective pot planting in cold regions. A theoretical model was developed to analyze the transient moving phase-change interface heat transfer in the freezing and thawing of porous potting soil. The theoretical derivation is based on the assumption that the soil freezes completely at a single temperature. Microscopic poromechanic effects on heat transfer behavior were ignored. The spatial domain of the problem was simplified to a 1 D spherical coordinate system with variation in the radial direction. Green's function was applied to solve for the time-dependent body temperature. Experiments were conducted for validation of the theoretical model Reasonable agreement between the theoretical predictions and experimental measurements was obtained. The theoretical model developed can be easily used to determine the sensitivity of various parameters in the freezing/thawing processes, e.g., thermal properties of soil, ambient temperature, and planting pot size. 相似文献
