Intestinal microflora in rats with ischemia／reperfusion liver injury

Objectives:To investigate the intestinal microflora status related to ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)liver injury and explorethe possible mechanism.Methods:Specific pathogen free grade Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into three groups:Controlgroup(n=8),sham group(n=6)and I/R group(n=10).Rats in the control group did not receive any treatment,rats in the I/R groupwere subjected to 20 min of liver ischemia,and rats in the sham group were only subjected to sham operation.Twenty-two hourslater,the rats were sacrificed and liver enzymes and malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),serum endotoxin,intestinal bacterial counts,intestinal mucosal histology,bacterial translocation to mesenteric lymph nodes,liver,spleen,andkidney were studied.Results:Ischemia/reperfusion increased liver enzymes,MDA,decreased SOD,and was associated withplasma endotoxin elevation in the I/R group campared to those in the sham group.Intestinal Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillidecreased and intestinal Enterobacterium and Enterococcus     

减压汽液相平衡实验装置研制

基于常压汽液平衡装置Ellis蒸馏瓶的实验原理,对平衡室、冷凝管、取样口结构进行改进,同时增加减压稳压系统、在线取样系统和自动控制系统,设计了一套新的减压装置,并实现减压条件下汽液平衡数据的测量和在线取样。实验测量了水、乙醇、四氯乙烯和1-丁醇纯物质饱和蒸气压和减压条件下四氯乙烯+1-丁醇二元等压汽液平衡数据,并与文献值进行对比,表明装置操作方便、测量数据可靠。     

电流变液阻尼器半主动控制的理论建模

This paper emphases on analyzing and investigating the mechanical behavior of electro-rheological fluid (ERF) semi-active damper. Theoretical model was developed to describe the relationship between electric field and the resistance force of ERF flowing through two parallel plane electrodes. 论中间包水口快换机构的应用

现有板坯连铸机中包浇铸采用定径水口加保护套管形式实行中包的保护浇铸。经过初炼和精炼的钢液，在运往浇注工位和浇注过程中由于与空气中的氧、耐火材料、炉渣接触而发生钢液的二次氧化，其产物部分滞留在钢中造成非金属夹杂物，使钢的清洁度降低。尤其是在钢水从中间包至结晶器注流时，由于二次氧化产生的非金属夹杂     

人体细胞间液中Pr(Ⅲ)对Zn(Ⅱ)物种作用的计算机模拟研究

建立了人体细胞间液多相模型,研究了人体细胞间液中Pr(Ⅲ)对Zn(Ⅱ)物种的作用.结果表明,Pr(Ⅲ)能够影响Zn(Ⅱ)的物种分布.Zn(Ⅱ)主要分布于[Zn(HSA)],[Zn(IgG)]和[Zn(Cys)2H]中.Pr(Ⅲ)不能与Zn(Ⅱ)竞争HSA和IgG配体;但是,Pr(Ⅲ)能够与Zn(Ⅱ)竞争磷酸盐和碳酸盐配体,这会引起Zn(Ⅱ)物种的重新分布.     

静液挤压过程中的流体动力润滑研究

研究静液挤压过程流体动力润滑状态形成的条件,推导静液挤压过程工件与模具表面间润滑油膜厚度的计算公式．通过Ｒｅｙｎｏｌｄｓ 方程和塑性加工润滑理论推导了形成流体动力润滑的临界速度计算公式和润滑油膜厚度的计算公式,并对上述公式进行了实验验证．由临界速度计算公式所计算出的理论数值和实验所测数值基本吻合,该临界速度计算公式可作为静液挤压过程中是否形成流体动力润滑判据;润滑油膜厚度的变化往往对工模具表面间的摩擦系数、挤压过程的稳定性有很大程度的影响,可以根据本文提出的润滑油膜厚度的计算公式结合实际工况条件通过合理调整工模具各参数的数值以使得油膜厚度值达到一个理想的数值,从而对静液挤压过程进行优化设计．
