英语是一门重在应用的学科，其教学目标是培养学生综合语言运用能力。目前，我国学生学习英语形成的能力是不平衡的，这中间最突出的就是口语的缺憾。学生在应用英语进行交流的过程中感觉吃力，有的甚至不能开口，惧怕用英语对话。要克服这种现象，就要求教师在教学中注重对学生口头表达能力的培养。根据多年研究和实践，笔者认为以下几方面对培养学生的口语能力切实可行。     

汉语式英语的形成及对策

英语并不是世界上使用人数最多的一门语言，但毫无疑问，它却是世界上最为通用的。因此，在世界各地学习这门语言的人数颇多。特别是近些年来，随着中国加入世贸组织和奥运会的成功举办，英语又在我们的国家掀起了新一轮的学习热潮，而掌握了流利的英语就意味着有了把握这些机会的资本。     

掌握三种方法 巧解完形填空

完形填空的解题方法很多，这里笔者拟介绍三种行之有效的方法：     

眼睛识别

Soon computers and other machines will be able to remember you by looking at your eyes! The program works because everyone＇s eyes are different. So in the future you won＇t have to remember a secret code （密码 ） when you want to use a machine or take money out of a bank. You＇ll just have to look at the machine and it will be able to tell who you are.
