Improving Writing Skills of Thai EFL Students by Recognition of and Compensation for Factors of L 1 to L2 Negative Transfer

In this study, we examined the likelihood of a TAME （extended technology acceptance model）, in which the interrelationships among computer self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, intention to use and self-reported use of computer-mediated technology were tested. In addition, the gender- and age-invariant of its causal structure were evaluated. The data were collected from a self-reported questionnaire administered to 477 administrative staff of a public university in Malaysia. The results of structural equation modeling supported the adequacy of TAME. Although the TAME＇s causal structure was applicable to both male and female staff, age group appeared to moderate the structural relationships among the constructs of interest.     

钛基铱钽氧化物阳极用于电合成丁二酸的应用研究

以自制的Ti/IrO2＋Ta2O5电极为析氧阳极,以铅为阴极,开展电还原顺丁烯二酸以合成丁二酸的实验研究。结果表明,与传统的铅阳极相比,该电极直流电耗低、寿命长、产品收率有所提高。

4-component 2-D CFDFD method in analysis of lossy circular waveguide with fractal rough surface

脆性X染色体综合征的临床检测方法研究

目的是建立一种简便、快捷的脆性X染色体综合征的临床检测方法.在常规PCR的基础上,采用热启动法,同时加入PCR增强剂Btaine、DMSO,对20例表型正常人群外周血样本进行FMR1基因（CGG）n重复序列检测.结果表明,改良后的FMR1基因PCR扩增技术能够高效扩增CG富集区,采用该方法我们检测了20例外周血样本均获得目标片段,PCR扩增产物片段长度400～500bp（相当于n=20～53）.因此,该方法简便、快速、经济而且重复性好,可用于群体普查和门诊快速筛查脆性X染色体综合征.     

基于纳米金与牛血清白蛋白-二氧化钛复合物固定甲胎蛋白免疫传感器的研究

采用纳米金和牛血清白蛋白（BSA）-二氧化钛（TiO2）固载抗体制得灵敏度较高的甲胎蛋白（AFP）免疫传感器,采用了循环伏安法对传感器的制备过程进行表征.实验结果表明,该传感器对AFP有很好的电流响应,其线性范围为0.01~80.0ng/mL,检出限为0.003ng/mL.该实验方法具有电极制备简单,操作简便,灵敏度高等特点,实现了对AFP的定量分析.     

肖邦《降E大调夜曲》的作品设计

夜曲是肖邦（Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin,1810-1849）创作中最富于浪漫主义气质的体裁。文章选例肖邦的《降E大调夜曲》,从夜曲的体裁和作品本体两方面对这首广为流传的夜曲在作品的设计上进行了简要的分析,以期揭示出肖邦夜曲创作的艺术特点。     

Ni（2＋）掺杂对TiO2薄膜光催化性能和亲水性的影响

采用sol-gel法制备了锐钛矿型TiO2薄膜与Ni2＋掺杂TiO2薄膜。通过XRD、AFM表征了薄膜的晶相和形貌特征,用接触角测定仪测定接触角以评估薄膜的亲水性,以甲基橙作为有机污染物研究了薄膜的光催化性能。实验结果发现：少量Ni2＋掺杂提高了TiO2薄膜的亲水性和光致亲水性。但Ni2＋掺杂却使TiO2光催化性能有所降低。结果表明,TiO2薄膜表面的光致亲水性与光催化特性无正相关性。     

基于SCORM规范的精品课程网络资源库的设计和实现

精品课程网络资源建设是国家为实现优质教育资源共享,大力推进教育信息化的一项重大举措。可复用性、共享性和可扩展性是精品课程资源在网络开发和使用过程中面临的一大难题。本文针对这些问题,提出了基于SCORM(可共享内容对象参考模型)规范,结合J2EE分布式环境框架,设计精品课程网络资源库,以实现精品课程优质资源的共享、重用。
