Ta2O5能带结构与性质的第一性原理模拟

Ta2O5是一种在薄膜材料中具有重要用途的晶体材料。采用第一性原理平面波赝势法,分别计算了本征态Tazos晶体以及存在0空位（Vo）、Ta空位（VTa）、0反替位Ta（Ota）和O间隙（Oi）本征缺陷时Ta2O5晶体的态密度和能带结构,得到了不同的带隙值并对计算结果进行了分析,该结果表明0反替位Ta（OTa）缺陷存在时对Tazos晶体能带结构的带隙值影响最大,其次是O空位（Vo）。

本文在邻域空间中又引入了T5-型和T6-型邻域空间 ,并证明了一些等价命题 ,讨论了它们的一些性质     

基于5R的高校图书馆“迎新季”营销推广模式研究——以东北师范大学图书馆为例

[目的/意义] 分析高校图书馆在新生入学时开展的营销推广活动,提高图书馆资源利用率,建立读者与图书馆之间的长期稳定的互动关系。[方法/过程] 引入5R营销理论,采用网站调研和对比分析法,总结"985工程"高校图书馆的"迎新季"推广活动经验,以东北师范大学图书馆2016年的主题迎新营销推广活动为例,采用数据统计和实证法,对营销推广活动的效果进行分析,探索高校图书馆"迎新季"营销推广新模式。[结果/结论] 在新媒体环境下,高校图书馆推出多种具有针对性的主题营销推广活动,"迎新季"营销推广活动就是高校图书馆读者服务新的尝试与探索,东北师范大学图书馆馆员针对"迎新季"营销推广活动中产生的问题,提出相应的解决办法,为高校图书馆进一步开展个性化、丰富多彩的营销推广活动提供参考与借鉴。     

论《第二十二条军规》中海勒对神话的消解

“第二十二条军规”不是永恒、超言的象征,不是什么“海勒的神话”,而只是一个不确定的隐喻,不具有确定性。它以其破碎性、混乱性、不确定性在消解神话,这个神话便是西方传统中的关于上帝、国家和理性的神话。“第二十二条军规”揭开了这种神话背后的虚无与荒诞,同时向这种虚无与荒诞发出了激情的抗议。     

案例教学法在高校“业绩管理”(F5)课程教学中的应用研究

"业绩管理"(F5)课程涵括成本核算与管理、预算编制与控制、管理决策制定以及业绩评价等内容,要求学生具备一定的综合应用能力,需要学生根据不同商业情景选择适当的分析工具,做出正确的评估。但是在校本科学生缺乏实际工作经验,对外部商业环境知之甚少,这就迫切需要教师在该课程教学中引入案例教学,因为案例教学可深化学生对外部商业环境的了解,而且在常规化观点碰撞和交流中,学生的主观能动性和综合应用能力潜力都会得到充分的刺激和发挥。"业绩管理"(F5)课程的特点要求案例选择和设计时要国际化和本土化并举,要具有针对性和层次性,同时还要与课后习题挂钩。好的案例教学模式既有利于学生发散思维,累积能力,也有助于教师在案例教学准备、实施和总结过程中因材施教,教学相长。     

荧光体Ca5（PO3）4F：Re（Re=Ce，Tb）的VUV-vis发光特性

采用高温固相反应合成了Ca5（PO3）4F：Re（Re=Ce,Tb）荧光体,并研究了其结构特性和真空紫外、紫外激发下的发光特性。在紫外激发下,Ca5（PO3）4F：Re（Re=Ce,Tb）中Ce3＋离子可以将吸收的能量直接传递给Tb3＋离子,使得Tb3＋的绿色发光强度大大增加。在真空紫外激发下,Tb3＋离子将吸收的能量传递给Ce3＋离子,使得Tb3＋的绿色发光强度减弱。     

“十五”期间国家社科基金项目的计量学研究

对“十五”国家社科基金项目的系统分布、时间分布、学科分布、地区分布等进行了调研分析，借以探讨我国社会科学研究的状况。经济学仍然是未来相当长时期内的研究热点，社科研究力量在系统、单位及地区的分布极不均衡，表现出很强的离散态势。国家在制定社科研究规划中，既要考虑重要基地建设，又要考虑其覆盖的范围，应“点”“面”结合，以“点”带“面”。     

乳腺癌耐受蛋白介导5-氟脲嘧啶的耐受及机制探讨

AIM To filtrate breast cancer resistance protein(BCRP)-mediated resistance agents and investigate the mechanism,so as to provide valuable datum for optimization clinical chemotherapy scheme to tumor with evaluation marker of BCRP expression. METHODS MTT assay was used to filtrate BCRP-mediated resistance agents with PA317/Tet-on/TRE-BCRP cell of different expression levels of BCRP after treated with different concentration anticancer agents. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied to measure relative dose of intracellular retention resistance agents. Nuclear DNA fluorescence dye,Hochest 33258, staining and flow cytometry were adopted to detect apoptotic cells after treated with drugs. RESULTS There were shown increasing durg-resistance to 5-fluorouracil,methotrexate, doxirubicin, pirarubicin,etoposide and mitoxantrone followed with increasing expression of BCRP on PA317/Tet-on/TRE-BCRP cells(P＜0.05, n=3),but shown sensitive to paclitaxel, cisplatin, vincristine, mitomycin and vindesine. There also was shown significant negative correlation between the intracellular retention dose of 5-fluorouracil with different expression of BCRP(r=-0.885, P＜0.05, n=3).There were shown parallel results of that decreasing cellular apoptotic rate with increasing cellular expression of BCRP after treated with 5-fluorouracil by fluorescence dye staining and flow cytometry(P＜0.05, n=3),and also shown significate rise of the apoptotic rate of BCRP expression cells after treated with Ko143 (P＜0.05, n=3). Every group of cells could be different extently blocked in phase of G0/G1 treated with 5-fluorouracil. CONCLUSION Resistance of 5-fluorouracil could be especially mediated by conjugated with BCRP and acted as drug exclude-pump substrate. Cellular ability resistant to 5-fluorouracil-induced apoptosis could be reinforced by BCRP expression.     

聚合物支载的15-冠-5的合成

本研究给出高分子冠醚化合物的一种新合成方法——用烯丙氧基化的聚苯乙烯作为合成冠醚的前体，在NBS存在下与三缩四乙二醇加成，然后关环生成聚合物支载的15-冠-5。     

Beauty and Character: Values Beyond Beauty in Architecture

Formalist conceptions of aesthetic goals began to give way from the 17^th century on to rationalist accounts of experience. Beauty as described as essential by Renaissance thinkers was reconceived as just one possibility, with the sublime in Burke's account as another. In the early 20^th century Clive Bell again asserted a formalist position with his argument for significant form. The weakness of the formality position, and the need for a richer, more contextual account of aesthetic goals and experience is argued with reference to the idea of thick and thin concepts as applied by Bernard Williams to ethics, Wittgenstein's attention to the way in which language is used in a specific context, and Scruton's emphasis on an informed conception of the object of aesthetic attention. Beauty, in Alberti's procedural account if not in his version of the Platonic ideal, can be seen to continue to have critical value. The idea of character, however, offers a broader range of possibilities for experience and of goals for design.
