瘦素对大鼠外周血单核细胞增殖作用研究

本研究采用[3H]TdR掺入试验方法,分离并培养观察其大鼠外周血单核细胞(PBMC)在单独瘦素刺激以及与丝裂原刀豆蛋白A(ConA)共刺激下增殖功能的变化,以其探讨瘦素(leptin)对大鼠外周血单核细胞增殖作用的影响.     

NaClO_3晶体的制取及光学性能测试

用标准水溶液法生长出来的尺寸约为1×1.13×1.2cm3NaClO3晶体,使用光栅光谱仪和波长为632.8nm的氦氖激光对氯酸钠晶体的光学质量进行测试分析.结果表明,使用这种方法生长出来的NaClO3晶体,其内部无生长缺陷,且晶体的生长晶面平整.

非市场因素对创新的促进机制分析——以3G产业为例

结合Christensen的动机/能力框架,提出认知是非市场因素对企业作用机制先导的理念,并从(替代性)行业发展状况、国家宏观创新环境,以及标准制定和知识产权战略的角度,分别论述企业对问题认知的重点和所采取的策略。通过我国3G产业的发展状况以及和日、韩两国3G产业的对比,验证非市场因素对创新的巨大影响作用。最后,对我国3G产业未来的发展方向提出建议。     

Hydrogen permeation behavior in Fe3Al-based alloy

Ultra-high vacuum gaseous hydrogen permeation experiments on Fe₃Al-based alloy were performed in the temperature range of 330∼450°C with an upstream hydrogen pressure between 3. 38×10⁴ Pa and 7.28×10⁴ Pa. The results show that the hydrogen diffusivity and permeability in Fe₃Al-based alloy obey Arrhenius relationship in the experimental temperature range and the hydrogen permeation process is controlled by the lattice diffusion of hydrogen at relative high temperature. The activation energy of hydrogen diffusion in the Fe₃Al-based alloy was found to be 75 kJ/mol. Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (59895157)     

Properties of YBa2Cu3O7-∞ granular Josephson junction

YBa₂Cu₃O_7-∞ weak link junctions with width from 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm and length from 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm was made by hand with a razor blade. The current voltage characteristics of the microbridges show, under microwave irradiation, pronounced Shapiro steps up to transition temperature. A careful measurement of the dependence of the critical supercurrent on the external magnetic field and laser light is presented.     

东亚及西太平洋地壳上地幔P波三维速度结构

利用ISC报告中170550条P波到时资料(地震数为12500,台站数为928个,且地震和台站都分布在研究区内),对东亚及西太平洋边缘海(60°E～150°E,10°S～60°N)的深至300km的地壳上地幔三维速度结构进行了研究,分辨率达2°×2°.初步结果表明:(1)在研究区域内东西两部分的岩石圈与上地幔低速带的结构有非常明显的差异.横向上大体以108°E为界,纵向上以90km深度为界,东部与西部P波速度结构差异较大.西部是岩石圈汇聚增厚区,东部是岩石圈拉张减薄区.西部上地幔低速带不发育,东部低速带比西部厚.(2)青藏高原地壳岩石圈巨厚,上地幔低速带不明显.印度次大陆岩石圈板片以低角度下插到青藏高原之下.(3)日本海和菲律宾海地壳之下有高速体,可能是太平洋板块向东俯冲产生的.     

“后《阿凡达》”时代的电影艺术现实构建

电影艺术现实的建构,是电影理论长期以来关注的重要问题。《阿凡达》的出现掀起了一波新的有关于构建电影虚拟现实的浪潮,为营造更加逼真的电影现实,实现电影的真实提供了新的手段。但是,与此同时,电影作为艺术所具有的审美层面的自我确证功能也随之受到威胁。这种威胁既来自于对新的技术本身的过度追求,也来自于为了奇观异景的创作而对电影的文化诉求的忽视。     

浅论高校网络思想政治教育工作体系的构建

本文探索提出了构建高校网络思想政治教育的"1+2+3+4"工作体系,即坚持服务大学生全面发展这一个中心,建设"红色网站"和"微平台"这两块阵地,突出高校网络思想政治教育内容建设、形式创新和主体提升这三大抓手,建立领导协调机制、监管防范机制、应急处理机制和管理保障机制这四项机制。     

Physical environment as a 3-D textbook: design and development of a prototype

The use of the physical environment as a three-dimensional (3-D) textbook is not a common practice in educational facilities design. Previous researches documented that little progress has been made to incorporate environmental education (EE) into architecture, especially among the conventional designers who are often constrained by the budget and building area requirements. This article presents an exploratory project to develop a prototype for the 3-D textbook. The author does not formulate ideas and concept based on the pre-determined specs in a design brief. Instead, the design solution evolved through a qualitative case study conducted at the Green School in Bali, Indonesia. Data were collected through a series of interviews and on-site observations. The qualitative findings uncovered four design features for the 3-D textbook. A prototype was subsequently developed using the design features as a blueprint. The prototype serves as a testing ground for new ideas as well as a platform to promote awareness and acceptance of the 3-D textbook among the practitioners. Consequently, this article attempted a significant proposition to bring together architecture and EE, thus potentially contributing to a field of knowledge that embraces design and education.
