鲁迅先生除了翻译具有社会责任感和使命感的爱罗先生的童话之外,还翻译了思想性不那么沉重的作品,比如,翻译荷兰作家望·蔼覃的长篇童话《小约翰》便是一例。 还是在留学时的1906年,他在东京神田旧书店,从《文学的反响》半月刊上偶然看见《小约翰》     

A CHASE domain containing protein kinase OsCRL4, represents a new AtCRE1-like gene family in rice

AtCRE1 is known to be a cytokinin receptor in Arabidopsis. The AtCRE1 protein contains CHASE domain at the N-terminal part, followed by a transmitter (histidine kinase) domain and two receiver domains. The N-terminal CHASE domain of AtCRE1 contains putative recognition sites for cytokinin. Five CHASE domains containing proteins were found in rice, OsCRL1a, OsCRL1b, OsCRL2, OsCRL3, and OsCRL4. OsCRL1a, OsCRL1b, OsCRL2 and OsCRL3 contain the four domains existing in CRE1, whereas OsCRL4 only contains the CHASE domain and a putative Ser/Thr protein kinase domain. The authors cloned the encoding gene OsCRL4 and found that it represents a new member of the cytokinin receptor protein in rice.     

表面改性提高与Ti6A14V对磨材料UHMWPE摩擦学性能

Surface engineering has been emerging as one of the most promising technologies to improve the tribological properties of biomaterials with a view to extending the life span of medical implants. For example, some novel surface engineering techniques including ion implantation of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and thermal oxidation (TO) treatment of titanium alloy have been developed. However, the full potential of improving the wear resistance of orthopaedic implants based on the UHMWPE/ Ti6A14V system will not be realized until the tribological performance of this surface engineered tribo-system is fully characterized and the acting wear mechanisms are well understood. In this paper, a pin-on-disc tribometer was employed to evaluate the tribological response of the following three tribo-systems: (1) untreated UHMWPE/untreated Ti6A14V. (2) untreated UHMWPE/TO-treated Ti6A14V and (3) ion implanted UHMWPE/TO treated Ti6A14V under water lubricated conditions. Experimental results show that the tribological properties of UHMWPE can be significantly increased by surface enghmering its surface and/or the counterface. Tiffs can be attributed to the hardened surface of UHMWPE via molecular structure modification induced by ion bean bombardment coupled with the surface oxide layer on Ti6A14V formed during TO treatment, which has favorable tribological compatibility with UHMWPE.

一种大规模合成N-(4-羟苯基)维甲酰胺的新方法

介绍了抗肿瘤药物N-（4-羟苯基）维甲酰胺（4-HPR）的合成新方法．该方法包括如下反应步骤：全反式维甲酸与二氯亚砜反应生成酰氯,再与三乙胺成盐,然后将得到的酰基铵盐与对氨基苯酚发生酰胺化反应,制得4-HPR．该方法解决了文献报道方法在大规模合成时存在的多种问题如后处理繁琐、收率低等,具有操作简单、反应条件温和以及产率高等特点．此外,研究了反应试剂的摩尔比对反应收率的影响,最佳摩尔比为二氯亚砜和对氨基苯酚物质的量分别是维甲酸物质的量的2倍和3倍,总收率为80．7％．     

基于NAT-PT的转换网关的技术原理研究

随着互联网技术的发展和IPv6逐步的应用,全球互联网络出现了IPv4和IPv6两种不兼容网络共存的局面。但IPv6最终要完全取代IPv4,这将是一个长期的过程。在此共存的过程中,使用NAT-PT转换网关技术可较好地解决IPv4节点和IPv6节点相互通信的问题。本文提出了转换网关的工作机制,并探讨了机制中各个模块的实现方式,讨论了转换网关的局限性。     

科学精神与五四文学的理性品格

五四激进人视域中的“科学”，并不拘泥于狭义的自然科学领域，也不看重具体的自然科学技术，而是注重科学的“效用”，认为科学具有改变人类物质生活尤其是改变人类精神生活，实现思想、化、学等各种范式转型的威力。他们利用科学的“精神”与“方法”，作为彻底反叛传统和掀起学革命的思想武器。正是在科学的旗帜下，五四激进人对传统的愚昧习俗展开了深入批判；而怀疑意识作为科学精神的重要内容，正显现着五四激进主义可贵的理性品格，而这两个方面也构成了五四乡土学、“问题小说”的重要特征。     

多尔后现代课程观略论

多尔的后现代课程观汲取了多家思想的精华,并在批判传统的现代课程观方面有所超越。通过对具有典范性的多尔后现代课程观的分析,可以认识后现代课程观的基本特征,为理解后现代课程观的发展和我国的教育改革提供一种新的视角。     

甲苯二异氰酸酯三元聚合反应的研究

为了制备高活性聚氨酯交联固化剂,用2,4二异氰酸基甲苯(TDI)三元聚合反应合成了具有3个活性异氰酸根的六元环结构异氰脲酸酯.用红外光谱、凝胶色谱(GPC)及化学分析法对反应条件进行了优化研究,并对产物进行了表征.利用凝胶色谱法对TDI三聚体及多聚体的形成过程进行过程跟踪,并对TDI三聚体的稳定性进行了研究.结果表明采用Cat-3作催化剂,在(60±2)℃下反应,可制得分子量为530~550,Mw/Mn=1.10,NCO质量分数为(25.0±0.5)%窄分子量分布的TDI三聚体;随着反应时间延长,TDI会进一步多元聚合生成多聚结构;而加入质量分数为0.4%的苯甲酰氯作为稳定剂,可有效抑制多元聚合的发生,所制备的TDI三聚体稳定性可在半年以上.     

Renewed but not Redeemed: Revising <Emphasis Type="Italic">Elsie Dinsmore</Emphasis>

Elsie Dinsmore, the first book in a late 19th century childrens series, is unique because it had not been adapted, just reprinted, until 1999. It is also unique in the setting, the mythic Southern plantation life of the 1850s. The 1999 edition ameliorated what is now recognized as racist language based on the images of the minstrelsy tradition, though consonant with the views of the time period. However, the deep structure of the story—its dependence on the plantation myth, its belief in the basic inferiority of African Americans, and its acceptance of slavery as compatible with Christianity—is not changed. The new edition is a comment on the publishing industrys disregard of racial history and the importance of context for understanding literature.
