80后与90后大学生价值观比较研究

文章通过问卷调查的研究方法,从职业价值观、婚恋价值观、消费价值观、人生价值观、政治价值观、道德价值观等六个维度来分析80后、90后大学生价值观上的共性与差异,发现两者之间的代际差异并不是十分明显,以期推进大学生价值观研究未来可以走向深入。     

“80后”教师专业精神现状分析及对策探究

教师专业精神是教师在信念上、追求上充分表现出来的风范与活力,具有服务性、专门性、长期性、创新性、自律性等多方面特征,对促进教师专业化发展具有独特的作用和意义。“80后”教师是教师队伍中的新生力量,在“80后”教师专业精神和行为现状遭到社会质疑时,如何加强“80后”青年教师专业精神建设,就成为一个全新而重要的课题。必须采取弘扬传统、恪守底线、榜样导向、因势利导、人文关怀等策略,方能强化“80后”教师的专业责任精神、专业道德精神、专业进取精神、专业创新精神,以及优化专业精神环境,从而加快“80后”教师专业化发展进程。     

Nutritional evaluation of caseins and whey proteins and their hydrolysates from Protamex

Whey protein concentrate （WPC 80） and sodium caseinate were hydrolyzed by Protamex to 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% degree of hydrolysis （DH）. WPC 80, sodium caseinate and their hydrolysates were then analyzed, compared and evaluated for their nutritional qualities. Their chemical composition, protein solubility, amino acid composition, essential amino acid index （EAA index）, biological value （BV）, nutritional index （NI）, chemical score, enzymic protein efficiency ratio （E-PER） and in vitro protein digestibility （IVPD） were determined. The results indicated that the enzymatic hydrolysis of WPC 80 and sodium caseinate by Protamex improved the solubility and IVPD of their hydrolysates. WPC 80, sodium caseinate and their hydrolysates were high-quality proteins and had a surplus of essential amino acids compared with the FAO/WHO/UNU （1985） reference standard. The nutritive value of WPC 80 and its hydrolysates was superior to that of sodium caseinate and its hydrolysates as indicated by some nutritional parameters such as the amino acid composition, chemical score, EAA index and predicted BV. However, the E-PER was lower for the WPC hydrolysates as compared to unhydrolyzed WPC 80 but sodium caseinate and its hydrolysates did not differ significantly. The nutritional qualities of WPC 80, sodium caseinate and their hydrolysates were good and make them appropriate for food formulations or as nutritional supplements.     

Scope and patterns of innovation cooperation in Spanish service enterprises

Examining 2148 innovating service firms from the Spanish Technological Innovation Panel 2004, this paper utilizes Latent Class Analysis to appraise the scope of innovation cooperation in services in the Spanish economy, in accordance with the growing weight of external information flows throughout innovation processes. The empirical evidence indicates that the nature of the service activity affects both the partner chosen and the cooperation intensity. The results lead to the creation of a typology of cooperation composed of three broad profiles: service firms intensive in techno-scientific cooperation, intensive in interactions with clients and a profile with low intensity in cooperation, called lonely innovators. The probability that a firm belongs to the latter profile is 59%, which makes it reasonable to affirm that innovation cooperation is not a common practice in Spanish innovating service enterprises. Innovation output variables have been included in order to examine the relationship between patterns of cooperation and innovation performance. The findings also underline the co-existence of different cooperation patterns within the same industry.     

The Prevalence Of β-Thalassemia Mutations in South Western Maharashtra

Thalassemia has been recognized by the World Health Organization as important inherited disorders principally impacting on the populations of low income countries. In this report, the prevalence of common β-thalassemia mutations in India was defined in 126 β-thalassemia carrier subjects in a western Indian population mainly from the south-western Maharashtra. The six most common β-thalassemia mutations were detected, which included IVS I-5 (G–C), IVS I-1 (G–T), codon 8–9 (+G), codon 41/42 (–TCTT), Codon 15 (G–A), and 619 bp deletion at 3′ end of β-globin gene. These mutations accounted for 93.66 % in 126 β-thalassemia carrier subjects and 6.34 % remained uncharacterized. Out of 126, 82 (65.07 %) showed the most common (prevalent) type of mutation, IVS I-5 (G–C), followed by IVS I-1 (G–T) showed by 12 (9.52 %) subjects. Three (2.38 %) subjects showed 619 bp deletion, codon 8/9 (+G) and codon 15 (G–A) mutations were present in eight subjects each (6.34 %). Only five (3.96 %) subjects showed codon 41/42 (–TCTT). There were eight (6.34 %) subjects where mutation was not any of the six mutations studied. This study provides the pattern of β thalassemia mutations from south-western Maharashtra, which will help to prevent β-thalassemia using prenatal diagnosis and proper counseling.

Impact of Chronic Lead Exposure on Selected Biological Markers

Lead poisoning remains a major problem in India due to the lack of awareness of its ill effects among the clinical community. Blood lead, δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase (δ-ALAD) and zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP) concentrations are widely used as biomarkers for lead toxicity The present study was designed to determine the impact of chronic lead exposure on selected biological markers. A total of 250 subjects, of both sexes, ranging in age from 20 to 70 years, were recruited. On the basis of BLLs, the subjects were categorized into four groups: Group A (BLL: 0–10 μg/dl), Group B (BLL: 10–20 μg/dl). Group C (BLL: 20–30 μg/dl) and Group D (BLL: 30–40 μg/dl) having BLLs of 3.60 ± 2.71 μg/dl, 15.21 ± 2.65 μg/dl, 26.82 ± 2.53 μg/dl and 36.38 ± 2.83 μg/dl, respectively. Significant changes in biological markers due to elevated BLLs were noted. The relation of BLL and biological markers to demographic characteristics such as sex, habits, diet and substances abuse (smoking effect) were also studied in the present investigation. Males, urban population, non-vegetarians, and smokers had higher blood lead levels. δ-ALAD activity was found to be significantly lower with increased BLL (P < 0.001), while the ZPP level was significantly higher with increased BLL (P < 0.001). Further, BLL showed a negative correlation with δ-ALAD (r = −0.425, P < 0.001, N = 250) and a positive correlations with ZPP (r = 0.669, P < 0.001, N = 250). Chronic lead exposure affects the prooxidant-antioxidant equilibrium leading to cellular oxidative stress.

无线局域网在图书馆的应用

无线局域网是利用无线通信技术实现网络互联，与有线网络相比，无线局域网最主要的优势在于可以不受布线条件的限制，在有线网络所不能达的地方也能提供方便地网络接入。2002年4月清华大学图书馆采用符合 IEEE 802.11b标准的产品建立了无线局域网。本文介绍了清华大学图书馆无线局域网的建立及用户使用情况，并且讨论在图书馆建立无线网
络的特点和发展趋势。
