University capabilities in facilitating entrepreneurship: A longitudinal study of spin-off ventures at mid-range universities

This paper investigated how universities facilitate the process of spin-off venture formation based on academic research. Building on a capability perspective, we add to the literature on university characteristics and resources by exploring how the university context impacts the entrepreneurial process. We based our study on two mid-range universities and followed the start-up process of four spin-off ventures. Based on the results of our longitudinal study, we propose a set of three university capabilities that facilitate the venture-formation process: (1) creating new paths of action, (2) balancing both academic and commercial interests, and (3) integrating new resources. Each capability is particularly important for specific phases in the venturing process. Our findings suggest that these capabilities are dependent on prior spin-off experience and reside within several actors both inside and outside of the university. Furthermore, universities with weaknesses in the identified areas can take strategic action to develop these capabilities to some degree.

评标策略对项目管理绩效的影响

项目管理绩效与评标策略存在强相关关系,而评标策略影响着项目业主选择承包商.向国内20多家工程公司、监理公司和施工单位开展问卷调查,结果表明:承包商的综合实力、资质等级、业绩和价格是影响招标评标的主要因素;低价中标方式不利于技术方案优化,对项目实施过程和纠纷解决的影响消极,对质量控制有负面影响,对进度控制缺乏动力.根据调查结果,建议在制定招标方案和评标策略时多采用降低价格权重的综合评分法,更多关注承包商的技术方案、专业能力和项目业绩,有助于提升项目管理整体绩效.     

注射用舒巴坦钠含量测定方法研究

目的:分析测定注射用舒巴坦钠的含量。方法:利用高效液相色谱法。结果:该方法在0.08mg/ml~0.8mg/ml范围内舒巴坦钠面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=3.256E-4X+1.859E-1(r=0.999)。回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.15%。结论:方法简便,快速,准确,适用于该产品质量控制。     

Organisational culture and values and the adaptation of academic units in Australian universities

This study explores connections between the organisational culture and values of academic units in Australian universities and their efforts to adapt to external environmental pressures. It integrates empirical findings from case studies with theories of organisational culture and values and adaptation. It identifies seven dimensions of academic unit’s organisational culture and values that influenced how case study academic units adapted. Then patterns of heterogeneity and homogeneity within these dimensions are noted and their associations with different modes of adaptation are discussed.     

不同踏蹬频率下自行车运动员踏蹬力研究

利用SRM功率车以及安装在功率车上的测力系统(Powertec-System)研究不同踏蹬频率下场地自行车运动员一个踏蹬周期内作用于曲柄的切向踏蹬力特征。以8名自行车运动员为研究对象,在SRM功率车上进行10min、90rpm、120w的准备活动后,进行阻力负荷为500watt的骑行,踏蹬频率分别为100、120、130、140rpm,顺序随机选择,骑行稳定后,采集连续5s的踏蹬力数据。结果表明,随着踏蹬频率的提高,作用在左、右两侧曲柄的切向踏蹬力分量的正均值、均值、最大值减小,两侧切向踏蹬力分量之和的均值及峰值也减小(p<0.01);左、右侧正切向踏蹬力分量的起止位置、最值位置、双侧切向踏蹬力分量之和的峰值位置均随着踏蹬频率的增大而提前(p<0.01);在踏蹬周期的下半段,踏蹬频率越高,切向踏蹬力曲线越低,在踏蹬周期的上半段,踏蹬频率越高,切向踏蹬力曲线越高。
