采用问卷调查法了解个人因素、环境因素对大学教师学术失范的影响及其相对重要性。对62所本科院校3021名教师的调查结果表明:第一,个人因素方面,最高学位、所属学科、规范有效性认知、压力感、不公平感与失范显著相关,规范有效性认知、最高学位、所属学科、不公平感对失范的影响最有力;第二,环境因素方面,同事失范行为、被举报可能性、同事不赞同、惩罚严厉性、规范教育、诚信氛围、学校容忍度均与失范显著相关,同事失范行为、学校容忍度、规范教育、同事不赞同、诚信氛围的影响最有力;第三,与个人因素相比,环境因素对失范的影响更大。鉴于此,防治大学教师学术失范应加强规范教育并加大规范执行力度,创建道德共同体并营造诚信学术氛围,重视前期预防和后期补救而不能仅寄希望于加大处罚力度。  相似文献

学术导师领导力是影响研究生创造力的一个重要因素。基于相关理论,提出和回答关于学术导师领导力与研究生创造力关系状态的研究问题。曲线拟合和等级回归分析677个样本数据的结果显示:学术导师领导力与创造力曲线相关,是正U型曲线关系。研究发现弥补相关理论的缺失,为学术导师领导实践和高等院校创新教育管理提供切实的参考。  相似文献

研究生导师是高校教师中的特殊群体,承担着教学、科研和研究生指导等工作任务。本文利用2014年对50余所研究生院高校的调查数据,对我国导师的压力进行了分析。研究表明:导师面临着不同程度的工作负荷和压力,其中科研与考核是最主要的压力源;在整个职业生涯中,青年导师所承受的压力最大;而且从事普通学科(专业)的导师压力最大。此外,职业定位与取向、指导博士生规模、年龄以及学科(专业)地位是引发导师压力的重要因素。  相似文献

Students have been slow to adopt e‐textbooks even though they are often less expensive than traditional textbooks. Prior e‐textbook research has focused on adoption behavior, with little research to date on how students perceive e‐textbooks fitting their needs. This work builds upon Task‐Technology Fit (TTF) and Consumer Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) theory to present a student‐perspective model of e‐textbook usage. By contextualizing TTF and UTAUT2 to e‐textbooks, the research fills a gap in the literature and provides guidance to researchers and practitioners. The goal of the research is to understand how students perceive their task of learning to fit with e‐textbook technology, and how that fit influences e‐textbook usage and expected performance in their classes. To achieve this goal, the research develops a model to test the relationship between perceived TTF of e‐textbooks and UTAUT2‐defined user characteristics that encourage adoption behaviors, thus facilitating student learning. The findings show that four factors impact a student's perceived TTF: substitution, habit, hedonic motivation, and facilitating conditions. Furthermore, perceived TTF positively correlates with students’ e‐textbook usage and expected performance in classes when using e‐textbooks. While price value exhibits a measurable effect on e‐textbook utilization, it is a minor factor.  相似文献

Many forensics coaches also serve as professors or instructors in their home departments. As a result, they often carry competitive debate practices with them into the classes that they teach. Although this overlap is widely beneficial, it is not without risks. Not all competitive procedures are well suited for classroom environments. Instructors may sometimes incorporate competitive techniques by habit without carefully considering the pedagogical consequences. In this article, we review instructional materials and syllabi from collegiate argumentation and debate classes and identify several methods that are commonly carried over from competitive settings. We then assess the pedagogical and educational implications of implementing these practices in undergraduate classes. We find that several tools and procedures that are appropriate for competition are problematic or even detrimental when adopted in introductory courses. In particular, instructors should think carefully before choosing to emulate competitive formats, incorporate competitive theories, or train students to use competitive techniques.  相似文献

They are investing time, energy, and money to advertise their resources and services in a variety of ways. Despite these efforts, few libraries know whether these investments are meeting their objectives. Academic libraries should follow the advertising assessment practices used by businesses today to assess the cost, interaction, and outcomes of their advertising to determine its effectiveness. The two authors were paired as part of a formal mentoring program for orientation and to prepare for eventual promotion and tenure. One author has over twenty-five years’ experience on campus, and the other author has completed one year in her current position. During that first year, various themes emerged to remind both librarians that the more things change, the more they remain the same. As the mentoring experience evolved, it became difficult to distinguish the mentor from the mentee because both librarians understood that discussing common issues was mutually beneficial.  相似文献

The relationship between health (H) and physical education (PE) has long been the subject of debate. Recently, however, the obesity crisis has raised this relationship to a new level of attention. At the risk of simplifying things, there are two ‘positions’ that seem to characterize the discourse regarding this new relationship. One position considers that the main mission of PE should now be the ‘war on obesity’. Advocates for this instrumental position tend to do research, using interventionist strategies focusing on (H)PE as a site for the promotion of physical activity. The other position argues strongly for the foregrounding of educational purposes for (H)PE and tends to pursue research by means of sociocultural research paradigms such as phenomenology, poststructuralism or critical theory. Importantly, these ‘positions’ draw on different literatures and discourses. Seldom do the advocates of these two positions speak to each other and, if and when they do, they seem to speak different languages. In this paper, I discuss the notion of academic discourse and explore, with some examples from conferences, how the conventions of academic discourse are (mis)understood and accordingly confound the development of more considered responses to the relationship between health and PE.  相似文献

[目的/意义]研究学术社交网络中图情领域用户的真实利用水平与特征,有助于指导图情学科合理利用学术社交网络开展学术交流并提升学科影响力。[研究设计/方法]以ResearchGate(RG)为例,在核实用户身份信息的基础上筛选出iSchools全职教学研究人员为真实样本用户,通过对机构真实用户参与度、高质量用户比及其它RG交互利用指标数据的挖掘,分析揭示iSchools成员真实利用学术社交网络的现状,并基于机构和个体视角比较分析不同群体的真实利用特征。[结论/发现]图情领域用户对RG的真实基础利用程度有限,尽管全职教学研究人员已经成为iSchools在RG上的高质量用户,但其对平台的利用效果依然不足;男性和北美iSchools全职教学研究人员等较低真实用户参与度的用户群体可能表现出更为充分的交互利用行为,而交互利用指标能够较好的映射诸如用户职称级别、机构层级所反映的学术影响力差异。[创新/价值]基于iSchools全职教学人员用户身份的核实,揭示机构整体真实利用状况和个体真实利用差异,指导iSchools合理利用学术社交网络,以期为其他高校图情院系提供标杆,并为平台相关评价指标优化与平台建设提供参考。  相似文献

马克思主义整体性研究对于加强人们对马克思主义的正确认识和理解具有重要意义。近年来,理论界围绕着马克思主义整体性研究的必要性和意义、整体性的内涵、加强整体性研究的路径等问题进行了深入研究;从理解马克思主义基本原理的逻辑主线或总体性范畴等角度挖掘了“什么是马克思主义基本原理”,并就什么是中国化马克思主义的整体性及如何加强中国化马克思主义整体性研究等问题进行了广泛探讨,取得了重要成绩。但马克思主义整体性研究还存在不足,需要从哲学高度、直面现实的深度继续努力。  相似文献
