浅论我国农村养老保障制度

生育率下降、人口老龄化、家庭结构小型化等加速了我国农村养老保险的必要性和紧迫性。目前，我国农村养老保障存在诸多问题，如保障水平低、缺乏法制化的管理体制、没有保值增值的有效机制等。建立完善的农村养老保障制度，必须坚持保障农村老年人的基本生活与国情国力相适应的原则。     

The Challenges and Opportunities of Sustaining Volunteer-Based Rural Libraries

ABSTRACT

In an era of rural service decline and population aging, some rural libraries rely on volunteers to keep them open within the community. This paper outlines the challenges of sustaining such volunteer-based rural libraries, drawing on a case study of a volunteer-based library in rural Ontario, Canada. Findings suggest that age of volunteers, volunteer participation, territoriality, branch polarization and the burden of volunteering present challenges in sustaining the volunteer program at the library, yet the library contributes to the community through community engagement, enabling aging in place and through economic development. The paper concludes with recommendations from the case study on how the sustain such a volunteer program.     

中国老龄化问题的现状分析及对策研究

文章充分认识正确处理好人口老龄化问题对于中国经济发展战略的制定的重大意义,针对日本应对人口老龄化所采取的措施,认真分析其中利弊,结合中国国情,提出一些可行性建议。文章将采用点面结合、以定量研究与质的研究相结合及对比分析的方法,从江苏省无锡、昆山、盐城、镇江、徐州等地,调查研究城乡老龄化现状,结合当地实际情况,借鉴日本推行的一些政策,探讨切实方案,继而推而广之。从而缓解人口老龄化所带来的一些问题,促进中国的社会经济全面、稳定、健康、协调地发展。     

社区体育:哈尔滨市健康老龄化的应然选择简

哈尔滨市老年人口的增长具有高龄老人增速加快、多数老人收入偏低、过半数老人身体状况欠佳等特点,老龄化问题突出且严峻。而社区体育的开展有利于老年人合理地利用闲暇时间,形成科学、健康、文明的生活方式,也有利于延缓老龄化进程,从而促进哈尔滨市健康老龄化。     

城乡一体化视角下的城市老人乡村社区养老模式研究

我国城市老龄化问题日益严重,未富先老特征十分明显,传统混合养老模式陷入窘境,乡村社区集中养老已成为缓解城市养老问题的一剂良方。以调查数据为依据,通过分析乡村社区养老模式的社会基础,指出了推行乡村社区养老模式的效益优势。并站在城乡一体化发展的角度,提出了乡村养老社区建设应坚持的原则,同时设计了推行乡村社区养老模式的具体措施,从而使该乡村养老社区更具操作性。     

Initial Evaluation of Active Minds: A Student Organization Dedicated to Reducing the Stigma of Mental Illness

This study examined whether a new student organization, Active Minds, aimed at increasing awareness of “mental illness” and reducing stigma had an impact on students' stigma and willingness to seek psychological help. Three classes were recruited to become involved in the organization. In a pretest/posttest design, stigma and willingness to seek psychological help were compared between students who became involved in Active Minds and students who did not. Students involved in the organization showed a significant reduction in stigma if they had a history of mental illness in their families. However, willingness to seek psychological help was unaffected. The program's partial success is viewed in terms of empowerment and recovery. The peer support provided through Active Minds may help change people's negative attitudes about mental illness and encourage students to help one another in coping with their diagnoses.     

补充大豆多肽对递增负荷运动大鼠血清LDH、ALT、AST活性的影响

观察了5周递增负荷训练并同时补充大豆多肽后的大鼠在运动后某些血清酶的变化,旨为在训练中补充大豆多肽对身体机能及运动后恢复的作用提供一定的理论依据.结果发现:补充大豆多肽降低了运动后血清LDH和AST活性.提示:补充大豆多肽可能起到预防骨骼肌和心肌运动性微损伤和促进损伤恢复的作用.     

试论高龄化社会的中国社区体育战略

为提高老年人的健康水平,分析了高龄化社会的中国社区体育方式和特点,认为针对高龄化社会的现状,应当加强社区体育活动场所与社会体育指导员队伍建设,建立“医疗”与“体育”的一体化联合体系,发挥国家的制度优势与加大经济援助力度,加强社区体育产业发展的制度建设。
