连锁零售企业发展之困境及其破解

连锁零售企业以其产品标准化,连锁布局经营,快速复制,品牌优势,统一管理而快速实现规模扩张。近年来受金融危机导致的通货膨胀、经营成本上涨、电子商务、人口红利丧失等多重因素影响,连锁零售企业面临前所未有的挑战。连锁零售企业可采取线上线下经营方式改变、转行、收缩战线、拓展分销渠道、争取战略合作伙伴共担风险等举措,从而实现可持续发展。

从零售业发展历史来看,电子商务其实只是一个零售业务,只不过是通过电脑实现的零售业务,电商最终将回归到零售本质。零售业的演进实质是供应链效率不断提高过程,表现为:供应链可以获取更多需求信息,更精确分析需求信息,更快反应需求信息,从而降低时间和成本,提高效率。     

Teaching Lean Six Sigma within A Supply Chain Context: The Airplane Supply Chain Simulation

Lean six sigma is a management methodology that firms can employ to achieve substantial improvement in supply chain performance. However, few pedagogical exercises facilitate students’ use of a comprehensive set of lean six sigma principles within a supply chain context. We describe the Airplane Supply Chain Simulation that helps students understand how lean six sigma concepts may be leveraged to improve supply chain performance. The basis of this simulation is a four‐tier supply chain, consisting of suppliers (two tiers), a manufacturer, and a customer, that produces three models of paper airplanes to meet randomly distributed customer demand. In the first of three successive runs, a highly structured simulation is executed in which supply chain roles are well defined, material flows are convoluted, and a “push” production strategy is followed. The first simulation as the “current state” and, for the second and third simulation runs, challenge competing student teams to leverage lean six sigma concepts to develop a “future state” that enables the fulfillment of all customer orders at the lowest cost. Results based on statistical analyses of survey response data from 194 MBA students show that the Airplane Supply Chain Simulation is an effective participative, team‐based learning tool.

高职院校“全流程实践嵌入式”人才培养模式的创新与实践

在人才培养过程中,职业教育改革的核心是要解决学生的综合实践能力的问题,本文结合山东商务职业学院连锁经营管理专业“全流程实践嵌入式”人才培养模式创新实践活动,阐述了以校企合作、工学结合为基础,建立一种以职业素质为核心,以工作任务为主线,基于工作过程导向的课程体系,把工作过程中的各个实践岗位嵌入进整个教学过程,实现“教学与实践的相互嵌入和有效整合”,取得了很好的效果。     

Parental experiences of dealing with disputes in Additional Support Needs in Scotland: why are parents not engaging with mediation?

Partnerships with parents, particularly in the field of education, have featured prominently in policy rhetoric for many years, but routes of redress have not had much attention until relatively recently. The development of Alternative Dispute Resolution in the UK reflects the situation in several jurisdictions (e.g. Norway, Germany, the Netherlands) where citizens can choose not to go to court to resolve administrative disputes. Under the Education (Additional Support for Learning [ASL]) (Scotland) Act 2004 local authorities must establish and publicise procedures for identifying and meeting the needs of children requiring additional support for learning. The Act and Code of Practice advocate early intervention to prevent disagreements about the provision for additional support from escalating into more serious disputes, with local authorities required to provide information about, and access to, independent mediation for parents. In Scotland the ASL Act 2004 has resulted in four routes available for redress in the area of Additional Support Needs which include both mediation and litigation type processes: ? ? Adjudication

? Tribunal

This article uses case study information from parents in three local authorities in Scotland to explore why independent mediation is being under-used by schools and parents, and what factors influence this. Questions are raised regarding the large numbers of parents who are unaware of mediation, the attitudes towards and use of independent mediation by local authorities and the suitability of independent mediation, particularly when the dispute is over resources.     

Collaborative Teaching and Learning through Multi‐Institutional Integrated Group Projects

This teaching brief describes an innovative multi‐institutional initiative through which integrated student groups from different courses collaborate on a common course project. In this integrated group project, students are asked to design a decentralized manufacturing organization for a company that will manufacture industrial Proton‐Exchange Membrane fuel cells. The groups include students from supply chain management, production planning and scheduling, and facility layout and design courses. Empirical results from the implementation suggest that students responded positively to the integrated experience. Lastly, the article presents implementation strategies for multi‐institutional group projects based on the experiences gained through the collaborative experience.

存现句是世界上所有语言中都普遍存在的语言现象。作为世界通用的英语,其存现句的句法研究一直是学界探讨的焦点。在管辖与约束理论的框架下,围绕着there所作的种种理论解释催生了不少新的理论假设,其中包括韩景泉提出的“语链传递格位假说”。以管辖与约束理论为框架,探讨英语存现句的句法结构,可利用“语链传递格位假说”对英语存现句进行一个合理的解释。     

基于系统性文献回顾法的新型研发机构研究与展望

本文以国内经济管理领域 2003年至2019 年的179篇文献为样本,使用系统性文献回顾法(SLR),探索和总结了新型研发机构的研究现状及其知识结构,分析现有研究的缺失并尝试寻找未来的研究趋势。研究发现: 第一,新型研发机构的知识结构由9个部分构成一个2W1H的主题研究框架。第二,从国家、产业和企业层面分别总结了阻碍新型研发机构发展的因素及其提升对策建议。第三,从研究知识模块、研究切入角度和研究趋势拓展3个方面解剖现有知识断层,并对未来的研究提出具体可行的对策建议
