学术特刊出版的主题策划与质量控制——《科技导报》“屠呦呦荣获诺贝尔奖特刊”探析

【目的】探索围绕重大科技事件高效出版学术特刊,有效提升期刊的新闻性及社会影响的策略。【方法】 以《科技导报》出版“屠呦呦荣获诺贝尔奖特刊”为例,阐述了特刊的出版策略：结合社会舆论热点策划选题,将科技事件外延,拓展选题思路;借助主办单位、编委、编辑等力量全方位组约稿;突破学术期刊框架,重视版面设计,加强整体包装;利用专家库、自身网站、博客资源,结合新媒体手段对刊物进行宣传推广。【结果】 针对重大科技事件组织特刊,能够增加主题内容的集中度,顺应社会热点的关注度,扩大科技期刊的影响力。【结论】 《科技导报》“屠呦呦荣获诺贝尔奖特刊”为响应科技事件的快速出版提供了一定经验和借鉴。     

生物制药产业技术创新能力系统演化的遗传算法模型与仿真研究

基于CAS理论视角,明确生物制药产业技术创新能力的定义,构建生物制药产业技术创新能力系统的概念模型图,找出组成该系统的产业技术创新流程及惯例,并阐述生物制药产业技术创新能力系统的演化机制。与此同时,构建生物制药产业技术创新能力系统演化的遗传算法模型,并通过Matlab软件仿真生物制药产业技术创新能力系统的演化。结果表明,产业技术扩散对生物制药产业技术创新能力强度有显著增强作用,而产业吸收能力作为技术创新惯例则在适应度函数的迭代计算中起到显著约束的作用。     

专用性资产在技术转移中的作用研究

由于信息非对称的影响,选择优质的合作伙伴是技术转移活动的关键。结合技术转移特征,引入专用性资产,构建技术转移信号博弈模型,识别并验证专用性资产作为信号传递的可行性、有效性和清晰性。研究表明,专用性资产在技术转移选择阶段作为传递信号可以弥补信息非对称的不利影响,提高技术转移的发生率,提升技术转移的质量。     

Exploring the adoption process of personal technologies: A cognitive-affective approach

The impact of cognitive and emotional factors on the customer's decision to adopt a new technology has long been at the core of innovation and marketing literature. Today, the proliferation of personal technologies makes the understanding of the adoption process of such innovations a vital issue. This article, moving from long-established technology adoption theories, integrates affective factors to propose a comprehensive framework to interpret and orient innovation and marketing approaches of companies. To do this, we review a rich literature from the domains of management, information systems, marketing and cognitive psychology, identifying six possible sources of perceived value for personal technologies, hence attitude to adopt them: functional value, monetary value, social value, entertainment value, epistemic value and aesthetic value. After defining and framing them in the extant literature, we discuss how the framework may be adopted in practice to support Companies' strategies in the surprisingly under-explored industry of personal technologies.     

国家科技图书文献中心预订外文科技文献资源分析与评价

采用文献计量学和信息分析等方法对国家科技图书文献中心预订外文科技文献资源进行分析和评价。主要评价指标包括:是否被权威数据库收录、是否世界著名出版机构出版、被国外著名图书馆收藏情况、SCI影响因子值及SCI被引用次数、国内缺藏情况、是否属于收藏薄弱学科的期刊、被专家学者推荐情况。通过整体与分散评价,最终选出基本符合主要指标的期刊和会议文献作为新增文献资源的备选源。表3。参考文献7。     

数字文献信息的保存-未来图书馆事业发展的前提和条件

尽管我们在数字文献资料的生产、收集和存储方面的能力迅速增长,但由于法律和技术等方面的原因,数字文献的长期保存问题远远没有解决,这给负责收藏数字文献的图书情报机构留下深深的隐患。文章介绍了数字保存的现状和存在的问题,论述了数字文献保存的特殊性,提出了数字保存基础设施的建设,可为图书馆事业的发展奠定良好的基础。     

Problems of secondary education in rural Iran: An anthropological view1

Statistics on implementing secondary education in rural Iran indicate that such a process has not been successful. Data gathered by the author during 1974/75 fieldwork support such a conclusion. It is suggested that lack of success of secondary education in rural Iran may be attributed to some cultural and economic factors which vary for men and women. The importance of the modesty code and observation of purdah (seclusio?) may account for the low enrollment of females in secondary education in rural areas. However, the need for agricultural laborers in the villages may account for the low attendance of males. Background to the development of modern education is presented.     

MODERN INDUSTRIAL TRAINING IN VOCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION

In this article the importance of modern industrial training in higher vocational technology education, the demands for the modem industrial training bases, the quality demands on the vocational technicians and how to enhance the quality of the students for vocational technology training are discussed. The discussions on the quality demands concentrate only on professional ethics.The integration of mechanical technology, electrical technology and optical technology is the main stream of manufacturing technology of modem industry. Great attention has to be devoted on the development of professional ethics. Industrial training must have clear purpose and aim.
