中国青年男篮高大运动员优秀群体现状的研究

通过对参加 1999年全国青年男篮前 8名决赛的 55名高大运动员优秀群体的投篮、篮板球、助攻、抢断等技术的调查分析 ,研究了在身高方面我国已在亚洲处于以大打小的局面 ,与世界强队相比身高完全不在欧美运动员之下的情况下 ,如何保持特点 ,加强训练 ,提高青年高大队员技术水平等问题     

论等级顺序理论对形态阻遏的阐释力

英语中存在多种阻遏现象,形态阻遏是其中的一种,它包括词项对派生词和曲折词缀生成词的阻遏。等级顺序理论认为在英语中派生和曲折过程是按等级顺序进行的,其顺序与形态构词过程有关。试用等级顺序理论来揭示形态阻遏是如何产生的,指出等级顺序理论对形态阻遏有一定的阐释力,并对该理论不足之处提出的修正。     

学校管理的三重佳境

学校管理的境界指管理实践所能达到的程度或表现情况,是管理过程中干群双方在学校发展目标的指引下,在一定的管理情境中通过创造性的管理活动所达成的一种理想的管理状态,是干群精神互动创生且共同享有的意义世界。它通常包括\"文武并用、垂拱而治\"、\"依法行事、和谐共生\"、\"顺其自然、无为而治\"三重佳境。要达到管理的三重佳境,必须践行培养精英、科学运作、人文濡染、制度规范、提升修养、共建诚和等策略,厘清学校发展、教师发展、学生发展三者的关系,深谙教师发展之道,并能力促之。     

人体协调性水平的测量方法初探──对“敲击实验”方式进行人体协调性评价的可行性研究

为了探索一条量化评价人体协调性水平的方法,本文以反映人体节奏感水平的“敲击实验”方式作为测量手段,对测量结果进行数据处理、分析后,认为用此测量方法评价人体协调性水平是可行的,并据此做出了初步的评价标准。

Teacher e-mail message strategies and students' willingness to communicate online

In light of the prevalent use of e-mail between teachers and students, researchers have highlighted the need to assess its uses and effects. Relying on the research and thinking of teacher immediacy and extra-class communication, we developed a scale that measures those e-mail message strategies that influence students' willingness to communicate online with their teachers. Next, we isolated those reasons that students use e-mail to interact with their teachers: (1) to clarify course material and procedures, (2) as a means of efficient communication, and (3) for personal/social reasons. Finally, we examined student characteristics such as gender and ethnicity, and history of e-mail use that may (or may not) influence their attitudes toward e-mail exchanges with teachers.     

开展现代统计学教学的必要性初探

掌握现代统计学知识，善于运用现代统计学的方法来分析问题和解决问题，是知识经济时代学生应对各种挑战所必须具备的知识和技能。对照经济发达国家对中学统计教学的成功经验，在我国中学教育中加强统计教育有着一定必要性和迫切性。     

Has this begun to change the way they think? Moving undergraduate learners’ level of reflection from where it is to where it needs to be

This paper documents the ongoing development of a framework for reflection for undergraduate learners new to the reflective process. Motivated by the gap between students’ abilities and experience of reflection and the expectations of them at undergraduate level, the author experimented with a variety of approaches over a number of years. After much trial and error, a three-step pyramid method loosely based on Mezirow's three stages of the reflective process has been meeting with some success and is presented here. Findings indicate that recognizing the limitations in novice practitioners ability to reflect effectively, and providing them with a practical framework of initial support can empower them and result in greater expression and confidence in their reflective journal writing.

针对高等代数抽象难学、学生对其缺乏兴趣这一问题,提出强调高等代数的重要性、引入学法指导、变抽象为具体、在实践中应用等一系列方法,以调动学生学习的积极性,培养学生的学习兴趣和创新意识。
