艺术的情境之寓——文艺美学探微

情境者,情趣境界之谓也,主于美。它存在于艺术作品中,也存在于整个艺术审美活动中。艺术没有唯一的和绝对的摹本,也没有终级价值标准,有的便是一件件具体的作品和一次次具体的活动。一件作品就是一个独绝的情境,这情境是别人创造不出的,甚至创造者自己都是不能重复的。在此情境中,包括每一个细部,即使如绘画中的一处空白,音乐中的一个休止,小说中的一段铺垫,等等,便有着特别的意味,特别的美质。     

论廖家骅的音乐教育思想

廖家骅先生作为当代中国音乐理论家、音乐教育家,为中国音乐教育学科的发展奠定了重要的基础,可称为“中国音乐教育学科的领路人”。基于对廖家骅学术成果的系统梳理,从其对音乐审美特性、音乐教育审美特性、音乐教育与审美心理和智力发展等方面的研究总结其音乐教育美育观;从其对高师音乐教育人才培养的职责、高师音乐教育培养目标等问题的关注概括其音乐教育通才观;从其对一线音乐教学、教育现状等现实问题与实践性问题的关注与评论提炼其音乐教育实践观,从而对他的音乐教育思想进行全面阐释。对廖家骅音乐教育思想的研究既是对我国音乐教育事业发展成就的总结与回顾,也是对我国当代音乐教育进一步发展的启示与借鉴。     

新疆实施《企业知识产权管理规范》的 现状分析及对策建议

针对当前在新疆企业知识产权管理规范贯彻过程中企业、知识产权中介辅导机构和知识产权管理部门出现 的问题,文章剖析了这些问题产生的原因,提出了贯彻企业知识产权管理规范应遵循市场规律,从引入竞争机制和奖 励机制、选择适合新疆企业的贯彻知识产权管理规范模式、提高知识产权中介辅导机构服务水平、减少政府主导因素 等方面进行创新性工作的方式研究,探索符合新疆企业实际的贯彻知识产权管理规范之路,确保贯彻企业知识产权管 理规范工作取得成效。     

刘勰《程器》中的作者"文德"批评新论

中国古代化和批评一贯强调“德”说。刘勰《程器》篇中提倡“德”是其作批评论中的重要构成内容。“德”与其“养气”说，“神思”说、“才、气、学、习”说，构成作创作的综合素质。“德”是作创作素质构成中最重要和最基本的因素。刘勰的“德”说不仅强调“”与“德”的关系并突出了“德”的作用，而且“德”说弘扬了作批评中的人意识、个性意识和主体意识。     

英国入职教师教育国家课程探析

英国入职教师教育国家课程对合格教师资格标准,课程总要求,英语、数学、科学和信息交流技术在学科教学中的应用等几个方面进行了规定,并提出了较为具体的要求。实施其课程的目标是达成合格教师资格标准。该课程具有实践性,注重信息交流技术在学科教学中的作用,注重中小学在教师教育课程中的作用。这些启示我们要尽快制定教师资格标准,强化实践性入职教师教育课程并注重对其实施效果进行指导和监督。     

The impact of standards-based assessment on knowledge for history education in New Zealand

This paper examines how a standards-based form of assessment in operation in New Zealand has impacted upon the knowledge taught to secondary history students. The segmentation of history into assessable components along with assessment mechanisms which encourage the reduction in the number of standards being attempted has impacted upon both the breadth and range of historical content in history programmes. The reduction in knowledge is problematic as it diminishes learners’ opportunities to draw connections between inter-related historical concepts from a wider knowledge base. Social realists have raised concerns about the reduced focus on knowledge in education and its effects in restricting students’ development of conceptual knowledge which enables higher order, more abstract thinking. Experiences of standards-based assessment for history in New Zealand are indicative of this reductive phenomenon. In a culture of accountability, standards-based assessment, as enacted in New Zealand, may impede delivery of critical knowledge.

Can research on science learning and instruction inform standards for science education?

We contrast the current science education reform effort with the reforms of the 1960s and suggest how the current effort could be enhanced. We identify insights from recent research that we believe can inform the reform process, in particular, to reach all science students and also impart a cohesive view of science. We propose an alternative models view of scientific explanation and show how this view would contribute to reforms of (1) course goals, (2) social aspects of science learning, (3) instructional practices, and (4) roles for technology.This paper summarizes discussions and debates that the authors have had over the last few years. The dialogue stems, in part, from our joint participation in the American Educational Research Association Special Interest Group on Education in Science and Technology (AERA SIG:EST) leadership. 美育与德育是整个教育内容体系中既互相联系又各自独立的重要部分。而历史的传承与现实的趋向又反映出人们对二者的关系，尤其是彼此的区别，在认识和实践上存在着许多偏差，并给眼下和未来的素质教育带来了不容忽视的缺憾和问题。这就使对美育与德育在本质、特点、目的、方法上区别的研究和探讨成为必要和急需。

宗白华先生在<中国诗画中所表现的空间意识>一文中对东、西方古典艺术不同的空间意识进行了比较,指出了这两大艺术体系在把握世界的方式、处理主客体关系的态度方面的原则区别.并对中国诗画中所表现出来的空间意识进行了较为全面的阐述,这为我们认识中国古典艺术的审美精神提供了一个出发点.
