论佤族生殖崇拜

对生殖崇拜问题的研究,历来受到民族学、人类学、宗教学、历史学等不同学科的关注,生殖崇拜是人类普遍具有的一种社会现象,也是一种综合的文化现象,佤族是云南省独有少数民族之一,生殖崇拜对于佤族先民不仅是一种繁衍的需要,更是一种生存的需要,在佤族地区,源远流长的生殖崇拜信仰观念及其物化形式,至今仍然可以找到明显可见的遗迹,在佤族的原始宗教、原始神话、原始美术、原始舞蹈及至今日的民族习惯中随处可见生殖崇拜的痕迹。     

数字信息获取中临时复制的著作权问题

临时复制问题既是我国信息法律体系建设中的重要问题,也是网络环境下图书馆提供数字信息时必须解决的著作权问题之一。国外对临时复制是否受著作权法中复制权制约的讨论大致有3种观点,即赞成说、否定说和折衷说。我国对临时复制问题进行法律完善,不宜完全照搬上述观点,应该对不同类型的临时复制区分为非利用性临时复制和利用性临时复制而采取不同的法律对策,作出不同的法律规定。由于浏览与缓存是用户获取数字信息时形成利用性临时复制的两种主要类型,因此,对数字浏览与缓存的合理使用问题进行了进一步探讨。     

Copy-and-Persist: The Logic of Mash-Up Culture

This essay traces the logic of mash-up culture, an online music scene in which practitioners use audio-editing software to splice and combine pop songs encoded in MP3 format to produce hybrid or “mashed-up” recordings. The study focuses on the logic that guides the development of works, styles and reputations in mash-up culture. Several fields of practice shape this cultural logic, including “virtual studios,” online message boards, dance clubs, and the market for “underground” and “unofficial” remixes. This cultural logic generates a new kind of amateur musicianship based on pluralistic listening and the reorganization of the relations that constitute musical recordings.     

Tradition,tension, and transformation: a structuration analysis of a game warden service in transition

Independence and competence define the traditional characteristics of a game warden. External pressure to transform the game warden service into a more culturally and ethnically diverse state law enforcement agency, however, creates tensions surrounding these characteristics in the organization's structurationally defined agency and reflexivity of law enforcement; duality of structure in office memos and citation counts; social integration and institutional reproduction of law enforcement training, use of decoys, and search and seizure procedures; and time-space distanciation of working a 40-hour week or having complete responsibility for a territory. The present study examined how these tensions interact with the traditional assumptions of independence and competence to transform the meaning of these characteristics, and of the game warden service itself.

生育权是一项基本的人权.智力障碍者享有生育或不生育的选择权.由于智力障碍者特殊的生理条件,生育权的行使往往遭遇两难的境地,选择生育并非总是适宜,选择不生育,其正当性也可能遭到质疑.因此,自主决定与代理决定的正当的程序保障是保护智力障碍者生育权有效行使的基本途径.     

Oogenesis in summer females of the rice water weevil, Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel （Coleoptera： Curculionidae）, in southern Zhejiang, China

The rice water weevil, Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel, has two generations in southern Zhejiang, China. To determine oogenesis in first-generation females （summer females） and its relations to temperature, females were collected from a rice field in early and mid-July and reared on young rice plants at 28, 31 and 34 ℃ in the laboratory. Percentage of females having oocytes, number of oocytes of different stages （stage-Ⅰ, from early previtellogenesis to middle vitellogenesis; stage-Ⅱ, late vitellogenesis; and matute-oocyte stage）, and length of ovarioles were determined every 10 d of feeding. At each temperature, oogenesis took place in over 40% of females after 20-40 d of feeding, but only 0.0-3.3 stage-Ⅰ, 0.0-0.8 stage-Ⅱ and 0.0-1.1 mature oocytes were observed at each observation date. Temperature had significant effect on number of stage-Ⅰ oocytes but not on number of stage-Ⅱ and mature oocytes in early July females; temperature had no significant effect on number of oocytes of either stage in mid-July females. Conclusively, in southern Zhejiang, summer L. oryzophilus females have great potential to become reproductive on rice, but their oogenesis activity is very low, with the overall procedures little affected by temperature.
