The serendipitous impact of COVID-19 pandemic: A rare opportunity for research and practice

In this opinion paper, I argue that the Covid-19 pandemic, as tragic and disastrous as it undoubtedly is, has also given us a rare opportunity to deeply examine the research and practice of information management in particular and information systems in general. To cope with the pandemic, we have retreated to the digital world and drastically changed the way we work. Yet these very practices can well shape the way we work in the post-pandemic world. Moreover, the pandemic is also a sharp lens through which we can study deep-rooted theoretical issues that otherwise would not have surfaced, or at least remained in the background. My call to the research community is to seize this rare opportunity.

Counterpublic but obedient: a case of Taiwan’s BL fandom

BL (Boys’ Love) fandom has been regarded as a counterpublic by some academics since 2005. In this article, I investigate the dispute over “real-person” texts (texts based not on fictional characters but on real people, both public and non-public figures) on the BL board of PTT BBS in Taiwan as a case-study. The dispute is significant in the sense that, ostensibly, there were a few young female BL fans who actively defined what the BL scene consists of, as only these young women were involved in the dispute. Nevertheless, a closer look at the dispute reveals that the mainstream values actually played a significant role in framing the fandom in question. I then argue that the objection to the real-person texts should be regarded as a refusal by the BL fandom to be part of a counterpublic. The dispute started with a clarification of the genre, equating real-person with real gay people, BL with fantasy, and gay with reality. It is on this basis that real-person texts were not regarded as part of BL practices. Moral issues, such as respect and politeness, were also raised to question real-person texts. The conflict intensified, leading finally to the total exclusion of real-person texts from the BL board. To sum up, the dispute over real-person texts demonstrates how BL fans actively (re)formed the shape of the BL board; at the same time, it represents a refusal and exclusions, which place this counterpublic into question.     

AHKC儿童青少年体力活动评估体系研究

全民健身关系人民群众身体健康和生活幸福,儿童青少年是全民健身工作的重点。本文通过对加拿大儿童青少年体力活动评估体系研究,为我国儿童青少年体力活动促进工作提供借鉴。研究认为：加拿大儿童青少年体力活动评估体系注重多学科研究成果的实践转化,评估指标围绕儿童青少年体力活动生态系统进行构建,评估标准采用标准参照与常模参照相结合的方式,以百分数的形式将评估结果分成若干差别明显的等级水平,评估主体采用第三方评估团队,借用逻辑模型理念进行实施。在此基础上,提出我国构建儿童青少年体力活动评估体系的理由和路径。     

美国在网络主权问题上的立场变化及启示

[目的/意义]在网络空间这个新颖而又无处不在的领域中,主权原则如何运作一直是国家实践和学界理论研究中的硬核问题。厘清美国在该问题上的立场变化对我国参与网络空间国际治理具有积极意义。[方法/过程]利用历史分析法、文献研究法和对比分析法对美国《情报活动中的国际法律问题评估》(1999年)、《网络行动国际法塔林手册2.0》和《在军事行动中使用网络能力的国际法框架》(2017年)进行法律考察。[结果/结论]研究表明,为应对美国在网络主权问题上的立场转变,我国应坚持领土主权原则的拘束力,平等地尊重各国网络主权,并积极参与网络空间国际规则制定的实践,推动网络空间命运共同体理念的国际法构建。     

形成性评估应用于大学英语听力教学的绩效研究

实验研究得知,相较于终结性评估,形成性评估应用于大学英语听力教学不仅能够更为有效地激发和提高学生的学习动力,而且更能有效地提升听力学习绩效;形成性评估更能激发学生的听力学习自主性和合作性,提高其听力自主学习能力和合作学习能力.形成性评估能促使教师转变教学方式,改进听力教学,对提高教学质量和教学绩效有一定的意义.     

广西巴马盘阳河沿岸长寿资源的游憩价值评价——基于修正的区域旅行费用法

本文基于修正的区域旅行费用法对巴马盘阳河沿岸长寿资源的游憩价值进行了评价。论文的主要贡献在于：一方面,一是采用调查样本中询问获知的直接花费和旅游天数作为划分费用区间的基础,可以消除按地理区域划分游客圈所带来的平均价格偏差;二是对于长期滞留者即30天以上游客,改变计算机会成本为计算他们在当地的平均食宿费用,可消除长期滞留游客机会成本计算的偏差;三是在汇总游憩价值时,只统计专程到巴马游览或休闲的游客,可以解决由于计入多目的地游客所带来高估评估价值的问题。另一方面,依据所建立对数函数模型评价结果为：2009年巴马长寿资源的游憩价值至少是18．54亿元人民币;同时,根据消费者剩余估算模型以及旅行费用与滞留天数和年龄的相关性分析,可以推断本文中所建立的函数模型符合现阶段巴马游客构成的客观实际,并可表明巴马长寿资源的经济价值更符合于休闲疗养旅游业的发展。     

蓬溪县赤城湖水库指示藻类的组成与水质的生物学评价

经调查初步鉴定出蓬溪县赤城湖水库有指示藻类44种,隶属于6门、25属．其中极常出现在多污带水体的指示藻类2种,极常出现于α-中污带水体中的指示藻类15种,β-中污带极常出现的种类20种,微污带水体中极常出现的种类为7种．利用指示藻类和Margalef多样性指数分析表明,目前赤城湖水库的水质受到了一定的影响,通过严格管理和自来水厂的消毒、灭菌,从而保证居民生活的安全用水．     

在高职数学教学中渗透职业素养的教育

为提升高职生的职业素养,从职业素养的基本内涵与特征出发,在高职数学教学过程中可以从五个方面采用职业素养渗透的策略。上好第一课,促进学生树立起自我培养职业素养的意识;利用数学家的故事培养学生吃苦耐劳的意志品质;重视高数作业,培养学生独立处理问题的能力;养成预习和复习习惯,培养学生的责任心;建立合理的考核评价制度．修炼敬业精神。     

Historicising teachers’ learning: a case study of productive professional practice

This paper reveals the significant historical traces which informed the learning practices of teachers at one particular school site in a rural and regional educational district in Australia. Drawing upon recent theorising into professional practice, the paper argues that teacher learning practices are intrinsically ‘ecologically’ related to teachers’ practices at specific sites. However, extending beyond this theorising, the research also reveals how teacher learning – in the case presented, in relation to classroom dialogue – is also significantly influenced by earlier learning experiences of the teachers involved. In this way, teachers’ practices are revealed as not only influenced by present-day, site-specific, whole-school teacher learning, but also by particular events encountered by teachers at an earlier phase of their careers. The research argues for a conception of teachers’ learning which is not only site-informed and ecologically arranged, but also deeply temporally embedded.
