职业教育对经济发展具有推动作用,本文试从西方发达国家职业教育促进经济发展的成功经验, 来分析职业教育与中国竞争力的关系,进而对我国职业教育的定位和发展方向做些探讨。     

行为建模技术(Behvioral Modeling)在零件设计中的应用

为更好地把握设计意图,在Pro／ENGINEER软件中需要人工创建各种“关系”,这种“关系”只能向前引用“尺寸参数”,如果需要向后引用“尺寸参数”则要应用行为建模技术。行为建模技术通过建立“分析特征”实现优化目标的建立,以尺寸参数或用户自定义参数为变量对优化目标进行优化。本文通过一个轮胎模型,例证了上述方法的应用过程,得出了优化结果。     

NGO Art Education

How is art education being put to use today? To explore this provocation, I read between the lines of teaching for civic literacy through visual arts education in the United States as mandated by the Partnership for 21^st Century Skills. I consider an art education of social practice's utility within this mandate. In order to accomplish this, I describe artist Rick Lowe's Trans.lation: Vickery Meadow social sculpture project and then analyse this through a service aesthetics’ lens and neoliberal motives. In the process of overlaying social practice within the Partnership for 21st Century Skills as a model for visual arts and citizenship education toward globally competent graduates, I articulate the possible limitations of such micro‐utopian ventures for art education that amount to NGO‐esque art, making the case that these efforts, while facilitating a feeling of civic engagement, only further intensify the depoliticisation of art education acting as a form of Rancière's better police in reasserting the neoliberal status quo. I sound a cautionary note about such a pragmatic turn risking the exacerbation of our collective interpassivity through aligning art education too closely to our apparent use value for late capitalism.

本文应用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,对录像反馈教学法应用于排球选项课教学中进行研究,通过对学生学习兴趣的测量、专业技术的测试进行分析得知:排球选项课教学中,运用录像反馈教学法,有利于提高学生学习排球技术的兴趣和学习积极性;在教学中,可以充分体现出教师的主导性和学生的主体性,建立良好的师生关系,提高教学质量,改善教学效果。     

Use of clustering techniques in deriving psychoeducational profiles

This study explores whether a synthesis of clinical and statistical data taken from the psychoeducational reports completed on a group of 42, 9- to 11-year-old boys referred to a Child Psychiatric Outpatient Department for school-learning problems, would yield discrete clinical categories or clusters of children. An amalgamated hierarchical clustering technique which formed clusters by subjects based on a measure of euclidean distance was used. Forty-two reports were evaluated by licensed educational psychologists in five input areas: Developmental History, School History, Cognitive Functioning, Sensorimotor/Perceptual Functioning, and Academic Achievement. One of three educational placement recommendations was identified for each subject: No Educational Placement Intervention Necessary, Special Tutoring or Remediation, and Special Class Placement. Using clinical characteristic ratings given by the evaluators on each variable, a similarity-dissimilarity matrix was formed which classified subjects into four discrete clusters based on their clinical profiles. A χ² test determined that there was a significant association (p < .01) between cluster membership and educational placement recommendations.     

Skills for inclusive growth in South Africa: Promising tides amidst perilous waters

Skills development is critical to South Africa's development. It has been argued that South Africa's twin post-Apartheid challenges, poverty and unemployment requires a level of skills development not undertaken before (0300 and 0045). The creation of a separate ministry, the department of higher education and training (DHET), which has incorporated institutional entities from former Ministries of Education and Labour has engendered an expectation for the realisation of a co-ordinated and integrated post school education and training system. The establishment of this entity for the first time anticipates a coherent response to the education, training and skills development challenges faced by the country. The initial anticipation that this development will provide the basis for a coherent post-school education, training and skills development system, that is responsive to national development encapsulated by the notion of inclusive growth, have waned somewhat. In an attempt to link education and labour market more deliberately, it attempts to respond to both the education and labour market constituencies for greater synergy. The reality of success of a new institutional structure, within a wider structure embedded in the older pre-merged configuration, has proved more difficult than anticipated. The notion of ‘policy as boundary object’ is considered a critical missing element in the current re-positioning and the changed political circumstances represent a golden moment to do things differently. This paper explores the current structural re-configuration, as it has, and is likely to, impact on the skills development provisioning in the country. In particular, it focuses on the impact of current developments on the delivery of intermediate level skills, and the likely role of the beleaguered public FET Colleges (FETCs) in this regard. Whilst it is accepted that the current development is new and unlikely to have a track record, the current context is critically evaluated in terms of the potentials and challenges identified against the empirical experience of ten years of skills development in the country.

信息化环境下中小学生综合素质评价指标体系作为支撑教育评价的一种量规,对于促进信息技术与素质评价深度融合具有重要的意义。针对领域中研究的缺失,首先通过文献和个案分析,提出评价基本模型,提取有效的一、二、三级指标与观测点,形成指标体系初步框架,然后,以佛山市顺德区为例,采用教师问卷法和访谈法,对三级指标与学生行为表现进行两轮筛选,通过德尔菲法对专家进行两轮意见征询并对指标加权,最终构建出完整的评价指标体系,包括思想道德素质、学业表现、身心素质、审美素质和创新实践素质5个一级指标,道德品质、公民素养等14个二级指标以及35个三级指标与学生行为表现,整合了中小学各学段的评价,融入21世纪技能和信息化应用要素,具有一定的前瞻性、通用性、可定制性,体现了个性化评价,初步应用效果良好,可作为中小学生综合素质整合评价以及评价工具开发与应用的标准,促进教育信息化评价的革新与发展。
