用多样化的教学手段完成车工技能实训课教学

车工技能实训课是中职院校机电专业学生的一门非常重要的课程。以多样化的教学手段来完成车工技能实训课的教学是至关重要的。首先,要重视激发学生的兴趣。其次,要有灵活多变的教学方式。再次,在教学中要注意三点问题。总之,理论与实际要紧密结合,突出技能培养,用多样化的教学手段来激发学生的学习兴趣,这样才能提高教学效果。     

技能培训对新型职业农民收入水平的影响——基于PSM方法的实证研究

基于1 294位参与江西省"一村一名大学生工程"的新型职业农民的问卷调查数据,运用倾向性得分匹配估计法、中介效应分析法等计量方法,检验技能培训对新型职业农民收入水平的影响以及其可能存在的作用机理。基础结果表明:技能培训能够显著提升新型职业农民的收入水平。组群差异分析发现:技能培训能够提升未有过村干部经历的新型职业农民的收入水平;技能培训能够提升非农户及非农兼业户的收入水平。中介效应检验表明:社会资本能够强化技能培训对新型职业农民收入水平的影响。因此,要做好技能培训的顶层设计,加大技能培训的资金扶持力度以及精准定位技能培训主体与内容。     

Learning Studios for Introductory Accounting

Although originally designed for science courses, learning studios have been introduced at over 100 college campuses in a variety of disciplines. Our study focuses on the differences between classrooms designed as lecture spaces versus classrooms designed as learning studios. The impetus is the growing number of learning studios and proponents’ claim of better collaboration and learning within them. Given the substantial cost of a learning studio and greater demand at the authors’ university than supply, we questioned whether the university administration should be encouraged to build more. Learning studios are classrooms in which the seating arrangement places the students in a face‐to‐face orientation with one another. Our study measures the differences between learning studios and traditional classrooms both quantitatively and qualitatively. The learning studio did not result in higher retention rates (the percentage of students completing the course during the semester) or significant differences in total points earned by students in a learning studio compared to a traditional classroom. When examined by gender, however, a significant difference in total points is apparent. For all students in the study, the ability to interact with other students as well as the instructor was greater in the learning studio.     

个人执行力评价模型的构建及实证分析——以某公司营销人员为例

对任何组织而言,个人执行力都是影响组织执行力的重要因素,正确的评价个人执行力是关键。本研究构建了个人执行力的定量评价模型,该模型通过分别测量各指标、各因素的权重及执行现状来衡量个人执行力的总体状况。以某某公司的营销人员为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式获取相关数据对模型进行了验证,研究结果表明:可以通过衡量各指标、各因素的权重和执行力现状,来衡量个人执行力的总体状况,该定量评价模型具有普遍应用性。     

浅谈高职院校学生实践技能的培养

职业技术院校的特色在于学生实践技能的培养,突出实践能力培养是办有特色的高职教育的需要。专业教学计划的制定必须突出学生实践技能培养的主线。提高教师的实践教学能力,采用以学生为中心的教学方法是培养学生实践能力的关键。实验实习基地建设是培养学生实践能力的保障。取得职业资格证书是检验学生实践能力的手段。

Use of clustering techniques in deriving psychoeducational profiles

This study explores whether a synthesis of clinical and statistical data taken from the psychoeducational reports completed on a group of 42, 9- to 11-year-old boys referred to a Child Psychiatric Outpatient Department for school-learning problems, would yield discrete clinical categories or clusters of children. An amalgamated hierarchical clustering technique which formed clusters by subjects based on a measure of euclidean distance was used. Forty-two reports were evaluated by licensed educational psychologists in five input areas: Developmental History, School History, Cognitive Functioning, Sensorimotor/Perceptual Functioning, and Academic Achievement. One of three educational placement recommendations was identified for each subject: No Educational Placement Intervention Necessary, Special Tutoring or Remediation, and Special Class Placement. Using clinical characteristic ratings given by the evaluators on each variable, a similarity-dissimilarity matrix was formed which classified subjects into four discrete clusters based on their clinical profiles. A χ² test determined that there was a significant association (p < .01) between cluster membership and educational placement recommendations.     

录像反馈教学法应用于排球技术教学的实验研究

本文应用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,对录像反馈教学法应用于排球选项课教学中进行研究,通过对学生学习兴趣的测量、专业技术的测试进行分析得知:排球选项课教学中,运用录像反馈教学法,有利于提高学生学习排球技术的兴趣和学习积极性;在教学中,可以充分体现出教师的主导性和学生的主体性,建立良好的师生关系,提高教学质量,改善教学效果。
