Military Sexual Trauma: Considerations for Social Work Education

ABSTRACT

Military sexual trauma (MST) is an experience unique to veterans, and it is essential that social workers receive military-specific education in preparing for work with this population. This article discusses the impact of MST on veterans, cultural considerations for social workers working with this population, and the Veterans Administration’s efforts to address MST. In addition, the need to emphasize the utilization of evidence-based practice in social work education and the importance of incorporating military specific curricula material is discussed.

高职学生成人依恋在童年期创伤经历与心理资本关系中的中介作用

为了探讨高职学生童年创伤经历、成人依恋与心理资本的关系,采用童年期创伤问卷(CTQ-SF)、成人依恋量表(AAS)和积极心理资本问卷(PPQ)对515名高职大学生进行调查。结果显示:高职学生的心理资本在性别、家庭居住地、留守经历上存在显著性差异;高创伤经历的高职学生在心理资本和成人依恋中均显著低于低创伤者;高职学生童年创伤经历、依恋关系各维度和心理资本显著相关;高职学生童年期的情感忽视、依恋中的亲近、焦虑因子共同解释析心理资本的29.4%的变异,依恋的亲近和焦虑在高职学生的创伤经历和心理资本中具有部分中介作用,安全、稳定的依恋关系可以缓解创伤经历对高职学生心理资本的消极影响。     

122例肾损伤临床分析

回顾分析１９９６．６～１９９９．６收治的１２２例肾损伤患者的资料表明,１２２例病人中,伴有合并伤７１例（５８．２％）。保守治疗８７例,手术治疗３８例（包括３例保守治疗失败患者）,总治愈率９８．４％。死亡２例,死亡率１．６％。结论：１）血尿为最常见症状,但血尿程度与肾损伤程度不完全一致;２）ＣＴ为一无创检查,对肾损伤的诊断价值较大;３）强调手术治疗与非手术治疗的指征。     

侦察兵竞赛集训训练伤的调查分析

本文应用临床诊断、询问和统计等方法,对广州军区组队参加国际侦察兵竞赛集训队员的训练伤进行调查分析,研究侦察兵军体训练伤的发病特征和规律,并提出了相应的防治措施。     

In the ruins of truth: the work of melancholia and acts of memory

Abstract

This paper seeks to problematize and render inadequate the ‘truth’ of Truth Commissions, which have proliferated globally. It does so by questioning the relationship of ‘truth’ to ‘testimony’ by offering a critical account of their relationship to ‘trauma,’ on the one hand and by questioning the location of ‘testimony’ in relation to ‘resistance,’ on the other hand. Moving away from this ‘psycologistic register,’ the paper rehearses a re‐reading of Freud, which attempts to question the sharp distinction between mourning and melancholia, in his 1917 essay. Given this, a complex, psychoanalytic subject is constructed, whose psychic and social ‘work of melancholia,’ and ‘acts of memory,’ cannot be straightforwardly rendered in testimony or recollection, and is unavailable for nationalist appropriation. Empirical material is drawn from field work in Eastern Sri Lanka, on the after life multiple massacres that took place in the early 1990s, and is juxtaposed with Commissions of Inquiry into these events in the late 1990s.     

高校篮球运动员的创伤流行病学研究

本文对国内21所高等院校的405名篮球运动员进行了运动创伤的流行病学调查。结果显示:高校篮球运动员的损伤率达72.52％;52.22％的运动员在比赛中受伤;28.67％的运动员在专项训练中受伤;急性损伤多于慢性损伤,损伤率为59.70％;常见的运动创伤依次为膝关节损伤(损伤率为29.35％),踝关节损伤(损伤率为17.75％),腰部损伤(损伤率为15.36％);其损伤原因主要是准备活动不够(占18.43％)和局部负荷过大(占15.02％)。     

对儿童、少年足球运动员运动损伤的调查分析

本文对中国足球学校(秦皇岛)学生受伤状况进行了普查,共收集1997～1998 年有关运动创伤的病例1637 例,并结合问卷调查进行分析.
