陈子谦电影场景中歌台构建的意义--以《881》《12莲花》为例

本文选取新加坡导演陈子谦《881》与《12莲花》两部电影,以歌台为切入点,分析歌台在电影中的建构以及其所承载的主题、性质。通过时间空间所呈现的独特性,导演表达了对传统新加坡文化的怀念,并试图重新唤起人们对歌台文化的关注与喜爱。但在对歌台怀旧书写的同时,在不同程度对歌台文化却起到消解的反作用。因此,如何保护歌台文化仍是一个亟待思考的问题。     

Green’s functions for infinite planes and half-planes consisting of quasicrystal bi-materials

This paper deals with the combination of point phonon and phason forces applied in the interior of infinite planes and half-planes of 1D quasicrystal bi-materials. Based on the general solution of quasicrystals, a series of displacement functions are adopted to obtain Green＇s functions for infinite planes and bi-material planes composed of two half-planes in the closed form, when the two half-planes are supposed to be ideally bonded or to be in smooth contact. Since the physical quantities can be readily calculated without the need of performing any transform operations, Green＇s functions are very convenient to be used in the study of point defects and inhomogeneities in the quasicrystal materials.     

Re-envisioning Teacher Preparation: Lessons from China

Stereotypes of the 'Chinese learner' have been extensively investigated, leading to the conclusion that knowledge about the social, cultural and pedagogic origins of Chinese students' dispositions to learning should be incorporated into programs preparing teachers for China service. In this paper it is suggested that teacher education initiatives of this type should redress sociological blindness about the particularity of local pedagogic contexts. A case study of the production of 'obedient' students in the Chinese school system during the 1990s is presented, illustrating sociological tools that enable analysis of the origin of students' dispositions to learning in particular conditions. The recommendation is that such tools be incorporated into teacher education for domestic, as well as international contexts, given the critical insight that is required if teachers are to provide equitably for all students in conditions of increasing cultural diversification and re-traditionalisation of education.     

The teacher educator’s role as enacted and experienced in school-based development

ABSTRACT

This article focuses on teacher educators’ role and how it was enacted and experienced by teachers and leaders in a school-based development project. The arena for the teachers’ professional development was the school, and teacher educators at one teacher-education institution and three schools took part in the research. Teacher educators, teachers and school leaders were interviewed two years and two months after they formally took part in the project, for one year in a pilot program and afterward for three semesters. The findings show that the teacher educators enacted their roles differently, and that they realise that they should have collaborated more and coordinated their experiences from collaborations with teachers and leaders to learn from their experiences in school. The leaders and teachers were satisfied with the teacher educators’ lectures, but the teachers wanted more dialogue with teacher educators and felt that teacher educators should have helped them transform their knowledge into teaching actions in practice. Teacher educators taking part as supporters in teachers’ practice truly could infiltrate instruction and learning. The study demonstrates that culture, structure and content need to be coordinated to enhance school-based development.

大学英语翻转课堂中学习者接受度的路径研究

本研究从理性行为和外语焦虑角度探索大学英语学习者对翻转学习的接受度的影响因素｡ 研究共提取输出态度､输入反感度､自主学习态度､课堂态度､效果预期及整体接受度六个因子｡路径分析显示效果预期､输入排斥度､课堂态度直接决定接受度;其他因子有间接影响｡回归分析发现整体接受度仍然是预测成绩的主要因素;而自主学习态度对口语成绩有较明显的预示力｡研究提示教师应该从内外机制加强整体接受度和自主性｡

博士生知识焦虑的多维透视及其消解策略

作为知识社会重要的劳动主体,博士生受知识引发的现实性变革影响而压力倍增,逐渐暴露出由知识引发的焦虑问题。从心理学来看,博士生知识焦虑表现为以无助感为特质的情绪症候,消解之策在于博士生自我调控和外部干预两个方面;从现象学来看,其导源于博士生消极的学术体验,主要表现为由知识建构中自我效能感降低和师生关系紧张所诱发的学术倦怠,对此应加强研究生教育的系统性,建立科学机制以保证师生间的良性互动;从生命哲学而言,知识焦虑表现为博士生对学术生命的存在困惑,因应之道在于关注博士生的生存状态、尊重其学术生命的独特性和完整性,满足博士生潜能发挥与自我实现的内在需求。     

高校学生评教存在的问题及对策探讨——对A大学的案例解析

本文对A大学的学生评教工作进行了个案分析,指出了其在制度建设、量表设计、反馈改进以及评价结果运用4个方面存在的突出问题,之后提出了针对性的改进对策。本文的个案具有一定的代表性,研究结论对其他高校有一定的借鉴意义。     

A Minority within a Minority? Social Justice for Traveller and Roma Children in ECEC

This article discusses recent policy developments in Europe regarding Roma and Traveller integration and Early Childhood Provision. After a long history of oppression, Roma issues have recently become prominent on the EU policy agenda. The article discusses how these relate to developments in other areas of policy: the European children's rights agenda and the recognition that early childhood education and care is a key policy tool to combat social exclusion. It gives background information on Roma and Travellers in Europe and discusses the consequences of subsuming the various communities under one umbrella term: Roma. The EU Commission is concerned with responses from Member States to the European Framework for National Roma Integration Strategies. The article argues that in order to address Roma children's experience from a holistic perspective, social justice and equality need to be key elements of early childhood education and care provision and training. The European policy developments that frame the article are examined from a local vantage point: the experiences of Traveller and Roma children in Ireland and the Irish Preschool Education Initiative for Children from Minority Communities.
