访问串行口的新方法

访问串行口可以有多种方法,可以用DOS功能调用,也可以用BIOS功能调用,但是DOS功能调用和BIOS功能调用在实际应用中存在一些问题,通过对串行口的硬件进行改造或直接对8250内部的接口寄存器编程,可以比较好地解决此类问题,在实际应用中能取得良好的效果,对于除了串行口接MODEM以外的其它应用,这种方法都是有效的.

An ecological approach to the on-line assessment of problem-solving paths: Principles and applications

In this paper, we propose a theoretical framework for designing on-line situated assessment tools for multimedia instructional systems. Based on an ecological psychology approach to situated learning, a graph theoretic methodology is applied to monitor students' performance (solution paths) throughout the learning activity. Deviation of the student's path from the target (expert) path generates indicators which can function as alerts to the student and to the instructor. The information collected in the dribble files and presented visually enables the instructor to identify problems quickly and intervene appropriately. The feasibility of the methodology is explored in case studies describing three instructional systems that teach (1) critical thinking and problem-solving skills, (2) principles of hemodynamic monitoring and treatment, and (3) orthodontic treatment, respectively.

一株以原油为碳源的Pseudomonas sp.菌化学趋向性研究

从某油田产出水中分离得到一株以原油为碳源的Pseudomonassp .菌 (假单孢菌 ) ,其化学趋向性运动能力中等 ,趋向性机理在本文中得以详细描述 .在可视化模型实验中可看到微生物向油水界面处的有序运动 ,而在有效的营养物浓度梯度范围内 ,化学趋向性运移速度与距油水界面的距离无关 ,受温度的影响很大 .并且在微观仿真模型实验中 ,可观察到细菌在孔隙壁和油、水三相交界处聚集 ,并讨论了该现象的形成原因及其对微生物采油的有利作用 .     

Effects of user experience on user resistance to change to the voice user interface of an in‑vehicle infotainment system: Implications for platform and standards competition

This study examines the effects of user experience on user resistance to change—particularly, on the relationship between user resistance to change and its antecedents (i.e. switching costs and perceived value) in the context of the voice user interface of an in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) system. This research offers several salient findings. First, it shows that user experience positively moderates the relationship between uncertainty costs (one type of switching cost) and user resistance. It also negatively moderates the association between perceived value and user resistance. Second, the research test results demonstrate that users with a high degree of prior experience with the voice user interface of other smart devices exhibit low user resistance to change to the voice user interface in an IVI system. Third, we show that three types of switching costs (transition costs, in particular) may directly influence users to resist a change to the voice user interface. Fourth, our test results empirically demonstrate that both switching costs and perceived value affect user resistance to change in the context of an IVI system, which differs from the traditional IS research setting (i.e. enterprise systems). These findings may guide not only platform leaders in designing user interfaces, user experiences, and marketing strategies, but also firms that want to defend themselves from platform envelopment while devising defensive strategies in platform and standards competition.     

Tribology Performance and Adhesive Strength Evaluation of TiAlSiN Coating

Scratch test and friction test were performed to evaluate the internal and external interface behaviors of TiAlSiN coating, respectively. The critical compressive and shearing stress of coating failure during scratch test were calculated and the values are 30.84 MPa and 4.98 MPa respectively. The average friction coefficients of TiAlSiN coating against 2Cr12Ni4Mo3VNbN steel are 0.70 (sliding speed 50 m/min), 0.63 (sliding speed 100 m/min), and 0.81 (sliding speed 150 m/min). The elements diffusion was analyzed by EDS. Al and Si element of coating material diffuse to the steel disc, except Ti element. The oxidation decreases with the increase of sliding speed, but the adhesion increases with the increase of sliding speed. More Al element diffuses to the steel disc at the high sliding speed, but the diffusion of Si element keeps almost constant at different sliding speeds.
