基于运营支撑系统的广电统筹综合运营

数字电视整体转换给广电运营商带来前所未有的历史机遇,＂三网融合＂政策为广电综合业务的开展拓展了更宽阔的途径。通过技术和政策的推动,广电运营商彻底改变了以往业务单一、经营粗放的困境。运营支撑系统由于其自身的灵活性和可扩展性,作为广电整体转换后,所有业务统一接入和管理的综合平台,在广电实际运营过程中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文通过介绍现代广电运营支撑系统的基础＂eTOM模型＂和一个实际建设的案例,说明在实际运营中,系统所起到的重要作用。     

Knowledge management and communication in Brazilian agricultural research: An integrated procedural approach

The great contemporary organizational challenge for enterprises is to create a conceptual and methodological framework allows the management of knowledge by means of networks designed for social interaction. This statement is based on the premise that the competitive drive and sustainable success of the company depend on the introduction of new forms of production innovative processes, which can only be ensured through integrated approaches to knowledge management and the incorporation information technologies (IT). This is a reality that has already been accepted by the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa, its acronym in Portuguese), a Brazilian research, development, and innovation (RD&I) institution supporting agricultural sector. For some years now, Embrapa has been incorporating what it has learned about knowledge management into its strategic planning process. In this paper, we present a new approach to managing knowledge and information, and we analyze the need for research institutions to administer the knowledge they produce through an RD&I management model based multi- and inter-disciplinary teams, and multi-institutional research networks.     

Enterprise Information Portals in support of business process, design teams and collaborative commerce performance

Enterprise Information Portals (EIPs) have been widely adopted as platforms for the integration of knowledge management and information technology (IT). This study has been conducted from the knowledge management perspective in order to examine the influence of EIPs on collaborative commerce in the automobile industry. This study explores the integration of internal and external business processes and the coordination of collaborative design teams. An initial qualitative investigation explores the practical applications of an EIP in an automobile company. A research model is then formulated and tested using a questionnaire survey of the R&D department of a motor company in Taiwan. The results of the data analysis reveal that presence of EIPs can help a company realize the benefits of c-commerce. EIPs also can improve collaborative commerce performance by promoting the degree of integration of the enterprise process and by strengthening the process innovation and communication of collaborative design teams. The results suggest that managers should reinforce important factors, including knowledge management tools, process integration, and the quality of design teams, in order to achieve success in collaborative commerce.     

案例教学法在商务汉语教学中的应用

本文探讨了案例教学法在商务汉语教学中的应用问题。首先,在案例设计环节,应注意三点：（1）选择合适的教学案例,时事经济热点因为其具有经济性、真实性、典型性、时效性、层次性、广泛性等六大特性,所以非常适合被改造成商务汉语的课堂教学案例;（2）语料搜集应以利用网络资源为主,以利用其他手段为辅;（3）案例的设计思路应坚持以培养语言技能为主、坚持羊项技能训练与综合技能训练相结合、坚持循序渐进。其次,在课堂组织环节,应采取四个步骤,即导入案例、分组讨论、教师点评、撰写总结报告。     

浅论企业信息化建设的必然性

随着信息技术的不断发展和企业改革的不断深入,企业管理方式正向创新管理和知识管理转变。为适应新时期企业管理方式的变革,企业必须加强管理信息化建设。企业管理信息化建设是一场革命,在提高企业管理水平,促进管理现代化,转换经营机制,有效降低成本,加快技术进步,增强市场竞争力,提高经济效益等方面都有着现实和深远的意义。     

浅析国有企业内部控制在财务风险管理上的应用

21世纪头十年,安然事件、"中航油"事件、中国银行重大违规事件等纷至沓来,这些重大事件的表现形式不尽相同,但都与企业内部控制出现漏洞、相关人员违规操作直接相关,尤其与企业财务风险管理存在重大问题紧密相关。国有大中型企业是我国国民经济的支柱,国有资产的保值增值和企业持续、健康、稳定发展尤为重要,为此,国资委制定颁发了《中央企业全面风险管理指引》(以下简称《指引》),标志着我国企业正向管理的更高阶段——全面风险管理迈进;随后财政部等五部委出台《企业内部控制规范》(以下简称《基本规范》)、《企业内部控制配套指引》(以下简称《配套指引》)标志着适应我国企业实际情况、融合国际先进经验的中国企业内部控制规范体系基本建成。在经营实践迫切需要和理论体系基本完善的双重条件下,财务风险是企业内部控制当中需要识别、分析、评估、应对的多种风险中的一类,需要企业强化财务风险管理、有效进行内部控制,让企业实现可持续的长期发展。     

The dual concept of consumer value in social media brand community: A trust transfer perspective

Companies are increasingly relying on social media brand communities to interact with consumers and achieve business values. Thus, it is essential to understand how companies can extract value from consumers in social media brand communities. We develop a model clarifying the dual concept of consumer value and illustrating how consumer-perceived value can be transformed into consumer-generated value from a trust transfer perspective. Specifically, we identify three types of consumer-perceived value: utilitarian, hedonic, and social. We capture consumer-generated value in terms of purchase intention and social media word of mouth. Using a two-wave survey, our results strongly support the research model. Specifically, the three types of consumer-perceived values positively affect consumer trust in social media brand communities, which in turn leads to trust in brand and in social media and, thereafter, consumers’ subsequent social media word of mouth and purchase intentions. Our study makes several contributions to the strategic information systems literature concerning leveraging social media brand communities into business strategies. Theoretically, our study expands the understanding of the dual concept of consumer value in social media brand communities through the trust transfer theory. Practically, our study delivers insights for companies into how social media brand communities can be used as a strategic tool for achieving business values.
