水溶性新显色剂5—NO2—PADN—S的制备与分析特性的初步探讨

报道了水溶性新显色剂1－（5－硝基－2－吡啶偶氮－2，7－萘二酚－6磺酸（5－NO2－PADN－S）的制备方法；并初步探讨了5－NO2－PADN－S的性质及其与金属离子显色反应的光度特性。结果表明，该试剂在pH6．2的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中可与Fe^2 、Co^2＋、Ni^2 、Pd^2 等金属离子在水溶液中直接发生显色反应，生成稳定的有色配合物。     

基于ASEA实验平台的过程控制实验设计

西门子PLC在温室控制中的应用

利用西门子PLC S7-200对温室中各点进行温度采集,将这些采集的温度与预设值相比较,如果高于预设值就启动相应的传动装置来降温,反之,则降温。通过这种方式实现了温室温度的自动控制。     

Clarifying what seems to be a paradox in Israeli life

This article explores what appears to be a paradox in Israeli life: on what basis can modern Israel continue to promote sport, dance, play and exercise despite the evident truth that there is very little reference in Jewish tradition to the significance of these activities? After reviewing the Jewish tradition, the author discusses several macrosystemic variables (e.g., characteristics of world societies) in each case making a cross-cultural comparison between the University, Canada and Israel. Various approaches to the “good life” offered by Kateb are considered and related to the Israeli scene. The conclusion is that Israelis have been forced to adopt a behavioral science image in which they are adapting reality to their own end and adapting to reality where necessary.     

Assignment of <Emphasis Type="Italic">CCR7</Emphasis> gene to chicken chromosome 27 by radiation hybrid panel mapping

The protein encoded by CC chemokine receptor 7 （CCR7） is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family. This receptor was identified as a gene induced by the Epstein-Barr virus （EBV）, and is thought to be a mediator of EBV effects on B lymphocytes. This receptor is expressed in various lymphoid tissues and activates B and T lymphocytes. It has been shown to control the migration of memory T cells to inflamed tissues, as well as stimulate dendritic cell maturation. To map the CCR7 gene in chicken chromosome, a 6000 rads chicken-hamster radiation hybrid panel （ChickRH6） was used. PCR of samples from ChickRH6 revealed that the location of CCR7 gene is linked to the maker SEQ0347 （6 cR away） with LOD score of 16.6 and that the marker SEQ0347 is located on chromosome 27 at 27 cR of RH （radiation hydrid） map. We compared the corresponding human mRNA sequence with the predicted coding sequence of chicken CCR7 gene, and found that the assembled contig shared a high percentage of similarity with that of the human gene.

Dem Gesetzgeber kommt in der Frage, "in welcher Weise die demokratische Legitimation jener Selbstverwaltungsorgane, denen 'entscheidungswichtige Aufgaben' übertragen sind, sichergestellt werden kann, ein weiter rechtspolitischer Gestaltungsspielraum zu". Insoferne besteehen gegen die durch die angefochtenen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen vorgesehene indirekte Organbestellung als solche weder unter dem Aspekt des demokratischen Prinzips noch im Hinblick auf den Gleichheitsgrundsatz verfassungsrechtliche Bedenken.     

Überlegungen zu einem Promotionsrecht für Fachhochschulen

Unter den ?sterreichischen Hochschulen besitzen ausschlie?lich die (Privat-) Universit?ten das Promotionsrecht. Insbesondere Fachhochschulen bzw Erhalter von Fachhochschul-Studieng?ngen k?nnen den Doktorgrad nicht verleihen. Vor dem Hintergrund zunehmend intensiver Forschungsaktivit?ten an Fachhochschul-Studieng?ngen stellt sich die Frage, ob ein eigenst?ndiges Promotionsrecht auch für Fachhochschulen bzw Erhalter von Fachhochschul-Studieng?ngen denkbar w?re. Im Beitrag wird die diesbezügliche rechtliche Ausgangssituation analysiert und der Versuch unternommen, Vorteile eines "Dr. (FH)" wie ebenso Voraussetzungen, unter denen ein Fachhochschul-Promotionsrecht Bestand haben k?nnte, zu skizzieren. Das Ziel besteht nicht darin, für ein eigenst?ndiges Fachhochschul-Promotionsrecht zu pl?dieren, sondern vielmehr die einschl?gige Diskussion zu bereichern.     

5～7岁幼儿告状行为动机分析

幼儿告状行为的动机指激发原告告状行为发生的内部动力。在对收集到的231个幼儿告状行为事件进行分析后,研究者把幼儿告状行为动机分为求助、求赏、求罚、试探和陈述五类。这五类动机发生的频率是存在差异的。对于5￣7岁幼儿来说,促使他们告状的主要动机是"求助"和"求赏"。
