论阿多诺音乐美学思想的三个维度

阿多诺的音乐美学思想是其美学思想的重要组成部分.它有三个重要维度:对否定辩证的音乐美学追求、对艺术审美范式的重新阐释以及对社会个体的人丈关怀.     

我国新型农村合作医疗保障制度的构建与完善——以安徽省为例

新型农村合作医疗制度是党和政府为切实解决“三农”问题,统筹城乡发展,建设和谐社会而采取的一项重要战略举措。自2003年在全国试点以来,经过几年的发展,我国新型农村医疗保障制度建设工作取得了显著的成效。但其在运行过程中仍存在一些问题,因此要继续完善、改进,更好地为广大农民群众提供医疗保障服务。本文以安徽省为例,通过分析新型农村合作医疗制度中存在的问题,进而探讨解决策略,使这一惠民制度更加完善。     

Practitioner Perceptions of the A3 Method for Process Improvement in Health Care

The focus of this article is to present students' perceptions of the recently developed A3 method, a structured problem-solving approach based on lean concepts and tools that have been adapted to the health care environment. The students were all employees of a large health care provider and were enrolled in a customized health care executive MBA Program. Each student was required to complete an individual A3 Project in order to improve a process at the department for which they worked. At the end of the semester the students presented their A3 projects to their peers who voted on the best projects. A survey measuring perceptions of the A3 method for problem solving in health care was administered and from it we present propositions for A3 implementation. These propositions are applicable both to health care practitioners and to academic researchers.     

Complementary roles of care and behavioral control in classroom management: The self-determination theory perspective

This study examined how classroom management practices—care and behavioral control—were differentially associated with students’ engagement, misbehavior, and satisfaction with school, using a large representative sample of 3196 Grade 9 students from 117 classes in Singapore. Results of hierarchical linear modeling showed differential relations. After controlling for students’ gender and socioeconomic status, both care and behavioral control were positively related to student engagement. Moreover, behavioral control was a significant negative predictor of classroom misbehavior and care was a significant positive predictor of satisfaction with school. Our findings underscore the importance of blending care and behavioral control to achieve multiple goals of classroom management.

近年来，英国政府推出了多项新的政策举措，开始了规模宏大的学前教育改革，以扩展和提高早期儿童保育和教育服务的数量和质量，为幼儿和他们的家庭建立一个更加广泛的支持系统。本文介绍和分析了这场由英国政府主导的学前教育改革的动因、所要解决的问题和英国政府各项创新的政策举措。     

Care Leavers’ records: a case for a Repurposed Archive Continuum Model

The historical records created by Australian child welfare agencies were never intended to be released to the children after they left ‘care’. They were administrative records that were compiled for the agencies’ own use, not to meet the needs of the children or their adult selves. What happened after records were released to Care Leavers and reused by them is not what the agencies intended to happen. The author argues that this cannot be adequately mapped onto the Records Continuum Model and proposes a Repurposed Archive Continuum Model to represent the processes involved when Care Leavers are attempting to access their records.     

Virtual Information for Patient Care—VIP Care: An Electronic Collection to Promote Learning Among Third-Year Medical Students

Virtual Information for Patient Care (VIP Care) is an electronic collection of materials assembled to promote learning among Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM) clinical clerks. Materials in the collection are selected on the basis of how well they match the core clerkship learning objectives. Consistent with TUSM curricular emphasis on utilizing evidence from research, VIP Care articles are culled, when possible, from Hirsh Health Sciences Library's electronic Evidence-based Medicine (EBM) resource collection. This article describes the VIP Care collection within the context of the larger Patient Logs project of which it is a part and explains how this collection helps promote learning. It also reports on the process of compiling the collection as well as some of the methods librarians have adopted for publicizing the collection and keeping the content current.     

A Comparative Study of Sources of Health Information and Access to Preventive Care Among Low Income Chronic Drug Users

Much of health research that examines patterns of health utilization for chronic drug users fails to account for the role of media use and health information seeking. This paper suggests that the nature of drug use is associated with a decreased health orientation that is manifested in media selection and consumption. A comparative analysis was conducted to examine: (1) the differential health perceptions as a function of drug use, (2) the sources of information used, and (3) the relationship between sources of information and primary health care access among chronic users of illicit drugs and socio-demographically similar persons who are not chronic drug users. Results point to both common as well as differential patterns of health information sources. Logistic regression analysis found that medically related sources such as doctors and pamphlets are important sources associated with increased primary care. Important implications are discussed.     

Information Quality,Uncertainty, and Quality of Care in Long-Distance Caregiving

Approximately 13% of Americans who provide care for an ailing family member do so from a distance, making long-distance caregiving a relevant health communication topic to study. A self-report online survey examined the quality of information provided by care recipient to distant caregiver, uncertainty about care recipient health, and perceived quality of care from the distant caregivers' perspective. Information quality, uncertainty, and perceived quality of care were significantly related as predicted. How these findings offer new insight into the complex nature of distant caregiving communication is discussed.
